Carol Register:

Hello, Carol. Register here. If you're ready

Carol Register:

to unlock your wealth identity, you want to be here today. You

Carol Register:

want to hear Laurel Langemeyer. I'm going to tell you a little

Carol Register:

bit about her and who she is. Let's dive right in, Laurel. If

Carol Register:

you are wanting to help somebody with wealth, with what you were

Carol Register:

just sharing with me, I'd love to hear the question you have

Carol Register:

about invisible pain.

Loral Langemeier:

Yes, where is your invisible pain? There's a

Loral Langemeier:

lot of gaps in most people's life. What I teach differently,

Loral Langemeier:

I wrote the Millionaire Maker series. Carol will talk more

Loral Langemeier:

about that. This is version two that we put out in 2025, and

Loral Langemeier:

most people have a lot of what I call invisible pain points.

Loral Langemeier:

Taxes usually number one. People just overpay tax. They kick the

Loral Langemeier:

responsibility out to their tax strategist or CPA. And worse, if

Loral Langemeier:

they're doing their own taxes, they're not even in the game I'm

Loral Langemeier:

playing yet because you don't do your own taxes. And most people

Loral Langemeier:

just continue to overpay.

Carol Register:

Oh, I love that! Let me share a little bit about

Carol Register:

you, Laurel. This is such an interesting bio about the way

Carol Register:

you started, and the fact that you're the CEO of several

Carol Register:

alternative asset companies. I love that word, alternative.

Carol Register:

Since 1996, Miss Langmeyer Miss Langemeyer has been involved in

Carol Register:

multiple areas of finance, mentoring, real estate

Carol Register:

investing, business acquisitions and development, and gas oil. If

Carol Register:

you're wanting to learn some higher level thinking in terms

Carol Register:

of your wealth, she's the one you're going to want to be

Carol Register:

listening to today, and I'm so excited to have you. I think

Carol Register:

it's really interesting how following your graduations with

Carol Register:

a bachelor's degree in physiology, studying bachelor's

Carol Register:

degree in business administration and finance, and

Carol Register:

master's degree in exercise physiology. That's super

Carol Register:

interesting, and that was from the Wesleyan University of

Carol Register:

Nebraska and the University of Nebraska Omaha. Then getting

Carol Register:

picked up by Chevron to teach health, fitness, and nutrition

Carol Register:

to workers on oil rigs off the coast of New Orleans. Now that

Carol Register:

must have been so incredibly interesting. And then at age 24,

Carol Register:

you entered a new contract. She entered a new contract with

Carol Register:

Chevron, and built over 272 fitness centers on offshore

Carol Register:

rigs. And then you partnered with a professor of engineering

Carol Register:

and a team of students at LSU, Louisiana State University, and

Carol Register:

rose to a senior level position with a Fortune five with the

Carol Register:

Fortune 500 company of Chevron in San Francisco, and then you

Carol Register:

spent five years in corporate America. Now you've established

Carol Register:

Live Out Loud, a mentoring company in Novato, California,

Carol Register:

and to date, she's published six New York Times best-selling

Carol Register:

books and produced over 1000 CDs and videos. She grew Live Out

Carol Register:

Loud into a multi-international million-dollar company. So this

Carol Register:

is the energy you want to be

Loral Langemeier:

multi

Carol Register:

multi multi, and you did it multi multi years.

Carol Register:

Yeah, I mean incredible. And then you spread out like in

Carol Register:

Australia, you had offices there, Africa, Canada. You

Carol Register:

launched your part chart topping podcast, real money talks, and

Carol Register:

then you created a networking and fulfillment company called

Carol Register:

Integrated Wealth Systems, that presently is grossing over 5

Carol Register:

million, and it's a highly sought after money management.

Carol Register:

She is a highly sought-after money management expert and has

Carol Register:

appeared in USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, The New York

Carol Register:

Times, CNN, CNBC, Fox News Channel, Dr. Phil, Face the

Carol Register:

Nation, and on the web at ABCNews.com, Forbes.com, and

Carol Register:

BusinessWeek.com. Welcome, Laurel. Thank you for being

Carol Register:

here. I'm really honored.

Loral Langemeier:

Thank you. It's great to be here. And yeah,

Loral Langemeier:

it took more than five. I bet this. We've been doing this.

