You don't need to do this alone. I know you suffer in silence on more days than you care to remember. You tell everyone, you're fine. But you're not. Some days you just wish a Hogan open up and swallow here. So you don't have to deal with the emotional pain and the head noise. How did I get myself into this mess? There must be something wrong with me. What have ask yourself questions like that. The self questioning is relentless. And yet you put your mask on. Carry on convincing everyone you see that all is good. But it's not. And frankly, it sucks. You think to yourself, I'll get help when I've got myself in the right headspace first. Because you don't even want a professional to see you in this state. Now for some of you more time to process might be a good thing. But from my experience for the vast majority. This is exactly the time you need support and validation that you are not broken. You're not going crazy. And that you are more than capable of the positive future you desire. To pass clients come to mind. They told me they were ready to commit. But they wanted to delay getting started as they had to work through a particularly tricky phase of their life. One was a business separation, and the other was a marriage separation or finalizing divorce. And after realizing that they couldn't do it alone, that they didn't need to. They were so thankful that they trusted their gut and got the support that they needed. One of them actually said to me later, I don't know how I could have got through this. If I'd done this on my own. That's not your fault. The life has dealt you a poor hand recently. And you you're not alone. Find a trusted guide that you resonate with. So you can externalize their head noise and find that inner calm so you can break through with strength and courage because you deserve it. And I believe in you and you are most definitely not alone.
