In recent weeks, I've been having conversations with people about them starting to identify that particular injuries and illnesses that they've had over time have actually turned up at a time of high stress of, of a maybe a mental struggle, something that's been going on for them unrelated. And things like arthritis turning up just randomly for no other reason. But then looking back realising that there was so many other things going on that just weren't going well. Someone else said that suddenly had an injury. I didn't know where and I was explaining to them how the body stores the mental and emotional part of that injury, which sometimes makes some injuries harder to shift. And they were saying Yeah, well, actually I was at the time the injury came, I had no doubt. But it was caused by the fact that they were going through this massive amount of, of emotional turmoil. So if you've got some sort of injury and illness at the moment, the struggling to shake, or that has come out of nowhere or more recently, conversations with people around illnesses, or physical limitations that have come and they were, and the doctors give it a name, but they don't really know it know, what causes it. And their treatment is not particularly helpful. And actually for some of them, it's like, yeah, you'll probably have this for about a year or two. And then it just goes away. And this is the part of like, a lot of not all, but the majority seem of the how do we call it mainstream medical, don't necessarily have answers. And because it doesn't fit within their training, they're not prepared to go outside. Now thankfully, there are more holistic doctors who are looking at more of this side of things. Because to me buying into a diagnosis that says this is how it's going to be, well, you're going to buy into it right? There's a reason why when a doctor's giving a child a an injection, this won't hurt. They say this one had a bit. Yeah. The placebo effect. So if you buy into whatever you're told, and then you'll run with that. So just me personally, I've been told I shouldn't play football, again, shouldn't play basketball, again, shouldn't go for long running shouldn't be lifting any heavy weight, which got me out of having to move people at different times. So that was a good thing. But I'd hated it because so hated not having that ability to do it. And just being able to decide that I wasn't going to accept that diagnosis anymore. I was going to find another way has allowed me to find so many different alternative ways to heal that again aren't put out there in the mainstream. So have a think about anything you've got going on now in a physical body. What's what's really at play? Is it just something that happened or actually is there a lesson in there? Is there something that needs to be released? So the body stores the unresolved and unknown grief in the body? It's still that as pain it's still there's inflammation sorry steel stores in this pain stores. It is inflammation. What it does is still stealing part is is still part of your livelihood, and your ability to stay up and and positive

and to feel peaceful in your body. But yes, the body stores the unresolved and unknown grief. And if we don't process it, then the message is get stronger and stronger. So if you've got a chronic injury or illness, or you've had different things that have, keep showing up, and maybe you're just kind of hoping this will go away, or maybe you're looking at it going well, you know, well, I'll just, I'll just, you know, buy into whatever this is, and we'll do our best like, there are different people close to me that have been told that they will need to be taking this particular medication for the rest of their life. Now, some are happy to do that, which is fine. That's everyone's got their own choice. But there are others who were like, I don't want to be doing this for the rest of my life. Like, I've got other plans. And so where you are now, can you be seeking an alternative? Can you be looking at another way to heal? Can you be just making a decision that you won't accept this diagnosis? Someone very close to me in my life, had a diagnosis of cancer. And while the rest of the family were quite worried about them, they said they knew it wasn't their time, and that they were going to beat it. And they did. And they have, such as the power of the mind, such as the power of making a choice. So ask you now to, if this is where you're at, take action. Even the smallest little illness or injury is giving you a message. Something that's showing up in your body, again, and again, it's giving you a message. And that message will get stronger until you learn the lesson that you release whatever it is that needs to be released. So make a commitment, that you're going to create a new reality for yourself committed to paper, and then be open to what opportunities find you and see what might show up for you. And the more that you talk openly about saying I want this to be different, it's amazing what shows up. And you might just have a conversation with someone who steers you to that very treatment that you desire, because your brain will find the solutions if you give it the parameters in which you would like it solved and what you would like solved.
