I know the power of this word, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.
The way you are living is literally killing you. It's happening gradually. So most of you barely notice. Or rather, you're ignoring the signs. But there's also part of you that is all too familiar with those signs. You're ruining your health from the inside out, and happens gradually. So you don't notice it after a day after a week after you even a month, sometimes a year. But then suddenly you find yourself in this place physically. And as a result mentally that you just don't want to be it's the constant negativity, repeating the stories you tell yourself cutting yourself down. And then you turn to those coping mechanisms, which in what try and thinly disguised as relaxing or switching off. But then I really help you recognize the signs of pain that wasn't there before. Paying that shouldn't be there. Like a presence with your family. Sometimes it just feels like you're a zombie era, you look back at moments with them and you go, man, that was people speaking to me there, I didn't even realize I didn't actually allow whatever they were saying to process, I missed an opportunity. And so you feel more disconnected and alone than you ever have. It's time for change, though. And you know, it's the start of the year. You know, there's a different path. But you probably don't know how to make it happen. Let alone be able to back yourself enough to actually follow through with what needs to happen. Okay, so what's the answer? Clear steps to change of thinking, and then have the strategies in place, so you know how to deal with whatever life throws at you. And when you have those in place. All those things, the steps, the thinking, the strategies. Change becomes a simple process to follow. Rather than it being about. I don't know where to start. It's so hard. It's like, it's it's not easy. I'll say that. But it's simple when you have a process to follow. So last year, I made a point of catching up with clients that I've worked with previously. Some of you listening may have have been one of them. And I did so because I love to hear how they've progressed. I still have coaches coaches. I still have clients that I've coached. Talk about the impact of the work we did 567 years ago, sometimes longer, and how it's still bringing positive impact to their life. And that's so fulfilling to me. And I know for all of you love that kind of fulfillment to right now they still have challenges we all do. I still have challenges. Now that they have the skills and the strength to tackle. That's the key difference. You can see it in the in the way that they carry themselves. Physically they've changed. Their voices changed, so they sound different how they carry themselves. And And honestly, it's written 11 If there's a lightness, there's a freedom. And that brings me so much joy as I feel now as I, as I say this. My favorite part though, is hearing how much harmony, how much unity, how much connection and togetherness they have in their most important relationships. Because that's what we want, right? Mo fighting and more frustration, no more moments of numbness and so disconnected switched off. But that connection, deep connection, unity, working together. When's the best time to make change? And there's a Chinese Chinese proverb talks about when's the best time to plant a tree 20 years ago, when's the second best time today? And change is the same. And plenty if not all of our clients go, oh, man, I wish I'd done this years ago. So if you know it's time to change, there's no point looking at what you could have should have done that I get you anywhere. Well, looking back at the past and thinking about moments, where you maybe should have taken action. It's about changing today. Take the first step. Whatever that is for you. You'll never be you'll never be in a place of regret about taking those steps. You'll always be grateful. Always. Get started.
