Did you know the acronym “WTF” actually means, “Where’s The Focus”? In times of uncertainty, leadership is a premium. As the CEO, you are accountable to marshal the limited resources of your business, remember to focus where you have influence and your influence will grow.
Focus means intentionally and proactively being pulled by your purpose and pushed by the mission instead of being derailed by distraction and being swept up in areas where you don’t have influence. Your team, your patients and your community need a leader who is disciplined and determined to lead into the eye of the storm and you are that leader.