Loral Langemeier:

I've been doing mentoring and mastermind. Started what's got

Loral Langemeier:

called the Big Table, first one ever. One thing, which is making

Loral Langemeier:

millionaires. So in 2002, I started the. I'm sorry, 2001, I

Loral Langemeier:

started the Big Table. This was our 25th anniversary. We redid

Loral Langemeier:

the Millionaire Maker book, and in 2022, probably my passion

Loral Langemeier:

project, which was how to make your kids millionaires.

Carol Register:

I love it. So

Loral Langemeier:

we've been doing this in all of that, and

Loral Langemeier:

then our YouTube channel is prevalent, which is Laurel

Loral Langemeier:

Langmar, the Millionaire Maker, and you know it's been

Loral Langemeier:

interesting, Carol, because prior to 2021, in fact, March

Loral Langemeier:

7th, 2020, I was at Eric Swans's event, who introduced us

Loral Langemeier:

together, and flew home from Houston, Texas, to every stage

Loral Langemeier:

in TV being canceled, and it just was a whole new

Loral Langemeier:

restructuring, as it was for almost every company, and we

Loral Langemeier:

reset. And now I'm almost 100 online, and we do our own events

Loral Langemeier:

still with a big table. And I speak every once in a while for

Loral Langemeier:

very special groups, but I stay right here mostly in my studio.

Carol Register:

I love this. I love it so much. And you know

Carol Register:

you're known as a millionaire maker, as you referred to. What

Carol Register:

inspired your accelerator coaching program?

Loral Langemeier:

Just teaching people, really studying for

Loral Langemeier:

myself. At 17 years old, I got the book Think and Grow Rich.

Loral Langemeier:

Soon after that, Bob Proctor was one of my first mentors, and

Loral Langemeier:

I've mentored with all the greats from Zig to Matt Jim

Loral Langemeier:

Rohn, Brian Tracy, Mark Victor Hance, all of them. Like I've

Loral Langemeier:

and I've worked with them. I've been business partners with the

Loral Langemeier:

majority of them, and so just the study of millionaires. And

Loral Langemeier:

you know, a lot of people say they're the millionaire makers.

Loral Langemeier:

Like, well, I got the book and the brand. So, and I've had it

Loral Langemeier:

since 2025. Actually, when McGraw hired me to write this in

Loral Langemeier:

2025, it was a three-book series on how to become millionaires,

Loral Langemeier:

how to create your cash machine, which is your business, and then

Loral Langemeier:

how to invest the money that you make. Because millionaires'

Loral Langemeier:

patterns was making and investing money, not making and

Loral Langemeier:

spending incorrectly, which is why you have tax problems. So,

Loral Langemeier:

what inspired it is you know there had to been a formula, and

Loral Langemeier:

it can't be that hard to crack, and I feel like we've cracked

Loral Langemeier:

it. And I think what I'm known for is just teaching work, like

Loral Langemeier:

what I call common sense, practical application versus the

Loral Langemeier:

theory. And so many gurus just talk about the theory. They

Loral Langemeier:

might have done one transaction. I have done an enormous amount

Loral Langemeier:

of transactions. I've run hundreds of companies, and it's

Loral Langemeier:

it's been a fun ride.

Carol Register:

I love that so much. I'm neuroscience based, so

Carol Register:

we do really go into the mindset work, which I know you also

Carol Register:

cover to set the foundation for the practical application and

Carol Register:

the strategy. But they're a both ends. They they work together,

Carol Register:

and it's really important with your experience to be able to

Carol Register:

bring the actual application to the table, so people know what

Carol Register:

steps to follow in order to unlock their wealth identity.

Carol Register:

Right, and so I think it's really important that you bring

Carol Register:

that out. What what do you think makes your approach to wealth

Carol Register:

building different from other money experts? I mean, I

Carol Register:

mentioned one right now, but what are some other ways?

