Jasmine Jonte runs CRE8TION, a done-for-you program design agency that's built 160 programs and reached more than 100,000 students. This whole conversation revolves around one question: now that anyone can generate a course outline in ten minutes, what are people actually paying for?
Her answer is that they were never paying for the information. The passive income promise sold to experts in 2020 was a marketing lie, and AI didn't break the model so much as make the crack impossible to ignore. She walks through where her clients use AI inside a program build, where they deliberately don't, and what the standard looks like now that buyers know what good feels like.
What you'll learn:
- Why the barrier to entry keeps dropping while client expectations keep climbing
- The $7,500 program that showed her experts know what they know but can't teach it
- What her clients are replacing workbooks and calculators with
- The one thing she says AI can't be coded with
- How to talk about AI use with clients who have friction around it
- The closing line about lifetime value that reframes your whole delivery model

It was never about information, but now AI has just made it really freaking obvious to the point where you can't skirt by with coffee charisma and like a personal brand. You actually have to deliver results for people.
Kelly Sinclair:Welcome to the next evolution of the podcast Entrepreneur School in the AI era. We are here to figure out how to integrate AI into the business you've worked so hard to build, in a way that still feels like you. I'm your host Kelly Sinclair, award-winning marketer turned AI platform co-founder. AI has fundamentally changed how I thought about work, systems, and what's actually possible. This show is about navigating that new reality together. It's going to be a wild ride, my friend, but I truly believe there's a way to leverage AI in a way that's intentional, human-centered, and aligned. It's an ongoing evolution, so let's explore because AI may just be the unlock you need to achieve the life-first business you truly desire.
Kelly Sinclair:Welcome back to Entrepreneur School, my friend. My guest today is Jasmine Jonte, and she is the founder of Creation, a done-for-you program design agency that's built over 160 programs and reached more than 100,000 students, and I'm so excited to talk to you today about how AI is changing this game for you, Jasmine. Welcome. Thank you. Thanks for having me. I'm I'm excited as well. Love an AI convo. Oh yeah. And just for my listeners, we don't really do pre-interview here with guests. It's like whatever happens on the show is what happens on the show, so stick around because this is not scripted. Jasmine, why don't you give a little bit of context? I want to immediately ask you your opinion on how AI is shifting the like creator, coaches, educator economy, but maybe just a little bit of context about where your perspective is coming from in the work that you've been doing. Before we get into that,
Jasmine Jonte:sure. So I come from a teaching background. I taught in the lowest performing school in the country, which at the time was in Detroit, Michigan. So I bring an education background and like a transformational learning design background. So more than just curriculum, but how do you design experiences that help your clients, your students actually get the result that they're paying you for? Okay, so that's that's the lens I come from. And you know, when I when I got into the online coaching consulting space after burning out in the classroom, I first like created my own programs, largely in the personal development and mastermind world. Had great raving client success. I mean, 80% retention. Everyone came back from my own programs. Like, really knew how to deliver a result, but couldn't quite crack the marketing code because that wasn't my background. I knew how to be persuasive, but like persuasive at scale online, like wasn't was where I needed to build my skills. So I bought a program from someone who was very good at marketing to me, with a lot of credibility, and I paid him $7,500. And I got into his program, and it was just terrible. Like it was so bad. Like I'm a self starter. I'm someone who, even if a program's like not that great, I can generally get a result out of it just because I know myself and I know how to teach, self teach, and this was not that. And it was just the light bulb that went on. That man, people really know what they know. Like they're an expert, but they don't know how to teach what they know. So that's when I started to do the work we do now, which is agency work. Like you mentioned, it's done for you program design. So helping those experts leverage their impact through really getting people results.
