Jo-Anne Kobylka: You've got the power. Now there's a refreshing thought, a rather liberating life truth. In fact, although from what I have observed, it's still far from being universally acknowledged or understood. Actually, during my long term career in service to others, initially in educational program administration, and ultimately in the pastoral leadership role within the United Church of Canada, I have found more often than not, that people just unknowingly give all their power away. Albert Einstein famously proclaimed that everything is energy. It follows that when the energy was in our body, our personal power, in essence, no longer flows freely, our own little world no longer runs easily. I believe this is one of the many reasons I was led to seek a much deeper life understanding for myself, so I could share my knowledge and experiences through this podcast to positively transform others.

Greetings, and thanks for joining me. I'm Jo-Anne Kobylka. Your expert in energy realignment and personal power optimization, the host of this unique and illuminating podcast so fittingly named, you thought our after completing my theological training, I've enjoyed many placements as a congregational minister over the past years. Interesting enough. However, it was during this time I spent as my aging mother's caregiver that I became to a rather surprisingly otherworldly realization. It became clear I was possessed and unusual, extraordinary intuitive understanding of life energy, and its transformative power. When I had my first opportunity to finally study energy work with a Reiki Master Teacher, I intrinsically knew I found my two elements. Becoming a Reiki Master myself, I began using my innate gift for healing to support the seriously ill. I continued on and avidly learning more energy alignment techniques to help people discover who they really are, to make peace with their own true impact on the world, liberating them from living life, according to someone else's set of limiting beliefs.

As Alice Walker so eloquently put it, the most common way people give up their power is by thinking they don't have any. It is my hope that this podcast intrigues listeners who are eager to undercover, and understand their energy within and how they're varying degrees of energetic alignment, in their every moment, and in their every facet of therapy. Through sharing my own insights along with the uplifting perspectives of my selected guests, I want to guide my listeners to new levels of energetic alignment, helping them to come to recognize and sequentially resolve the root cause of the roadblock set roadblocks sabotaging their success by impeding their way forward. The writer Jay Z said Kobe said, personal power is the ability to stand on your own two feet, with a smile on your face in the middle of the universe that contains a million ways to crush you.
