I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.
Did you know that your body knows the difference between something that's a yes. And that something that's a no for you. Your experience so far with this sort of area may be something like the memory that comes back to me is that concept that if you use put your ring on your chain like a pendulum and swing it in front of your pregnant wives, or if it's your pregnant, belly, it will swing a certain way depending if it's a boy or a girl. Now, I used to go into those things highly skeptical. I'm skeptical of most things until they show me that there's a level of accuracy to them. But it was completely accurate for both of our children. So interesting. But again, that's not enough for me to go Yeah, okay, that actually makes sense. But then learning through going to a kinesiologist for the last six years that our body and this is all scientifically proven. A body can give yes or no answers through muscle testing. If you've experienced kinesiology it's often with the arm like a the arm will say straight if it's a yes, it will go weak if there's a no. But the body can show you yes or no in many different ways. I was having a conversation with daughter just the other week. And she was I can't remember what she was talking about. But I was just talking about the yes or the No. And it's just getting her to to just breathe and relax and and see if she could find it Ron, for most people the easiest is the pendulum. So u stands like body pendulum. Sorry, is Dan still? And ask a question that you know the answer is yes. Like my name is. And then just relax and see if your body will rock forward giving you a yes or back giving you a yes. And then answer ask a question that you know is a no answer. And then you be able to do the same. So you'll be able to calibrate and see what your body does. And I've shown people this before and they've been like mind blown right? Now, for me, it shows up a little bit different. And for my daughter, it showed up for a little bit different as well. She got like a an up or down for yourself a note. And now if you're still with me, let's keep going. Because suddenly the realization for my daughter was can you do this for anything? And I'm like, absolutely anything. And she's like, Oh, it's so exciting, right? Except that I'll put this disclaimer on that is sometimes if there's part of us that still got some unresolved and unknown grief going on, we won't allow ourselves unconsciously or consciously won't allow ourselves to get a definitive yes or no. So the more that we repair, the more that we heal that unresolved and unknown grief, the stronger our ability to see the SN that I get. So I'll give you an example. I was talking through some of the people I coach through this very thing. The pet the body pendulum standing up and one of them in particular was like, Ah, this this one, I kind of sort of stayed still. And I'm like, oh, maybe it's a note, I said, but more likely is that you don't necessarily want to know the answer to that question. Because they hadn't told me what the question was. And and they said, or Yeah, that's probably more to the point. So it's not foolproof, it's not it's not something that's necessarily going to get you out of every situation. But the more that you trust, the yes or the Know Your response, knowing that your inner self your unconscious, which is what's in control and that space knows better than you do, that that innate part of us that is built for survival and has been for 1000s of years.
And you can more you can trust that the better your results will be. Now again, if you're scientifically minded, look up the science of Kinesiology of muscle testing. And you'll be able to find endless information on how this works. If you're a bit like me, and you're more just open to exploring and curious and, and open to doing it yourself, then yeah, just explore the concept of if I if I ask the question of a yes, that I know I'm gonna get a yes or no Yes or No. What shows up for me close your eyes? Do you rock forward? Do you rub back? Do you get a different feeling? Like for me it's like, it's like a completely, almost like empty euphoric feeling in my whole body when it's a yes. And when it's a no, I get some tension in my, in my jaw and in part of my part of my head. And I'm able to get that yes or no. And there are different, like, variations of that for different situations, because I've continued to develop this skill. And what difference would it make for your life? If you could get a definitive yes or no? Like, imagine making decisions from this place? Now, it does take some courage to act on some of them, particularly when you get a yes, when you when you logically or in your level of comfort is going there's no way that I'm doing that, right. So it's not about that you still want to go at a level that you're comfortable with. There's no point taking yourself to a panic zone on on something that you're not 100% convinced on. But the more you do trust it, even for the big things, the more effortlessly, you'll move past the challenges, and the more the results and opportunities and situations will manifest for you. When you take back this control of not leaving yourself at the mercy of life at other people's agendas and responsibilities but knowing your yes no and your no. and acting on it. Absolutely game changer. Play around with it. Let me know what you get. If you have any questions around the yes or no? Let me know. And for those who are research minded, Happy Researching, I'd love to hear what you find.