Kelly Sinclair:Okay, so what are you seeing now? Let's let's date stamp. This conversation is happening August 18, 2026. Wow! Stay up. to always be like, here's when we had this chat, just in case something major changes by the time it comes out. But what are you seeing in terms of the different ways that AI is shifting how your experts need to create and deliver their programs online,
Jasmine Jonte:it's very weird. The barrier to entry somehow is getting lower and lower, meaning it's easier than ever for people to believe that they can talk to an LLM, you know, a chat, a clot, whatever, and spit out materials that they can put into a portal and sell. So, like the barrier to entry is lowering, but the standard of what clients are expecting is rising. So we have this really-it's just like a really interesting time because-and the the client. They're expecting more because everyone joined a program in 2020, and they generally know what good looks like now. And they have higher expectations, also because everyone has that Amazon Prime state of mind. They want a result, and they want it yesterday. Especially AI is like doubling down on that. So, not only are they expecting that you get them a result, but they're expecting that you get them a result faster and easier than ever. And the truth is, most people out there who are going to AI to build a course, it's actually doing the opposite. It's so even though it feels easy because you can look at something without an expert point of view of like what makes transformational learning design. You look at you think, oh, that looks good enough to put out there, but what used to happen, where we would put something out there and then iterate and iterate and iterate and make it good with clients, you can still do that, but they still they just have such a higher standard from the jump than they used to. So I totally see that tension between the client
Kelly Sinclair:expectation of what actually constitutes good and worth paying for. When the alternative is, I can just talk to an LLM directly and ask them the questions I might ask coach in X Y Z field. So let's talk about the client expectations, like the end user, the client's clients, your clients, clients, my clients, the same. What they expect, what are you seeing there, and how how does that play out in terms of the way that you help people shape their programs? A lot of it depends on who that client is. So, I'll give you kind of two ends of the spectrum. Recently, we helped a company called Entrepreneurial Performance Labs that has an assessment and a curriculum that they license to universities. So their student is literally kids in college.
Jasmine Jonte:That expectation for interactivity, for engagement, for application, like they have a lot higher standard than my clients who, like I'm thinking about a real estate investing program that we built for clients in like their late 60s and 70s. They have a very different bar. So I I just caveat what I'm about to say with like know your ideal client. This may impact you more or less depending on who you serve. Okay, but in general, what I'm seeing is that videos need to be short. Like we're talking, like you want to get in and get out six to 10 minutes on the high end for if you have video curriculum, what the length of those videos. I'm also seeing a high a high level of redirecting energy away from traditional resources such as workbooks or manuals or you know like calculators toward what we call internally like interactivity interactive AI. So that might be a calculator, but instead of like a spreadsheet calculator, it's something we vibe coded that is designed based on the curriculum of the client that someone can then go in and leverage, or even I mean, like it's so custom, it's hard to even give buckets to it. But like really, really highly custom AI tools that allow them to engage with the content sometimes without even having to watch a video. You know, it was just like you immediately apply it and get something to take away toward the transformation to do towards the transformation. So, those are two things, or that's two things. One is video speed or video length, and the other is again moving away from traditional resources and toward AI-based resources.
Kelly Sinclair:Okay, I definitely want to jump on all over that piece of the conversation. So, but just to capture this, what I'm kind of hearing you say is, it's because I mean, this is my theory anyway. So, tell me if you agree. It's because that in just like information has been commoditized by AI, so we can just build a program to teach people something. We have to actually really ensure that application piece is more, just more transformational than before. Like, how would you express that shift?
Jasmine Jonte:I kind of agree with you. I think that's how most people are feeling the shift in the expert industry, but I would argue that it was never about information in the first place, and that was actually a misconception that experts made back in 2020 when online education took off, which is we were all sold as experts. We were. Sold by marketers who are coaching coaches how to make courses and stuff. That you want some kind of leveraged offer, like a self-paced course, where you put your information that your information is valuable, and you give it to a client, and boom, you don't have any delivery. You have a ton of margin, and like you make passive income while you sleep, which was always BS. Yeah. Okay. Oh, it was always BS. You were always getting sold something. Sorry, need to be the bear. Don't shoot the messenger, so so to speak. I think it was never about that. I think it's always been about getting people results, and information has never delivered a result, which is why I've never built a program for any client ever that was just an information dump, because that was never the goal. The goal has always been to create transformation and results for our clients. So even before AI was a possibility, we weren't just doing info dump resources. We were doing application exercises. We were doing audio feeds. We were doing. We're always talking about how do you, how do you combine, how do you connect the the curriculum, which is the information, right? The curriculum is the information with the experience of one-on-one calls, group calls, not just like show up to a blanket Q and A, which feels like homework on my calendar, but like what are what are we doing on these calls that make them feel excited and like they're making movement and getting momentum inside of these calls, or the community, or like whatever support structure is surrounding that curriculum. So again, like to bring it to bring it back, you know, land the plane
Jasmine Jonte:for you here. It was never about information, but now AI has just made it really freaking obvious to the point where you can't skirt by with coffee charisma and like a personal brand. You actually have to deliver results for people.