Loral Langemeier:

Well, it's it's my biggest distinction is

Loral Langemeier:

integration. The financial services world is extremely

Loral Langemeier:

segregated by design, so a CPA has a license, real estate

Loral Langemeier:

agents, brokers have licenses, insurance have licenses,

Loral Langemeier:

financial planners, and financial planners. Their base

Loral Langemeier:

class is less time than it takes to go to school to cut hair. Is

Loral Langemeier:

how pathetic the training is. Yeah, and so everyone has a

Loral Langemeier:

license that's segregated, payment and fees and

Loral Langemeier:

commissions. So

Carol Register:

yeah, their employees. So why would they?

Carol Register:

Yeah, sorry to interrupt. They're

Loral Langemeier:

employees mostly that they're mostly

Loral Langemeier:

employees that earn a fixed amount. They're not millionaires

Loral Langemeier:

who are running your business, right? And they don't talk

Loral Langemeier:

intentionally. They're not integrated intentionally. So

Loral Langemeier:

then you have an estate lawyer that's creating this massive

Loral Langemeier:

estate plan and asset protection, not talking to your

Loral Langemeier:

tax team, and to find somebody who can what I call quarterback

Loral Langemeier:

and really advocate. I just saw this huge gap. So early, early

Loral Langemeier:

in 2020, in the like 20 oh 203, I would just tell people these

Loral Langemeier:

are the people you need on their team. They go out and get them,

Loral Langemeier:

and then I found myself training experts who had absolutely no

Loral Langemeier:

interest in talking, and I said, "Well, I'm going to do this

Loral Langemeier:

differently. I'm going to go out and find, I'm going to find the

Loral Langemeier:

experts and lay down some very rules of our community, and

Loral Langemeier:

everybody's going to stay in their lane, and we're going to

Loral Langemeier:

operate on behalf of the client. The client's agenda wins, and we

Loral Langemeier:

work for the client. So, you you will get paid in a different

Loral Langemeier:

way, but you're not going to be paid in your traditional ways.

Loral Langemeier:

The thing you're going to get, though, is my volume of clients.

Loral Langemeier:

So, people come through the integrated wealth systems

Loral Langemeier:

process. We in chapter three of the book, and I'm going to give

Loral Langemeier:

everyone an ebook copy of this book. So, if people go to let me

Loral Langemeier:

see what the link is, asklaurel.com, a s k l o r a

Loral Langemeier:

l.com forward slash. Carol register, you will get this and

Loral Langemeier:

a couple tickets to one of my events that I do once a month.

Loral Langemeier:

That sets up how do you become a million or even 100,000 there.

Loral Langemeier:

Just get yourself in a better financial situation because most

Loral Langemeier:

people don't.

Carol Register:

It's so true, and you know I even noticed

Carol Register:

speaking to what you just said that I had an international tax

Carol Register:

expert. Well, I still do, but he once he graduated from

Carol Register:

Georgetown with his legal degree, the IRS forced him to

Carol Register:

choose CPA or law. He couldn't do both, and so that was very

Carol Register:

interesting finding out that distinction, and just being able

Carol Register:

to educate ourselves along the lines you were talking about.

Carol Register:

Who's advising us? Who's guiding us? Is it an employee that's

Carol Register:

making far less in your making, like you mentioned? So, what are

Carol Register:

the important steps that you recommend then for someone who

Carol Register:

really wants to start building wealth quickly,

Loral Langemeier:

well, quickly is you got to learn to make

Loral Langemeier:

money. So we're taught. I teach a concept called living

Loral Langemeier:

corporate life, which means the way you make money, the way

Loral Langemeier:

wealthy people make money, is inside a company. And there's

Loral Langemeier:

corporate structure all over the world, as you said. I've been in

Loral Langemeier:

every continent. The difference is America has the strongest. It

Loral Langemeier:

has four different kind of corporate structures. So when

Loral Langemeier:

your company makes the money, not you. I always say companies,

Loral Langemeier:

right? Companies make money. Individuals get taxed. So too

Loral Langemeier:

many people think they need a big paycheck. I make $42,000 as

Loral Langemeier:

a single mom. So that's and I don't need more than that

Loral Langemeier:

because my companies have like I don't own a phone, I don't own a

Loral Langemeier:

vehicle, I don't own a home. Those are allowances that are

Loral Langemeier:

driven through my company that makes millions, but I don't own

Loral Langemeier:

the phone. I Laurel don't own a phone, so it's how do you live

Loral Langemeier:

