Jay Helms is a family man, real estate investor - and also a W2 employee! He loved his day job, but also wanted to build a financial legacy for his family that the job just didn’t quite make possible - so he’s figured out how to do both!
Jay is the host of the W2 Capitalist podcast, where he coaches other W2 employees who want to build more than just their job, plus he’s a killer sales manager at his IT job! Jay has three kids (all under the age of 4, by the way) and a wife, and he’s used the example of his grandparents as inspiration to build his dream. He is driven to his purpose of leaving a legacy of financial freedom by the desire to create the life he’s picturing for his kids. He wants them to grow up and be able to be great philanthropists and impactors of our world and society.