Kelly Sinclair:Oh yeah, I love that. So let's get into what delivering results looks like and how that has maybe shifted, or what AI brings to the table; it helps with that.
Jasmine Jonte:I mean, yeah, I think yeah, I think the biggest thing is like personalization and scale, right? Like you can provide it all of your training content. You can provide AI all of your client stories, your client examples. You can give it as much information as helpful, which too much information is not helpful for it. But if you give it the right amount of information, right, give them that Goldi Deluxe code, then it allows students to access you, your knowledge, your expertise, your process 24/7, without needing your time, and potentially maybe even better than you could provide sometimes because you know, it's instead of you sourcing your brain and maybe or maybe not remembering something that would support a client at a certain time, the AI will remember it. Now that said, I don't think all AI is all the answer. I do believe in human to human connection. People need to to feel your energy, and AI can't be coded with intuition, so there's it's a balancing act here. But the more that we can give to AI to provide the service, that personalization at scale without you, the better results for the clients, and that frees you up. That gives you capacity to stay in your zone of genius, leveraging things like your intuition and and that human to human connection. So yeah, it's not like a either or answer. I think we need
Kelly Sinclair:both. Oh, 100% agree with that. I think that there's some fear around if I use AI or however I might use AI, that's going to somehow like reduce my personal value, and I think it is the opposite because what our clients are finding who are building AI tools to support their programs that they're embedding their frameworks and their expertise into on our platform Wave, they are actually seeing their clients are showing up at the group calls or whatever personal interactions they have, further ahead they have removed the barriers of some of those like basic FAQs and first drafts and things like that. And so when they come to those conversations, the coach themself, the expert, is able to go layers deeper in strategy and nuance and intuition, like you said, and be able to provide that because they aren't just like back at step one with their clients trying to get them to that first milestone.
Jasmine Jonte:Yeah, we're seeing exactly the same things, and it's always been like that, right? If you have a if you have a good curriculum back in 2021, if you had a good curriculum, that was the result. Is they would come to the call prepared with things to show you and ways to go deeper. If you had a bad curriculum, then you were answering the same questions over and over again, despite the fact that you've recorded videos. So it's the same thing. It's just now like compounded on because AI can help them. Again, like you said, get to the first layer, get to something that's good, and then they show up to show their coach good to take them to great, rather than zero to one.
Kelly Sinclair:Yes, yeah, fantastic. How much are you seeing? Like, is there? I'm sure there's no magic formula. I mean, there never is a magic formula, so like caveat there. But how much are you seeing your clients like percentage of curriculum that is supported by AI tools, like what does that kind of pace or balance look like in what you're building now?
Jasmine Jonte:Yeah, it definitely depends on the subject matter. For example, like I'm thinking of a real estate investing course that that we built, and AI couldn't quite do blueprints yet, you know. Like it's just not not. We still need an architect, but there are other elements like the like some of the tenant communication and things like that that we could AIify. So that was a little more balanced. Things like you know, if we have a revenue roadmap offer that designs designs offer designs marketing plan design like gets someone who's one to one and booked out ready to go one to many and helps them understand what is that leveraged offer? Should I do a mastermind? Should I do a course? Should I do a group coaching program? Like answers those kinds of questions, and that offer, especially like the 90 day planning cycle of that, we've been able to generate use our frameworks and my CMO's frameworks. Having worked on hundreds of expert businesses, many of them hitting seven figures, that process is keyed in. Now, if you went to like a general LLM and asked for a 90 day plan, could he give you one? Sure, but like this is keyed specifically to our client at the stage in business they're at, based on all of the solutions that we've seen get results. So again, I think that's so. I would say that process is probably like percent AI, and then 45% her human insight, her experience, her intuition-all that. So it really depends. And then you know, we've taught like intuition training programs that are almost 0% AI, because that's literally it's like the opposite is the goal. So we kind of it's a it's a scale, but again, comes back to that concept of like who's your ideal client and what are you teaching them?
Kelly Sinclair:Okay, so for someone who's a whose ideal client has some sappiness with technology, so let's just set the bar there. Are you finding your clients having any challenges around how they're positioning their offer and the role AI plays in their offer. Like, how are they needing to disclose AI use or promote it, or like, where is that landing?
