Welcome to captivate and close. I'm Kinsey Machos, business consultant and marketing strategist. And I'm going to show you how to attract and enroll high paying clients using my break through online marketing strategies, all without having to rely on complicated funnels, disingenuous clickbait, or spammy sales tactics. These are the messaging marketing and selling secrets that virtually no one is talking about. So let's dive in. Hey, you, welcome back to another episode of Captivate and close. So good to be here with you this morning, I hope that you are having an amazing summer. So far, at the time of this recording, we're like in the thick of summer, as you know, you've probably already heard me talking about it. But summer is such a full season for us. Well, you know, as a family of five. And you know, my husband and I both entrepreneurs, life is always full, very full and beautiful. But summer is one season for definitely just fun and play and working less, which is so good. So I hope that you are experiencing parts of that. Today I want to talk about going all in. This is something that is really, really overlooked in our industry, I think in life, not just in business. And I see it a lot sort of subtly within our clients within our audience and having conversations with women, and this sort of dabbling in their dreams, dabbling in their goals. And you can tell when somebody is all in on something, and when they're not based on their behaviors, and the things they say and where they're focused. Okay, let's talk about what it means to go all in. And I think it's important to really address the difference between going all in and like hustling your face off, I think this can be confused, right? If I just work harder on something, I will get results. But while you can't deny the fact that if you just continue to put in the work, you will win. But you have to really be aligned with the belief that you are worthy of success, you have to be aligned with the belief that your success is inevitable. When people say things like, Oh, I'm going to make 500k a year, and yet they go back to their daily life and won't even make an offer to somebody we have misalignment that is not going all in and you will be constantly presented with opportunities or sort of decision points in your business, where you will notice is this in all indecision? Is this all in action? Or am I sort of dipping my toe. And so when it when we think of going all in, it means you are committed to the destination, it's not well, I am going to hit I'm going to create a goal, but I might make it happen. I'm going to think about how amazing it would be to leave corporate. But I'm going to do very little to get myself there. And you may not be explicitly saying these things to yourself. But again, your actions will tell you a lot about what you're subconsciously thinking about what's possible for you or not. And it's so again, it's very clear when you look at people that are creating massive success, not just in their business in their life and how they achieve versus people that continue to dabble there say they say they're working harder. They say that. They're they're committed to their goals. And yet they continue to have the same thoughts and behaviors of their current circumstances today. And so this is a fun topic in so many regards. But this also came up from a somebody in my audience that sent in the question. They're actually a client now. But they came to us and they said that they're they feel like they're in a pivotal time in their career. And they want to exit and they want to explore coaching, but how do you know when it's a good time to make that pivot and go all in?
Kinsey Machos::And it's a simple answer. And the fact that you're even asking that question, right? This is this is how I'm having this conversation with her right? The fact that you're even asking me this question tells me that you're making a decision right now. You are you are to make the decision. I'm ready to go all in the fact that it's on your heart that this is something that you want. You have to decide are you willing to get it or not? When you live in the gray when you do Apple, when you have one toe in, when you have your pinky, when you're just experimenting, you will never get what you want. And so it's really important to think about, am I going all in on myself, my dreams, my goals and what I want. And if you're not sure, look at the behaviors and even more. So start to dump the thoughts that you're having. If you're trying to go all in, and yet you don't believe that it's possible for you to create that you will not create it, right. It's like, if you have a big goal, a revenue goal this year, maybe you're stretching for 100k or 500k. And yet, you're thinking that's not even possible. That's an indicator that you're going to continue to believe that it's not possible, which means you're going to continue to do things that will not get you there. So when you go all in, it's like there is no looking back. There is no looking back. If you go back to this example of you know, being in corporate and making a decision, do I leave or not, you know, when I left corporate I didn't I didn't replace my six figure income with my coaching business. No way. Right. I was working so part time. For for a while I did really, really well in those part time hours. But you know, you do reach a point where you feel like you're at capacity, especially as you build more clientele. And so when I left corporate as a quote, unquote, risk, knowing that I'm not making as much as I am here at corporate through my coaching business, and yeah, I'm kind of taking a leap of faith. But what I did was I took the leap with a faith, I didn't take the leap and and constantly doubt myself or question, Was this the right decision? The more that you question what you're doing, and the more that you continue to doubt whether or not something is possible for you. You're dabbling, you're going to spin. And so it's normal for those things to come up, it's normal for the insecurities come up. It's definitely normal for the doubt to come up. But if you're sitting in it, and you're letting it drive your behavior, that's when we haven't, that is when we have our biggest challenges. And so I just want you to take a look at what types of decisions are you making? And are they truly in alignment with where you want to go? That's what it means to go all in. You do not question whether or not it will happen for you. You do not question the how you believe in the what? And you go all in on it, you figure out the how on the way, when you start to get into the details of well, this will that will I don't know how to do this or will but Susie did this right? Again, you're dabbling. And so there's all these little highlights or spots or pockets in your business right now that are basically a mirror to you to reflect Are you all in or not? When you say say things like, Well, I hope I get there. That's not all in, that's sucky. That's just sucky. Right? When you believe that your success is inevitable, and you go to work, and you put your heart full in with the expectation that you will fail a lot. But you will succeed so much greater that is going all in. When you fall down and you stand back up and you wipe your little bottom off. And you realize that you just learned so much, right from falling down from failing, you're going all in right and you keep moving forward. When you may not have the evidence right now around you. That same to you. Yeah, this is possible. But you believe anyway, that's going all in, when you take risks that are aligned with where you want to go, that is going all in. When you take big action, even when you're afraid that's going all in. You cannot get what you want. While dabbling, you cannot get where you want to go with a small mind. You cannot create what you want to create without becoming who you need to become. And not my friend is the process. That is the journey by you taking massive action and you believe in without seeing you are becoming someone greater than you are today. What you're asking for today, you're not ready for it, you have to take the journey to become it.
Kinsey Machos::So I just want to question Are you all in or not? And if you don't know, or even if you do, just reassess your actions reassess your thoughts, right? Look at the decisions you're making. And where are you teetering? This is a really, really good opportunity for you to reflect, to assess to evaluate. Do you believe or not? Are you willing to go for it or not? Are you worth it? 100% are your dreams worth it? Absolutely. Go all in, leave nothing on the table. This is your life. This is your purpose. This is your mission. Stop dabbling. There's nothing greater than stepping in your truest potential and really stepping into who you were created to be. And using that to create impact in the world. So I hope that you really use this chance to, again, put them to put them Europe, just ask yourself the question, Am I going all in? And if not, what do I need to be doing differently? What do I need to be thinking differently? How can I build the habits to start building the belief? Even if I don't have the evidence right now? Because I believe in you. But do you? Alright, I hope you enjoyed this message. So good, so potent. We could go really, really deep with it, but I want to leave it there. I think it's, it's a good opportunity for you to just stop and go and assess. Alright, my friend until next time. Hey, you, thank you so much for listening.
