Meet Lee Hicks

Lee Hicks is a Human Development & Lifestyle Educator, Visionary & International Speaker. 

Against many odds, Lee has accomplished extraordinary milestones & achievements in his life. 

He has visited 49 countries around the world, was a pearl diver, delivered a sailboat from Australia to Florida, became one of the youngest qualified Super Yacht Captains in the industry & sailed around the world for 10 years. 

He then moved to the land & developed a rain forest retreat in Noosa Australia, built large teams in two marketing companies & is now the Founder & Director of The Define Your Vision Discovery Movement. 

Lee created The Define Your Vision Movement because he personally experienced a very real struggle that most online entrepreneurs suffer from. Lee had invested large amounts of time & money on both his personal development & the latest marketing skills, however, he began to feel frustrated, burned out and overwhelmed when he wasn't creating the income he felt he was worth. 

It was only when he realised he was chasing the money instead of creating a Vision in accordance with his core values, innate strengths & what he LOVED to do, that things began to manifest & shift!