Jasmine Jonte:Definitely put it in your contracts. Call your lawyer. You know, make sure you you have a clause in there that tells how if you're using AI, how you're using AI. I know Claude or Anthropic just came out that they're basically watermarking every single artifact and everything that they create has been made for by use with AI. I mean, for our clients specifically, the fact that we can now go faster and there is less for them to. I mean, there already wasn't much for them to do, but now there's even less for them to do. They're on board with it. And the flip side, if I think about like my spiritual clients, they're usually the if if someone's coming to learn, like we've done some tarot card education programs, intuition training programs, you know, really like kind of therapists who are very like feelings-based transformation programs. They usually have the most friction related to using AI with their clients, and it's all about just framing. You're just framing it as what's the benefit to them, and then also battling the objections. I mean, it's marketing. It's just marketing to the clients you already have about why your process is the best process. And we've been able to overcome that once they again can see the benefit to them and how it's not, and just being transparent about what risks they think it has and what it, what risks it actually has, and how they're using it. Does that answer your question?
Kelly Sinclair:Yes, on both. I was going to say, like as an example, I had this awareness this morning for myself as a marketer. I know that one of the biggest objections that you face when you're promoting your offer is your client's belief and their ability to actually achieve the result. So whether or not they want the result doesn't really matter. It's do they think they can actually get that result based on obviously your framework, their trust in you, your expertise. Is how you position that, but I was thinking about this because I have never ever wanted to entertain any kind of macronutrition counting at all. I was like, that sounds terrible. I'm never going to track my food. I'm never going to measure the things that I eat. And I hired a personal trainer recently, and we were like, we're doing weightlifting, and she's like, "How's your nutrition? And I was like, "Well, almost 40. Apparently, you're supposed to have more protein. Like, whatever. And and then she said she started talking about that a little bit, and I realized I was like, "I'm really good at AI, so I actually no longer think that tracking is going to be challenging because I know that that can be done for me. Very, I know I would know how to build a tracking system and make it work for me. So now that barrier to entry to that type of an offer is removed because I've removed the friction about my belief and my ability to get the result, so I think that's a really interesting way to think about it for experts who need to understand what are the things that their clients are resisting as part of the work that they do, and how can or can AI help remove that,
Jasmine Jonte:yeah. It's a very good point. And to that example, like we have a done for you agency, and a reason why it's been successful is because people think that it's going to be hard to do it themselves. So I never get an objection of someone being like, "Oh, I don't think by the end of this I'll have a program that gets people results. They know that they will. That's not an objection that we face. And I think you're right with AI. How can you apply that same piece? It's like it's not done for you with AI, but man, it's a lot faster than if you were to make your own spreadsheet and track your own macros, and you got to go in there and every day, like put in your app or whatever the old process was. So totally. And and on the flip side, there might be some people who have resistance to it because they think if they use AI, it's actually going to be harder to get them a result. So for example, like those spiritual niches I was I was talking about, they feel like they can't get a result if they're dependent on AI for any reason, right? So, for example, reading tarot cards. If you're dependent on AI to tell you the meaning of a card, then how are you supposed to go into a card reading without your AI and deliver for a client? Because now you're reliant on it, so there are some I would say more edge case scenarios where they think it's going to make it harder. And if that's the case, well, how do you overcome that objection? Yeah, which is you can know. Yeah, there's ways. Yeah,
Kelly Sinclair:and then there's yeah, it's just where does it fit into your process for yourself and for the way that you engage and interact with your clients, and I think I'd love your opinion on how this shifts for your clients. So, have you worked with anybody maybe recently who is reimagining their program to add the technology into it, and maybe like if you have a case study or an example to to show how that's how that was triggered and why they're why they're doing that,
