Well, my irony or myrony, are those crazy coincidences that happen in life that you just can't explain. It's also another word for sign or synchronicity. We've all experienced these throughout our lives. But what if you started paying closer attention to your myronies? What if you started connecting the dots, or as I like to say, follow the spiritual breadcrumbs that could have an impact so big that it changes your life forever, not to mention the lives of others. Hello, everyone, I am so excited to be back. And it's been such a an adventure since I last recorded. I'm going to do an episode to catch up on everything that's happening. But today I invited my dear soul sister Shanna Vavra of the co host of sense of soul, because our Myron is connected to numbers is unbelievable. So she is going to be we're going to be diving into that and really looking at how these numbers have led us down the most interesting path including connecting with each other. And it is actually going this episode's going to be coming out on the anniversary of my irony, which is 422. So I cannot wait to dive in with her. But first, a little bit about Shana. So Shana Barbara is the co host of one of the top spiritual podcasts along with her co host and best friend of 30 years, Mandy nang because their successful podcast is in the top 1% most popular shows out of over 2 million globally. Mandy and Shana share their experiences on their own personal journey along with amazing Lightworkers motivational speakers and authors from all over the world. I know. I can't believe it's been since October since I've recorded anything. So for you to be my first guest back I am beyond honored. You and your your best friend and co host Mandy are just so incredible. I feel so blessed to know you guys. And like, you know, to have this like divine soul sister connection. It's just amazing. So

thank you. I feel the same. And thank you so much. I am honored. You know,

yes, back. Well, you know, the thing is, is that this is going to be coming out on for 22, which is the anniversary of my irony. And that is the day back in 2015 that I literally the first website was bought. And officially my renew was brought to the world. But the thing is, when I was starting my podcast, my podcast manager was like, go check out some spiritual podcasts and see what speaks to you. And what I loved is what's behind you right now. So it's for those that see us see the video on YouTube is your beautiful I mean, it's you know, it's just so beautiful and simple. But what actually spoke to me was that you guys chose not to put your pictures because it was more about the soul. And so then I started searching and then I saw you know, episodes on synchronicity and Brian Weiss and I was like oh my goodness because anybody that knows me Brian Weiss and I Dr. Brian ways literally saved my life. And my irony is literally all of another word for synchronicity. So I started listening to you guys, and then I will never forget my connection from hearing you because you were connected to the number 22. Like, no.

I know. I know. It's like, in the year 2022. So this is just Yeah,

yeah, I know, it is our year this year is like, Oh, my goodness, there are big things happening. But when did you start recognizing that for yourself?

Wow, good question. I never get asked that question, which you would think that someone would ask that? I definitely think that it was it was happening a long time when I really wasn't aware of it. And where I was conscious to it. You know, like, my son's number was always 22 Like, when he played football and stuff like that. My daughter, my oldest daughter, she was born on 222. Right. So there was that? And

I want to say my episode came out on 222 of 21 episode when your daughter turned 22.

Yes, that's right. Yep. Yeah, and so I think because it was just everywhere. You know, like I would always was writing it. My grandma, my mama, I called her Louisiana we have mom was my mom. I was born on the 22nd. My great grandma died on the 22nd. And just was popping up everywhere, everywhere. During my ancestral journey when I was like, putting together my, my ancestry tree. I mean, it was like the 22 was guiding me, I everyone either died or was born on that day, or it just, it just was showing up everywhere. And I remember, after my dad died here, it'll be six years. This at the end of May, May 27. And when he passed 22, was coming up fiercely. Like even I took his truck. He my dad has a Lincoln truck, like the last time Lincoln made trucks. And like it was only one year or a few years for a few years. And of course, it was like top of the line and beautiful. And he called it the hawk. Uh, he loved that. I mean, this thing was like his love. He always had some sort of truck, but before it was poured, and then so I had Lincoln try.

Okay, so we lost you there for a second. But now you're back. So you were your dad's truck?

Great. No, seriously, I was borrowing his truck while he was in the hospital. Unfortunately, he never left the hospital. But he his red speedometer just went to all twos really was glitching. And it just was like going. Yeah, it was blinking. And it just was all twos. So oddly enough, at the time, I had already kind of been waking awakening a little bit. And I looked up what to cement, you know, and I saw that it was the master builder. But I also saw that it was connected to Archangel Michael. Oh, who is? I know who's Yes.

Wow. Is How is that connected to Archangel Michael?