really the Rockefeller principles of own nothing,

Loral Langemeier:

control it all. Yes, and the first thing you have to do

Loral Langemeier:

though, because what we're not taught that we're taught to

Loral Langemeier:

become employed, so the first steps are in addition to your

Loral Langemeier:

employment. You do have to have another business, a legal intent

Loral Langemeier:

to make money. It doesn't have to be big, doesn't have to be

Loral Langemeier:

worth millions, but you do need a business. Whether it's a small

Loral Langemeier:

franchise, whether it's just 21st century lemonade stand, you

Loral Langemeier:

could do like I have. I have literally big executives at

Loral Langemeier:

company, and one on this has a business that's a metal artist

Loral Langemeier:

builds beautiful metal lamps and gates and things. I have another

Loral Langemeier:

one who just partnered to some direct sales companies and sells

Loral Langemeier:

a whole nutrition program. Others that work on BrainTap and

Loral Langemeier:

other brain products. So you just have to have a business.

Loral Langemeier:

But the biggest skill that wealthy people have and know and

Loral Langemeier:

have on their tool belt is a way to make money, and the fastest

Loral Langemeier:

way to make money is use your brain. And most people don't

Loral Langemeier:

know how to monetize their expertise. And everyone, like

Loral Langemeier:

you, neuroscience, I have money. Every even a teacher, they could

Loral Langemeier:

they could hang out a shingle and be a tutor. They'll say,

Loral Langemeier:

"Well, I don't want to. Well, this isn't what you want to do

Loral Langemeier:

right now. This is, and I I do believe over time, like you're

Loral Langemeier:

living your passion, I'm living my passion. But we all of the

Loral Langemeier:

steps we got to be who we are. There were things that we did

Loral Langemeier:

along that journey that weren't our passion, you know, role. So

Loral Langemeier:

your first businesses to make money just get in business and

Loral Langemeier:

just learn to make money, which means marketing, sales, and cash

Loral Langemeier:

flow. And those aren't taught. Even my my son is a CPA. He's

Loral Langemeier:

been taught how to market being a CPA or sell or understand the

Loral Langemeier:

cash flow of his own company, so I do a lot of work with small

Loral Langemeier:

businesses, small medium sized businesses. I've I've got

Loral Langemeier:

clients that make 100 million, 50 million, 20 million. So our

Loral Langemeier:

range of breadth is really high because I have such an

Loral Langemeier:

integrated team. It's me and 28 other financial and business

Loral Langemeier:

experts that are part of that-that is what integrated

Loral Langemeier:

wealth is. Yeah, it's fun,

Carol Register:

fantastic. So that number one simplest way

Carol Register:

is-it sounds like definitely using your brain. So you know,

Carol Register:

mentorship with that, and having a business. Right, number one,

Carol Register:

have a business, have a way to make money, and you mentioned

Carol Register:

several different ways, several different avenues that you do

Carol Register:

it. So, it may not be your passion, but you could be

Carol Register:

selling products, for example, like you mentioned, or working

Carol Register:

with other wealthy executives. You want to add, keep going. And

Loral Langemeier:

like my first, yeah. I mean, one thing too,

Loral Langemeier:

though, because you said I'm a money manager. I'm not. I'm not

Loral Langemeier:

a manager means I have a license. I have no license.

Carol Register:

Yeah, I work

Loral Langemeier:

with. Yeah, I I have everybody that's on our

Loral Langemeier:

team that needs a license has a license, and I'm not sure when

Loral Langemeier:

your friend graduated, but you can have a law and a CPA. You

Loral Langemeier:

can have both as of today. I mean, I know today that's a

Loral Langemeier:

standard. You can have both, so I don't know what era that he

Loral Langemeier:

could have those things. Yeah, but all of you could be a

Loral Langemeier:

mentor. All of you could be a coach. All of you could guide or

Loral Langemeier:

consult. I mean, a simple example of how to make money is

Loral Langemeier:

one by a housewife. Her husband is a GC general contractor,

Loral Langemeier:

makes tons of money. She's raised. Kids, he said, I don't

Loral Langemeier:

have any skills. And I said, you raised eight kids. What's the

Loral Langemeier:

one thing you're most proud of? And she said, Well, I had one

Loral Langemeier:

son who was had autistic tendencies, and I researched and

Loral Langemeier:

came up with a nutrition program, and it's so good. It's

Loral Langemeier:

just everybody in my family's on it. And I was like,

Carol Register:

wow.

