I love how you talk about the importance of the first deal and keep enforcing how important it is for people to take that very first step as it is the hardest yet most important. I appreciate all the stories from experienced investors however it’s the stories about the first deal that really resonate with me and I think have the most value to other people out there looking to get involved. I just finished your online course and am looking forward to purchasing my first deal within the next six months and hopefully being invited on your podcast sometime after. Incredible Content!

As a young aspiring investor wanting to buy my first multi-family property, Michael’s podcast is one of the most valuable resources I’ve found to date. I’ve read dozens of books and watched hours of videos on the subject of real estate investing but there’s always something new I learn every episode. I’ve recommended Michael’s podcast to the entire Undergraduate Real Estate Club at UC Berkeley. I also recently purchased Michael’s “Syndicated Deal Analyzer”, which I’m very impressed with, as I have a background in real estate private equity. Michael Blank is a true pro!!

Great Podcast for investor looking into jumping to Multifamily apartments

I've been listening to the Michael Blank podcast for few months. Michael is on a quest to prove that ANYBODY with motivation and some brains can succeed in apartment building once achieving the big milestone of buying the first. The second one should come soon after, and so on... I appreciate him trying to cover different angles, mostly motivational, exploring the hurdles investor face.

I have learned so much from Michael Blank!

I stated researching real estate investing and listened to a ton of different podcasts on the subject (there are so many!). I bought my first deal about 6 months ago (6 units) and then realized I wanted to get into larger multi family deals. That's when I found Micheal Blank, bought his syndicated deal analyzer, and am actively looking for my next multifamily deal. Although Micheal does have paid content he gives away a ton of awesome content for free. He's focused on his niche and he teaches you how to focus and close deals. I've gotten a ton of value from his podcast, his syndicated deal analyzer, and his matermind group!

First Deal Focus

Michael's ability to break down the components to construct your first deal is not readily shared in the industry. The experienced players all started in this exact same spot but Michael's repeated focus on extracting the nuggets to enable an individual to cross the chasm to become a multifamily real estate investor is what sets him apart. He really wants YOU to succeed.

Superb high yield MFR info

Michael has fantastic tips and insights for multifamily apartment investors of all levels... Wonderful guests as well. So thrilled to have found this... as a newer MFR investor this podcast has been amazing in getting me "up to speed" on nuances that many MFR books/seminars just don't address. THANK YOU MICHAEL! Excellent podcast for beginners

I have come across Michael Blank's podcast by accident. While reading some posts on BP, someone mentioned Michael's expertise in apartment building investing. I checked out his profile and learned of his podcasts. It was a great discovery! Since Michael specifically gears his podcasts to newbies, this was very helpful to a movice investor as myself. While interviewing various successful investors MIchael always ask questions that are relevant and helpful for begginers. I highly recommend his podcast to anyone interest to jump start their career in the aparmtent building investing!