I don't I don't I really don't know. But this is what I saw at the time. I think I even have like pictures of this. Of course. But okay. So oddly enough, my dad's name is Michael. They've always, you know, gone to art, you know, like St. Michael Church. You know, my dad and brother always got money on St. Michael's day. And I used to always go.

And Friday is my brother's name is Michael. See my nephew's name was Michael. Yeah.

So yeah, it just, it just started popping up and I started paying attention. So once I started paying attention, I started seeing it at very, very specific times where I kind of needed that nudge.

Well, and that's actually what the concept of Marini is, as you know, is that it's synchronicity in motion, you see a sign you then get like this weird little intuitive poll, like why am I paying attention to that, but then there's always an action, you know, so like, because you are connected to it. So when I heard your inner or when you guys were talking about it, and this was pretty early on in your podcast. And I was just like, Oh, my goodness, I have to connect with these girls. So what did I do? I reached out to you on Instagram. Yeah,

I know. I saw that. And I immediately loved you. Because I was like, oh my god, this is the coolest word. This migrante word. I love it. Yeah.

And the funny thing is, is I mean, you know, at the time you see my last name and how it's spelled, you would never think that's pronounced my ironic. I mean, it's pretty, you know, pretty darn funny. But, you know, is it It's definitely my ironic and I love that everybody has my ironic experiences just not the way I spell my last name. And you know, instead of synchronistic we have my urbanistic and just this new way, but it's actually Todd who came up with synchronicity in motion. And I was like, Yes, we have a SIM. Not a sin a Sam. But do you have your phone on you? Because I have a funny my irony to share from 2020

Oh, you know, I have my iPad right here in front of me. So right.

Okay, so I can send you Okay, so I just, we're literally everyone listening. We're literally doing this live because I wanted to surprise Shana. And what's wrong? Oh, you're worried about what I'm going to share what

I'm worried about when it comes to pricing us?

Okay, well, it's a little backwards, but we're just gonna go with it. Because you'll see the dates, you know how you send pictures, and it comes in different ways. But it was funny. I was working with one of my clients, and he told me about this movie. In an interview with God, and I had been recently introduced to Conversations with God. And that's how Neale Donald Walsch, the way that he shares his his conversation with God was reminded me of my experience. And it was a very funny way of how like I actually was introduced to that book. But so he tells me about an interview with God. But if you look at it, so now's your now to look at it. Yeah. capture what touch how? What was the first picture that got captured? You all like?

It's this guy looking at these two doors, and it says, I was in this room 22.

And then so actually, it was a little bit backwards. Because the first one it says an interview with God and says, yeah, like you're being judged every single day. But then look at the time.

Oh, wow. Okay, I see it. 1212. And that was on August 7.

And look at the top look at the the length of is 2222 Oh

my gosh, look at that. Yep, it was I always happens on podcasts, like almost every podcast is either ones or twos. It's so amazing.

So it was 22.2. And then if you look at the time, so it was 1212 in the morning, and then I take the next picture at 1221. And then you're talking about room 22.

That's funny. Mm hmm. Wow.

Yeah. Nine, I take a picture of your podcast.

Oh, funny. Yeah. The secret of the alchemist. You know, isn't that so funny? The Alchemist has so much power, doesn't know what I was just talking about the alchemist, I have a new podcast that I'm going to be putting out with you and other people who have been helping me with the discoveries of the many things that I'm deep diving in right now. But it's, it's, it's gonna be called the algorri. And right now, it's the algorithm of the divine feminine. And the very first thing I talked about is the alchemist because it's an allegory. It's a story within a story. And no matter how many times you read it, you get something different.

But what's so powerful about the Alchemist and it was very funny. I've a very funny story about the alchemist, because, you know, it was the book The pilgrimage that I was receiving the downloads, when right before my experience, who is Paulo Coelho, but I somehow found an interview he did with Oprah. And he said, how that book was such an absolute failure. But he also says, he's like, I did not write that book. There's no way I wrote that book. He does not give himself credit for that. He's like, I know, that did not come from Me, because I show that way all the time. It's too profound. It's too profound for for someone to really have credit. And I love the fact that he's humble enough to say that and speaking about profound writings, you got to experience my new modality, the Miran II method, the other and I you know me i What did you What did you think so for those listening, I literally am just launching this and actually Shana and I have a little surprise at the end that we'll be announcing that we're collaborating on something together. But the you know, the messages and again, while I really didn't channel them, someone else channeled them but you know, I'm the one that knows what to do with them. And how funny was it when I was like, wait, you want me to read that? Like it was just so funny, like some of the message

Yeah. You know, I have something to say about that. Because you know what you think about this? They are so I have Divine Messages, right? I mean, very much like you don't scriptures in the Bible, okay? And or in other ancient texts that I have read. And just imagine if someone took those beautiful scriptures and decided to translate them and change them. Yeah. So that they would give them power or control over whoever they wanted to rate them.