Loral Langemeier:

Then write a cookbook. She's like, but

Loral Langemeier:

anybody could do that. I said, you don't understand. Busy

Loral Langemeier:

people want consolidation. If you're willing to do all that

Loral Langemeier:

research and all that homework and come up with the recipes

Loral Langemeier:

that really has reduced his autistic tendencies,

Unknown:

yeah,

Loral Langemeier:

there's such a need for that. Go like create an

Loral Langemeier:

online recipe book. Whatever you do, put it up online. She had no

Loral Langemeier:

idea how to monetize it, but she had. I mean, everybody has

Loral Langemeier:

something. They just haven't thought. How do I make money

Loral Langemeier:

with this skill with this thing, and my transition out of

Loral Langemeier:

Chevron, right? Because I lived the corporate life, Chevron did

Loral Langemeier:

all that fitness. Is I called Bob Proctor, 1995 96, and I

Loral Langemeier:

said, I'm just I'm done with that. So he introduced me to she

Loral Langemeier:

was I went to work on a contract to be the master distributor of

Loral Langemeier:

the game for Robert and Sharon and the rich dad poor dad brand

Loral Langemeier:

for cash flow, and then so that. But I share that because that

Loral Langemeier:

gave me the the umbrella of the rich dad poor dad brand. I got

Loral Langemeier:

to see their marketing department. I got to see their

Loral Langemeier:

sales department. I got to see their accounting department. I

Loral Langemeier:

got to see their distribution, their wholesaling. I saw

Loral Langemeier:

everything.

Carol Register:

Then

Loral Langemeier:

when I became a million in real estate in

Loral Langemeier:

1999, I launched. So I went not, not not knowing I was going to

Loral Langemeier:

stay, but I went there to learn. I went there to make money.

Loral Langemeier:

Number one, I made a lot of assholes. So much for those

Loral Langemeier:

guys. Yeah. But in also behind the scenes, they weren't

Loral Langemeier:

coaching, so I could take on the coaching. So I sold their books

Loral Langemeier:

there and started my stuff. So there's a way for all of you to

Loral Langemeier:

to walk into what you want to do and have the passion and the

Loral Langemeier:

love. But like a lot of you, you're like me. Like and even

Loral Langemeier:

when I started Live Out Loud, which then became Integrated

Loral Langemeier:

Well Systems, I didn't have any books. I used everybody else's.

Loral Langemeier:

I used Bob Proctor's. I still use Robert Sharon's The Rich Dad

Loral Langemeier:

Poor Dad stuff. I use Keith Cunningham. I'm sure you DC

Loral Langemeier:

Cordova. I use Money and You. So I used everybody else's great

Loral Langemeier:

content while I was the person spending time with them. So all

Loral Langemeier:

of you, you all have an ability to use other people's brilliance

Loral Langemeier:

and combine it into a package called bundling to make you

Loral Langemeier:

distinctively different. So you know people who say, oh, I'm so

Loral Langemeier:

stuck. I can't make money. You don't want to. You want some

Loral Langemeier:

magic wand. Which, by the way, you'll you'll enjoy this, Carol.

Loral Langemeier:

Look, I have a magic wand. I love that it doesn't work. See,

Loral Langemeier:

because people say, "Oh, you have a magic wand. Yeah, but it

Loral Langemeier:

doesn't work. It doesn't have any magic other than the fact

Loral Langemeier:

it's just fun to look at and has fun words on it. But a lot of

Loral Langemeier:

people think there's this magic wand or this magic, and yeah, it

Loral Langemeier:

is. It's another person that's going to inspire you. And you

Loral Langemeier:

know, one of the things people ask is, "How did I move so

Loral Langemeier:

quickly in my career? Is I always had a mentor. I still

Loral Langemeier:

today have people who I pay to coach me and mentor. People say,

Loral Langemeier:

"At your level, and I said, "There's always another level.

Loral Langemeier:

Yeah,

Loral Langemeier:

there's always a distinction. There's always something you

Loral Langemeier:

need to work on, and it's being that perpetual learner that I

Loral Langemeier:

think I don't think I know has kept me in the game.

