About Anastasia Burtnick
Anastasia went through a really rough period during her military career. She was injured, suffered from debilitating chronic pain and major depression, and when her career ended she was utterly lost. She lost her identity and didn’t know who she truly was anymore. Anastasia isolated herself and was afraid to be seen, she lost all of her power. In those moments, she felt like she was nothing. She kept spinning and hitting wall after wall . . .
These challenges led her onto her soul-centered journey.
She has done thousands of hours of research, training and SOUL WORK so that she could radically heal her life.
Through this work, she was able to free herself of the chains of grief, judgement, pain, fear and guilt that kept her small.
She is a spiritual guide, a certified Intuitive Life Coach, an Emotional and Energy Healer and intuitive empath, a nature lover, a fur mom, a deeply loyal friend, and an all-round goofball.
