About the Guest
Growing up in New York City Amanda and Joe always wanted to make a
difference in the world! So they both joined the NYPD. This is where their
story begins. When Amanda was pregnant with their second daughter
money started getting tight so Joe started looking for other sources of
income. This is when he found real estate investing and took action.
Amanda was his cheerleader always supporting him, but was working her
way through NYPD.
In 2021 Amanda had a rough year. She wasn’t able to be the mother, the
wife, or the person she was striving for! She went to Joe and He asked her
“What do you need to be happy?” This was the moment in her life where
she knew she needed a change.
Once Amanda joined Joe in Real Estate they became unstoppable. They
went from buying 1 house a year to buying 5 houses a year. They grew their
portfolio to over 40 Long Term holds.
Now because of their community, their education and their hard work
they have over 40 apartments and are involved in multiple business
ventures. To the point where Amanda was able to leave her six figure
salary to raise their children and expand their businesses!