Carol Register:

Yeah, that I love this so much because you've

Carol Register:

given us so much here mentoring. I noticed that right away. What

Carol Register:

did you do when you were in that transition? You immediately

Carol Register:

called Bob Proctor, and he went and

Carol Register:

sat and learned at the feet of an incredible mentor, right? And

Carol Register:

you're we're continuing to build your skills as you are today,

Carol Register:

because every time we are in learning and we're with a

Carol Register:

mentor, we are developing and building skills, which we can

Carol Register:

then bring value to the marketplace, and with that value

Carol Register:

in the marketplace at scale, we can monetize that. It becomes so

Carol Register:

beautiful when we're able to do that. So, building a business,

Carol Register:

having a mentor, being able to, you know, fund things in a way

Carol Register:

that brings you in the three elements of business that you

Carol Register:

mentioned, so that we have the cash flow and we can continue to

Carol Register:

grow from there. I mean, it's really incredible what we have

Carol Register:

available and using what you have, what your unique abilities

Carol Register:

are. If you've raised eight kids, you have managed a

Carol Register:

business. I don't care. There's no other way to put that, right?

Loral Langemeier:

Family business,

Carol Register:

right? And you know that takes budgeting, that

Carol Register:

takes planning and organization, that takes systemization. I

Carol Register:

mean, you know, nursing, driving all the things, right? So you're

Carol Register:

you're well equipped, and you know I love the way you're

Carol Register:

making it more simple. You're just bringing things out that

Carol Register:

keep it simple for us, and we can really unlock and unlock our

Carol Register:

wealth identity and know who we are with the. Ability to produce

Carol Register:

in a way that we want to produce. Would you just address

Carol Register:

that a little bit between entrepreneurship and corporate?

Carol Register:

Because you've been on both sides, and both are great. But

Carol Register:

would you have a preference one toward another, or would you

Loral Langemeier:

run another order? I the order that it

Loral Langemeier:

occurred for me worked because I actually wasn't an employee. I

Loral Langemeier:

started my first my first real entrepreneurial venture was

Loral Langemeier:

seven aerobics instruction. So I started in the fitness world,

Loral Langemeier:

got my business degree, and then continued a master's degree in

Loral Langemeier:

exercise physics because I didn't really want to work in an

Loral Langemeier:

investment bank. But I hadn't hired enough mentors during that

Loral Langemeier:

college experience to really realize what entrepreneurship

Loral Langemeier:

was, and it's not taught properly. Mentors teach you

Loral Langemeier:

entrepreneurship. Even the schools-they're taught by

Loral Langemeier:

business administrative old professors that maybe ran a

Loral Langemeier:

little side hustle, but they've never run a multi-multi million

Loral Langemeier:

dollar company. So, for me, the only reason I had to become an

Loral Langemeier:

employee for Chevron for those years is because I couldn't

Loral Langemeier:

afford the helicopter insurance, and I was flying around on

Loral Langemeier:

seaplanes and mostly helicopters offshore. Right. So I had to

Loral Langemeier:

become an employee. But being an employee is the highest tax

Loral Langemeier:

position anywhere in the world. So if you choose to be a high

Loral Langemeier:

income earner, you will be taxed at the highest rate. The only

Loral Langemeier:

way to take that down is to have your own what I call cash

Loral Langemeier:

machine, your own business, so you can activate a ton of

Loral Langemeier:

deductions. You cannot just have a whole lineup of passive

Loral Langemeier:

income, like of passive real estate. A lot of people who are

Loral Langemeier:

big employees think, well, if I have enough passive real estate,

Loral Langemeier:

which, by the way, real estate is never passive. A tenant turns

Loral Langemeier:

over an Airbnb tenant, you know, wrecks your property. You're

Loral Langemeier:

always, you're always going to be active in that. Right. But

Loral Langemeier:

it's not enough tax advantage. And then how you really invest

Loral Langemeier:

the alternatives. What I mean by that is, you're not going to buy

Loral Langemeier:

a REIT on Wall Street. You're going to buy the real estate.