Yeah, no, absolutely. And actually, there's messages on that. So for those that don't understand what the messages are, if anybody wants to hear, you can go to Shanaze podcast and here when when I told Shannon Mandy the story, the first time I I was pumped, I was told to publicly tell it. Remember that the the interview we did for like two hours, but you and Mandy's jaws were on the floor. It was like the funniest thing because yeah,

right. Okay, we thought we were talking about my Ernie. Really,

you were not expecting to hear how I spent 24 hours with God. No, but

you know what? I mean, I thank you so much for for trusting us for that. It because it was a big thing for you. And it was a big thing for anyone who it landed, you know, whoever yours that landed on it, I think as well. Because, you know, it's so odd. That, you know, I'm just the mom in Aurora, Colorado, you know, you're just you know, pretty, normal people. You know, Jesus was normal, right? Yes. Your average, you know, carpenter.

Well, I love the fact that we're actually recording this on Good Friday. Yeah. So it's, you know, it's April 15 2022. And I love the fact that it's actually good friday and Passover today. So let's have you ate meat.

No meat today? I have not. I haven't either. I haven't ate anything yet. I don't think in real. So now that I might be conscious to it. I might not eat meat. But I mean, doesn't really matter. This goes back to my Catholic roots right?

There. It's like, I'm just like, Okay, we're not gonna go into that

side of things. My dad always call me and reminded me, you're going to eat a fish fillet today.

Oh, ah, I love that. That's, you know, and it's it's so it. It's so incredible. Because it was, my journey started because of my father passing away very quickly. I met him today. Yes, I was going, we're gonna talk about that. But I wanted to go back to, you know, when I when I was guided to share, I want to share the power because this has not been recorded. Because after we did the session, now, I want to share how powerful this is when tragedy happens. Because you and Mandy were on my podcast, and then you guys invited Todd and I to be on yours. And then a tragedy happened in my family where someone committed suicide. And it was devastating. And because of that wasn't able to do the interview. And, and he was young. And it was, you know, it was one of those things that I didn't believe it was any sort of karmic thing, but you know, they're, they say, sometimes meant to do more from the other side. And so, to me, this was the most beautiful divine confirmation of that, because it was room 222 That I had my experience with God. And I'm being guided to share what that number actually represents, as soon as done finished telling this, but we you know, whatever day we ended up recording. And I was like, Look, I have all these pictures. And we're, you know, sending pics were messages back and forth on Messenger and it would just funny messenger. And I'm showing you the pictures of the mirror and all the numbers and everything. And then you're like, oh my goodness, Alicia, there are nine people ahead of you. Our podcast comes out on Monday, it's scheduled to come out to 22. And we did not plan that. So we look at the divine design that interweaves us together and the divine design of God and that there was just like, that was the most beautiful. That was the most beautiful divine irony. I could have. Yeah, I mean, we did not plan it. No. And then your daughter turned 22 on by me. That's our birthday. Like it's just so beautiful when you can start putting it all together. Right? And so now I'm actually being guided to share biblically what it stands for. Okay. Yeah, and it's actually He acts to 22. So we have to be an action, right? And so x 222. And I'm reading the New International Version says, fellow Israelites listen to this. Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles, wonders and signs, which God did among you through him, as you yourself know. And now I'm and I'm being guided to share what for 22? Because I feel we have, we are uncovering things, more and more, and mark for 22, which I kind of find funny, like Mark the spot for whatever is hidden is meant to be disclosed, and whatever is concealed is meant to be brought out into the open.

Hmm, there you go. Trust that.

Yeah, that's definitely my writing for 22. So you know, the whole thing of why I mean, you were the only one I was so happy because you get this you you see this the same way that I do people see this, but like, we've literally have made a superpower of it.

Yeah, our conversations are so amazing, which is why I'm so excited. We're recording why? Because it's like, it's amazing.

Well, I just want to, if you can just share a little bit about what you experienced with the session that we did have the intuitive soul session, because each session is completely different. But what's so beautiful is that the messages are universal. But they weren't meant for you in the moment. But I will say we went so deep into that it was unbelievable. Like I was shocked how deep into the messages we went.

