Kinsey Machos:

Welcome to captivate and close. I'm Kinsey Machos, business consultant and marketing strategist. And I'm going to show you how to attract and enroll high paying claims, using my break through online marketing strategies, all without having to rely on complicated funnels, disingenuous clickbait, or spammy sales tactics. These are the messaging marketing and selling secrets that virtually no one is talking about. So let's dive in.

Kinsey Machos:

Hey, you, welcome back to another episode of captivate and close. The I felt like it just sounded like a talk to a talk show host there. It is such a beautiful day. At the time of this recording, we're actually in the middle of content Lab, which is our five day training series in showing you how to convert clients with your content. It's literally mind blowing. This content lab series is like one of our most favorite things, obviously. And it's, it's free, that the results that people get in this free experiences like it still is just so mind blowing to me. We run it occasionally. So if you want in on the next one, you can go to Kinsey mcis.com forward slash content lab. We love doing them. Again, we we make adjustments here and there, we're just making it bigger and better. So incredible. So I have high energy right now. I don't know if you can tell, I can feel it. So I want to bring that energy into something that's really really vitally important to living your best life. And having your most full business having your most profitable business having your most thriving business, whatever that looks like for you. And this I it's, it's really this idea of having resources versus being resourceful.

Kinsey Machos:

Now, if there is anybody that is a testament to this, it's me. And I think there's a lot of iterations of this, right, I see lots of Netflix series around this topic. Um, you see this, from a lot of sort of your rags to riches, if you will. But truly, I can resonate with the story so much. And in, I have been able to create the success that I've had, because I've lived into this concept. And I haven't, I didn't really have the awareness that I was doing. And I think it just became organic. For me, it was just sort of ingrained in me. But when I started to really dip into the entrepreneurial space, I realized that a lot of people don't operate this way. And it keeps them stuck. And so I want to bring this concept to you today, in relation to sort of what you think creates results? And also, what is it that's the driving force for you to get what you want. Okay, now, one of the things that we talk a lot about in our free trainings, we talk a lot about it inside of our paid programs. There's probably several podcast episodes about this, but it's the concept of be do have, this is the idea that you do not live out from the place of external circumstances, right, in order to have something, it doesn't mean that something else has to be in place first, from a circumstantial perspective, right? So it's sort of like if we use the relationship with your husband as a metaphor, right? In order for me to be nice to my husband, he has to do this first. Right, that's slipping from the outside in. That's also living, from circumstantial evidence that's letting outside forces decide how you behave, rather than be do have, which is deciding how you want to show up in the same line of frequency of the results you want to create. Right? So if you want your husband to be nice to you, instead of waiting him for him to be nice to you. How, why? How would you show up as if he were already being nice to you? How would you show up for him? Right? If he were to be nice to you imagine how that would change the dynamic of your relationship.

Kinsey Machos:

Same goes for your business? Are you waiting for something to happen in order for you to do something in your business? Or in order for you to be confident in your business, maybe you're waiting for a bigger following to promote your audience or to promote your offer? Maybe you're waiting for more money to invest in your business. Maybe you're waiting for more time to get clients, right? Instead of deciding that I'm going to become this person today. I'm going to make decisions that are in line with where I'm going and operate from that space first now, this is again, the same thing as having resources versus being resourceful. Most people look around them. And they use the evidence around them as validation of what they can or cannot do. And if you look at it from a resource perspective, you could even look at it from a time or money, right? Well, I've only ever made this amount of money. So I'll never be able to make that I only have this amount of time. So I'll never have more time to do this. The amount of resources you have to de do not or are not the determining factor of what's possible for you tomorrow. It's your level of resourcefulness. Right.

Kinsey Machos:

So a lot of people will come to us and they're like, I want to work with you. And I know that you can help me, but I don't have the money. Or someone like me, like when I want to invest in something, or I want to work with a coach or mentor, I literally create opportunities, I know how to find money, I know how to create it. Right? If we're always looking at the 3d, right as as to what we can or can't do, we'll just continue to stay in that 3d of same same resourcefulness is a skill. It's also a choice, if you had any idea, right. And I only have a very small idea, right? There's so much that I don't know. But I do know that there is an infinite amount of abundance in our world. And it's just a matter of tapping into that right at the most logistical level of tapping into that resourcefulness to find a way. It's sort of like when you're at the end of your rope, right? Whether you're running a marathon, or you're wrapping up that last few minutes of an exercise class, or you're at the end of the week, and you literally feel so tired, you cannot go on. But there's something in you that allows you to keep going, right, you tap into this deeper part of you, you you find this infinite amount, this this source that's holding, right this, this energy for you that that you get to leverage to wrap up strong. It's just a matter of like dropping into it and accessing it. And it same goes for resources in your business.

Kinsey Machos:

Are you willing to figure it out and access the resources in and around you to be able to get what you want. I'm very stubborn and very, I got the grit, if you will the tenacity. And so again, I feel like this has always organically come naturally to me when it comes to just figuring out and being resourceful. I think this is why when I walked away from my corporate career, I did it before I was replacing my income. Right, I had my own back, I knew I would figure out a way. And I knew that my success isn't admirable. And so what that allowed me to do is continue to access deeper resources, deeper parts of me be creative and how I was showing up, be creative in what I was creating, which expanded upon my results. But most of you are just again, looking around you, right seeing the things around you as evidence of what's possible for you. But that's not what's going to create success. being resourceful is again, a choice. It's a decision, it's a skill. It's also sort of this mindset that that you'll find with people that are brilliant, they've created massive amounts of success for themselves. And they still have to find a way to be resourceful. It's not again, just about financial resourcefulness, right. It's about accessing deeper strength. It's about accessing deeper parts of your, your brain, energy, all the things. So are you being resourceful in your life? Or are you only accessing what's immediately available to you? Which again, is only a small, small, small fraction of what's actually available to you? Are you being resourceful? Or are you leveraging only the resource, only the resources that you think you have at hand? So I just want to really encourage you to take a second look and know that what you are reaching for is literally on the other side of this concept of being resourcefulness Can you figure it out? Do you trust yourself enough to have your own back? And can you create opportunities? That's all it is. And I will you'll find that and you'll find that you're so much more capable of what you thought you were. It's really, really incredible. So I encourage you today, really shifting from having resources to being resourceful and see what opens up for you in life in general. Business. Hope you have a great day. We'll see you next week.