Loral Langemeier:

You're not going to buy a Chevron stock. You're going to

Loral Langemeier:

buy the oil well in Texas, Louisiana, or offshore,

Unknown:

or

Loral Langemeier:

you know, yeah, and has a way wherever you

Loral Langemeier:

find a good deal. Oklahoma's got some really great deals going

Loral Langemeier:

right now too. Line stock, you're buying your own airplane.

Loral Langemeier:

Yeah. So when I say the alternatives, you're buying the

Loral Langemeier:

asset that gives you the depreciation schedule. So it's

Loral Langemeier:

how you make your money. Taxes is really what I call a

trifecta:

how you make it into what company that allows what

trifecta:

deductions, and then how you invest. That all together is as

trifecta:

a strategy, a tax strategy, and we we excel at that. I mean,

trifecta:

integration takes a little time because I'll meet clients. Our

trifecta:

average client usually comes with a fair amount of money.

trifecta:

Some of millionaires, some of them not. I tend to get a lot of

trifecta:

widows who have a lot of life insurance going. Now, what do I

trifecta:

do? I don't know what to do, and they may not have made the

trifecta:

money, or they did make the money, but taxes is what kills

trifecta:

them financially if they don't manage it. And you have to pay

trifecta:

attention. You can't just kick that out to you know a CPA or

trifecta:

some basic tax team, you know most people who who do taxes I

trifecta:

call CPAs historians. You hand them your big box of stuff after

trifecta:

you did your year, and there's nothing to fix. They need to be

trifecta:

with you during the year if they know how to do that. And what I

trifecta:

found is a lot of CPAs don't know how to be with you and

trifecta:

strategize for a low tax basis, they just document what you did,

trifecta:

and that's an historian. That is not a strategist. A strategist

trifecta:

is what we do. We strategize forward. What are you going to

trifecta:

do? How much money are you going to make? Where do you want to

trifecta:

invest? Let's start looking now, and we lay out the plan in front

trifecta:

of you, versus worry about what happened behind you. And a lot

trifecta:

of people are stuck financially because they're so stuck about

trifecta:

what happened in the past, and so I was saying, "It's called so

trifecta:

what now? What? So what happened in the past that's not going to

trifecta:

affect you now? What do you want to do about it? And then we,

trifecta:

then I plan from there with you. Is what do you want to do? What

trifecta:

do you want to do to make money? What are you going to do? Our

trifecta:

teams will figure out your corporate structure. You're not

trifecta:

going to run to the secretary of state and get a an LLC just

trifecta:

because you need an LLC, maybe you need an S corp, maybe you

trifecta:

need a C corp, maybe you need something else. So we start with

trifecta:

a complete foundational. I call it architect. Like we're going

trifecta:

to fix the architecture of your wealth building. Then let's go

trifecta:

make more money, invest more money, and you use a team.

trifecta:

You're not going to do this by yourself. Yeah. If you do, good

trifecta:

luck. It's just too much to know and too much to learn.

Carol Register:

I love that, and I think it's the rich dad poor

Carol Register:

dad principle. You can't be an expert. Well, you can, you know,

Carol Register:

if you you maybe super super level, but you know, multiple

Carol Register:

years in HR and legal and accounting and you know

Carol Register:

inventory or distribution, and that idea that you're captaining

Carol Register:

the ship and then going out and having the expertise to help

Carol Register:

you, and I love what you brought out about strategy, right? And

Carol Register:

versus a historian, it's exactly what it is. You're just handing

Carol Register:

your accounting all the documents. And if you're not

Carol Register:

sitting and planning the future, then you're not really taking

Carol Register:

advantage of all the things that are available to you. And the

Carol Register:

thing I love too is, well, the tax code's over 70,000 pages,

Carol Register:

and Is I

Loral Langemeier:

83,000.

Carol Register:

I

Loral Langemeier:

big beautiful bill just took it all the way

Carol Register:

up. I've been in a situation where talking to 10

Carol Register:

accountants in a row in different countries, 10 in the

Carol Register:

U.S. 10 in here in Chile, for example, and they have 10

Carol Register:

different answers every time. But what I love about what

Carol Register:

you're talking about is that you can go and work with somebody

Carol Register:

like Laurel, who has the team, has the expertise, has the

Carol Register:

testimonials of the work that she's done and what she's

Carol Register:

produced, and so you can know that you're in a good spot

Carol Register:

there, and you're actually doing something that you may have

Carol Register:

never taken action on before. So thank you for that.

