figure that out, and yet here I'm an expert in NLP, timeline

therapy, neuro linguistic programming, and I came down to

two succinct reasons that I put in my book, and I'll tell you

what they are.

I realized it was a mindset, it was a systems problem, and

people would tempt themselves with M and M's right in their

refrigerator or closet, and they say, I'm gonna give up

chocolate, and then the next time they get stressed, what do

Nick Delgado:

they do? Chocolate, they reach for the bad stuff, the junk

Nick Delgado:

food, right, the ice cream, the et cetera, et cetera. So then I

Nick Delgado:

realized, well, what's the biggest excuse about exercise? I

Nick Delgado:

don't have enough time, time. And so I solved that with a

revolutionary 12 minute workout that I had been doing since I

was 20 some years old, and I discovered a unique system that

know, we've seen all sorts of authors, but they never really

give up the juice. So, did you actually write about how to do

your 12 minute workout in the book?

Nick Delgado:

Not only that, it's actually a four part

Nick Delgado:

series. Part one and two, I leaned in with how do you

Nick Delgado:

balance estrogen dominance and hormones, because that's

Nick Delgado:

critical. If you have excess estrogen, you're going to retain

Nick Delgado:

fat, man or woman. And if you don't know how to really balance

Nick Delgado:

your testosterone, your levels of cortisol, all of these

Nick Delgado:

things, and people have cortisol completely wrong. They think you

Nick Delgado:

have to suppress cortisol, it's the opposite. You're living off

Nick Delgado:

adrenaline if you don't have proper levels of cortisol, now

prednisone was released at Big Pharma, and it had a lot of side

effects because it lingers in the body a long time. So, the

Perfect. Tell me some of the myths about

peptides. You know, Olympics got, you know, the good, the

Loral Langemeier:

bad, and the interesting reviews. What's your, what's

Loral Langemeier:

your, your take on it? You know, and as you answer it to next, I

Loral Langemeier:

know you're going to go on this answer for a while. Is

Loral Langemeier:

should people take breaks like that's still a big question. I

Loral Langemeier:

hear is the people that are on it, like I've been on peptides

Loral Langemeier:

for years now, which I don't think you knew. In 2020 22,021,

Loral Langemeier:

I about died 12 minutes from death, lost my spleen in an

Loral Langemeier:

accident, screwed up all my hormones, all my things. It's

Loral Langemeier:

taken, it took a long time to kind of get back balanced, so

Loral Langemeier:

I'm hyper aware of it. Peptides was a massive part of the

Loral Langemeier:

healing, anti-inflammatory, just getting back and then

Loral Langemeier:

supplementing the other organs to take what the spleen doesn't

Loral Langemeier:

do for me anymore. So, like, really answer the peptide

question, and should people take breaks? Because I haven't taken

much of a break, and I'm getting criticized, but you should take

a break for, like, you know, six months. I said, I want to take a

break. I love what I love, how it makes me feel, and I love

what it's, you know, the result.

To your point, I would first tell you that when

you originally mentioned about the spleen and the changes in

Nick Delgado:

your hormones, the beautiful thing about peptides is they

Nick Delgado:

stimulate your body to release the correct amount of hormones,

Nick Delgado:

you see, you could take, for example, human growth hormone,

but you're kind of taking a crapshoot, you don't know

Nick Delgado:

exactly what dose the body needs. If you take CJC 1295 you

Nick Delgado:

then rotate to your other question about taking breaks to

Nick Delgado:

say test wereland, then you rotate after about six weeks or

Nick Delgado:

so to one of the other growth hormone releasing hormones,

Nick Delgado:

Semarellin, GHRP two, GHRP six. You rotate, so you don't want

Nick Delgado:

the receptor sites to get used to a specific peptide. I've been

Nick Delgado:

using this, is full disclosure, peptides for nearly 50 years.

Nick Delgado:

You go, wait a minute, 50 years. Yeah, I learned from the

Nick Delgado:

Australians and Russians. Do you know the history of why peptides

Nick Delgado:

are how they were developed, where they came from? I'll give

it dial, that'd be good, good, good inspo.

Well, the Russians were sending up

Loral Langemeier:

cosmonauts to outer space, even around the time before Musk even

Loral Langemeier:

was around, and they were sending these cosmonauts up, and

Loral Langemeier:

they were coming back radiated and aged rapidly, so they put

Loral Langemeier:

their best scientific teams to figure out what can we do, and

Loral Langemeier:

they discovered peptides was a way to rejuvenate the body to

Loral Langemeier:

slow and reverse the aging process, protect you from

Loral Langemeier:

radiation and the harm of outer space, and so that's where and

Loral Langemeier:

then they translated them to using peptides for sports

performance, they were crushing every record in the Olympics.

These white guys, excuse me, but it's not a black-white thing,

Proteinaholics, you should read it, but the point was I shifted

over all of my protein intake, and I thought I was going to

shrink away, my muscles would disappear, quite the opposite, I

recovered quicker, I built muscle faster, quicker, and I'd

Nick Delgado:

eat like a gorilla, 12 to 15 pounds of raw fruits and

Nick Delgado:

vegetables a day. You were talking about me eating on the

Nick Delgado:

show, I was eating right when we come on. So, the point is, I

Nick Delgado:

maximize my fiber intake, I get phytochemicals, enzymes, and

Nick Delgado:

nutrition. I optimize my peptides, which then send

Nick Delgado:

signals to my pineal gland, to my testes, to every parts of my

Nick Delgado:

body, and my hormones are that of a 24 year old. Even though,

Nick Delgado:

as I sit before you at age 71 turning 72 there's not a man

that can keep up with me, or woman, or beast.

guys come up with dumbbells, and we take the exact same weight,

we start lifting nonstop, and little do they know, I'm the

world champion, never been defeated, lifted 50,500 pounds

Loral Langemeier:

overhead in one hour with dumbbells, went to Team USA, led

Loral Langemeier:

Team USA in London, and won the World Championships. When I was

Loral Langemeier:

the oldest man on stage, my son was the youngest at age 14 at

Loral Langemeier:

the time, but he's six foot 230 pounds at the time. So I am a

Loral Langemeier:

living testament, and that's why Brian Tracy hired me to come in

and help him restore his body after multiple botch surgeries.

I'll just say that I won't criticize the physicians at the

time, that's all they knew. But we now know we can use stem

Orman, pay off everything, and just stay in a safe little box.

Now that is not how you become a millionaire. Millionaires create

opportunities and solve problems similar. So, I think we, the

alternatives that we teach, should be on the front line.

We're not front line close, we're not on the, we're not on

Loral Langemeier:

the front line. So, that was my next question, is how you combat

the fact that farmers don't support any of this, because

pharma is not making the big money, so you go to a

traditional, any sort of traditional doctor, a our kind

of stuff mostly is not covered by health insurance, so people,

you know, say they can't afford it, which is actually pretty
