The purpose of a business is to add value to another person by solving a problem that they are willing to pay for to help them solve. Your market needs to know why they should come and see you. Your customers need to know what they are buying and what they are getting in exchange for investing their time, energy, focus and money in your business. This is the value I am going to get back is the answer that your product and process ultimately conveys to your community, both inside and outside your practice.