Jasmine Jonte:yes, it's happening very very often. The entrepreneurial performance labs I mentioned earlier, they were getting feedback from all of these students at universities that it just wasn't engaging. Their videos were pretty short, but the program itself just wasn't engaging. And the big result of this program is that they assess themselves across these 13 traits that make good entrepreneurs, and they can bucket what traits they have and what traits they don't have, and then the goal is to make a perform it like an improvement plan for themselves for how they can double down on their strengths and bolster their weaknesses, so to speak. Okay. Now before they would go through the curriculum, they would watch the videos, they would take the quiz, they would get the results, but it was all on them. So what we did is designed like a multi-step AI piece where they would get the results. They would kind of input it. They would answer some of their own qualitative questions. They would talk about some of their interests, and then it would generate that performance plan first draft for them. So I don't have. I mean, school is just starting now, so I don't have like the results section of that. But we anticipate it's going to be much more highly rated, which means that professors are happier, the universities are happier, they get better. You know, they have better retention rates year over year. And they're the universities want to put more people through that curriculum rather than fewer, so or maintain. So that's just like one example, but it's happening very very frequently. I was recently I was doing some consulting with with a Krista Maysure who like helps real estate agents and very very successful very successful business and a lot of a real estate agent's job now can be AIified So it's almost like they were stripping they've been at it for 10 years teaching this it's almost like we stripped it down to the studs and we built out a three year
Jasmine Jonte:ascension model and they're infusing AI into every element of the process, and so I really commend her for doing it because a lot of people they just think, oh, once I do it, it's done. I don't iterate on it again because again, we've been sold this lie: you just make a product and then you sell it forever, and it's passive income. But it's not true. Somebody's marketing that bad boy. Somebody's selling that bad boy, and you got to keep it up with the time. So it's a really big undertaking, and and her team are yeah, they're they're gonna crush it. So yeah, if you're not starting from scratch, if you currently have a program, definitely keep considering how can you iterate on it by leveraging all of these amazing tools that we now have.
Kelly Sinclair:I love that you brought that full circle to the like. This is not about creating a program and just trying to filter people to it forever and never changing it. I think that a lot of people that I've talked to are actually they've actually shifted their whole business model because whatever they did was so affected by how AI can do the thing that they used to teach that they now just teach how to use AI to do the thing that they did, or they're teaching AI as a membership or something that's more fluid and doesn't involve structured curriculum and things like that. And and I mean, I have to like bow down to the people who are trying to teach LLMs and like building businesses on how to use Claude and how to use these tools when those tools are just changing so often. Like that is terrifying to me.
Jasmine Jonte:It's honestly, it's very similar to anyone teaching social media, it's very similar to anyone teaching even some like Facebook ads, like because all of that's it's the same thing. It just changes, and so you do have to have a model that allows you to keep iterating and almost like building in real time with your students.
Kelly Sinclair:Awesome! Oh, this has been like such a juicy conversation, and I love your perspective on it. And thank you for all of that experience. It's really interesting to hear what you're doing over at Creation. Is there anything else that you wanted to say, like a final statement to our listeners before we wrap up,
Jasmine Jonte:if I look at what got our clients, students, and our clients, for that matter, results before AI and after AI, it's the same. Which is that it's their job to do the work, but it's your job to make the work easy to do. So. as much as possible, just remember your your only goal is fulfillment. Make it easy and fast to get a result. If you do that, then you will have lifetime value. You will have retention. You will have ascension. Which, real talk, my clients who are surviving right now and thriving-I have clients making more money now than they ever have before-and they don't teach AI. Those clients have solid lifetime value. So if you just have one offer and you're trying to sell that one offer till the cows come home, that's build run quicksand. So, it's your job to make the work easy to do and to provide them serious results so that they stay with you for a long time, and therefore you will have a sustainable business.
Kelly Sinclair:Fantastic hot take to wrap up this episode. I love it, Jasmine. Let us know where to connect with you, where to find you, where to get more, where to go when people need help building their programs.
Jasmine Jonte:Yeah, I mean the best place is our website cre8tion.co with an eight, and you can find me on Instagram, you can find me on YouTube, you can find me on LinkedIn, you can find me on all the places you can find people nowadays. My gift for you guys is actually it's an AI tool. It's called CourseFlix. It is a custom GPT that we've trained on our 160 programs that we've built, and this is specifically for people who already have a program or at least a program idea. And you can go in there, and it will tell you how you can make it more engaged. And help people get even better results. So it's all things program design. It'll take you through a little quiz and then give you personalized recommendations. So highly recommend you go check it out. And that's at cre8tion.co/Netflix.
Kelly Sinclair:Amazing! I'm going to try that. That sounds fun. Yeah, yeah, awesome. Thank you, Jasmine.
Jasmine Jonte:Yes, thanks so much.
Kelly Sinclair:Thank you for listening. If this episode got you thinking about how AI is impacting your business and what it might look like to integrate it in a way that actually fits, I'd love to help you think that through.
