My guest today is Jackie Phillips, CEO of Phillips Wellness Enterprises. Jackie is a highly sought speaker, author, marathoner, and optimal health coach. She inspires audiences of high achievers to enjoy better health through motivational speaking so that they can do what they do best.

She has a master’s degree in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation and teaches wellness classes for foster parents through Riverside Community College.

She is a member of the Grove Community Church where she is a Bible Study leader for Women’s Bible Study. She has 2 grandchildren and is currently the Uber driver for her 8-year-old grandson.