Loral Langemeier:

Yeah, and I do a class like the the tickets. If

Loral Langemeier:

they go to that link, the I'm sure you'll put it in the show

Loral Langemeier:

notes to the Ask Laurel A S K L O R l.com forward slash Carol

Loral Langemeier:

Register. I have two tickets. It's called the Millionaire

Loral Langemeier:

Intensive, where, like, there's just a two-hour period in the

Loral Langemeier:

beginning where I talk about how your company makes money, how

Loral Langemeier:

you do those deductions. Like, I basically give you a blueprint

Loral Langemeier:

of how you can reset your foundation. Then, I mean, then

Loral Langemeier:

those who really want help then continue to come forward, have a

Loral Langemeier:

one-on-one session with our team. So you're going to be

Loral Langemeier:

offered that, and if you want our teams to help because we're

Loral Langemeier:

integrated, and then you know Carol, I'll have those people

Loral Langemeier:

who will go off on their own and say, "Well, I'm going to find

Loral Langemeier:

one of all the people she has, and then they'll try to

Loral Langemeier:

quarterback it. And but they don't have enough experience, so

Loral Langemeier:

then they'll come back a year or two later. So I should have

Loral Langemeier:

joined, or I should have got your help because I tried it on

Loral Langemeier:

my own, but I didn't know what I was doing. Because at some

Loral Langemeier:

point, you, the entrepreneur, like I'm speaking to everyone

Loral Langemeier:

listening to this broadcast, you need to be the one focused on

Loral Langemeier:

making money and investing money. Those are your two

Loral Langemeier:

choices. Everything else, our teams will surround you and help

Loral Langemeier:

get stuff done with and for you because it's too much to do and

Loral Langemeier:

you don't have enough expertise

Carol Register:

when you're focused on the marketing, the

Carol Register:

sales, and the cash flow. That's your role in your company, so

Carol Register:

that your company can flourish and grow and be an actual

Carol Register:

business. I don't remember what the exact statistic is, but I

Carol Register:

believe it's over 95% of businesses don't last 10 years

Carol Register:

or fail within 10 years, and that's something to take very

Carol Register:

seriously because your expertise is out there. It is available

Carol Register:

for us. We can go get it. Yeah.

Loral Langemeier:

So again, go to the link and get my book.

Loral Langemeier:

Read up to chapter three. Do a gap analysis. You can always

Loral Langemeier:

call our office 775588 9200. Ask for a one on one session, or the

Loral Langemeier:

gap analysis in the book will guide you back to a one on one.

Loral Langemeier:

And that whole one on one is really to help you identify your

Loral Langemeier:

gaps and where you are. And then from there, then we give you two

Loral Langemeier:

tickets to attend an event. The next one's august 6, so

Loral Langemeier:

hopefully we're airing this before then. If not, the first

Loral Langemeier:

Thursday of every month we do an event, and we'd love to have

Loral Langemeier:

you. And it's a free event, so you can come and start learning

Loral Langemeier:

where your gaps are, what you need. And I've never met anybody

Loral Langemeier:

that doesn't need something in their plan.

Carol Register:

Right, exactly. Thank you, Laurel. So, just to

Carol Register:

repeat that one more time: reach out to that phone number, get a

Carol Register:

one-on-one, find out where your gaps are, read the first three

Carol Register:

chapters in. Hold up the book again, so we can see that the

Carol Register:

millionaire maker. She's known as the millionaire maker. Then

Carol Register:

also you will be able to receive the tickets for August the

Carol Register:

sixth. the the incredible the incredible intenses that you're

Carol Register:

having, so that we can come in and we can really begin to grow

Carol Register:

and do things quickly and easily in ways we may not have

Carol Register:

considered before, and that's the part I really love. I can't

Carol Register:

wait to have you back on. This has been absolutely amazing.

Carol Register:

Thank you so much. I'm super honored, and let's start to

Carol Register:

apply what Laurel Langevier has shared with us today. Ciao for

Carol Register:

now.

Loral Langemeier:

Thanks, Carol.
