This week, our topic was led by Unapologetically Her Founder, and Principle Facilitator of the Unapologetic Speaker Training Program, Anna Mullens.
Anna was called to a discussion about how we attach to our circumstances and form our identities (and our egos) around the story, and not the soul.
The truth is: we are NOT our stories. We are so much more!
When we can break through the shame and really connect to one another, releasing ourselves of the false identities our stories have shaped for us, we are able to live our lives with so much more freedom, creativity, love and divine wisdom.
It is Anna’s relentless and mission to allow women to detach from the stories holding us back and truly see that we are already everything we need.