Yes. And yeah, it was beautiful. First of all, Alicia, you. Your Vibration during the sessions are, are beautiful. It's just beautiful every time you speak them, when you read them and talk about them. And when you reflect on them, it's like this vibration, which I totally believe is a total divine thing, right? Because it's there from the Divine. And

I only claim to be a messenger of the messages. Yeah, I guess I received the guidance, but they are not my words. They are God's word.

And you know, the thing is, is when you think about words, and you think about like vibration and divinity, it's almost like music, right? So it's almost like so that's how it felt listening to you read them. Just the sound and the vibration piece was very soothing. You have a really, really nice voice. And it just, it was almost like listening to the song. It was that beautiful. They were babies very, very beautiful. And how they came out, we're like ridiculously. I mean, the very first one literally kind of spoke, like what's going on with you and I right now and our journey and the connection and unity that we're experiencing and putting together.

And what's so powerful about that is that, you know, these messages came out in 2016 and 17 way before we were ever connected. And so the power of these messages, and I know there's going to be a book one day, but you know, it's, they really do they do something where they unlock whatever block is our soul because we're not going to learn until we gain the awareness. And so it's actually so simple. Like, everything is actually so simple, but we make it so complicated, but then it's so complicated that it Yeah, no, it's just it's, it's crazy. Because when you look at how simple it really is, it's unbelievable. I'm actually being guided to share a freakin message. So

this is yeah, this is our conversation. But you know what, listen to this. It's almost as simple as I don't I'm sure you've done this. I know I have maybe other your listeners have where you need guidance and so you just kind of like flip open the Bible and just when there is there it's much like this like being guided to just trust to see whatever is gonna show up. And I mean, every single message that Alicia read to me was so right on it almost told the story. All of the messages together so it was very beautiful. And my bike was super high that night I felt very relaxed although had the super vibes because sometimes you get real, super high vibe and it's hard to come down. This was a different kind of divinity and I and I've noticed this lately, but there's a difference in the energies on the other side where whether it's Earth in She, whether it's galactic energy, or whether it's like this beautiful energy in the middle that is of all.

So I'm being guided to share two messages is that okay to do it. And, and here's the thing is that I still haven't been able to send you because what I do is I send them to you so that you can read them. And it literally will take out all the extra, I hate to say noise of our words, but because they're so so powerful, so when you read it, it's going to be another whole experience. But I'm being guided to share what was what came out on December 8 of 2016, which the irony is, December 8 is the day I bought my restaurant, which is basically the story of my life falling apart. And you know, my restaurant was called 821. And you know, forward, backward, whatever, I always say a 21 I challenged God a 22 God showed up. So the fact that this came out on that day, but the reason I'm being guided to share this is because what this day represents of Good Friday, and also when I had this experience with God, the biggest message, the constant message that was being sent no matter what because I was shown how soulmates work how money works, how you know, natural disasters, work, how you know when tragedies happen, and every single time the message was life is good. So the fact that it's good Friday today, it means even more, you know? So, here's the message. Understand the Word of God. The Bible is achieved by personal interpretation and continual introspection. God's word is timeless and forever. However, the Bible was written for understanding by an uneducated, simple people over 2000 years ago. Biblical interpretation for progressive, technologically advanced society is difficult, not just because of the ancient language, but also because of the teachings through parables. The phrase fear knots appears over 80 times in the Bible, the term is used to alleviate MAN'S FEAR and comfort his soul. God told John not to fear his own desperate circumstances, and not to fear the future because the one who was dead but is now alive stands by your side, there is nothing to fear because Jesus has conquered death and hell. He has absolute power and authority overall, God wants man to see him as he really is exalted above all things in heaven and on earth. Fear is not of God, peace is what Jesus brings, we just need to have faith and trust Him, then it goes into this beautiful paragraph, the Earth is the only place where there is time as we know it. In Heaven, there is no separation of time, by light and dark morning and night, there is only one eternal day, God is eternity. This concept is difficult for a man to understand because physical existence is on earth and trapped within the cycle of time. Eternity cannot be understood by a soul in physical form. Only pure consciousness can fathom the meaning of eternity. Now, when we say when it says, hell, this is not a permanent thing. This is, you know, this, this, we can look at it, I mean, at least what I've been shown and you know, who knows, I could be totally wrong, but I would like to believe this, I would like to believe that everybody has the opportunity to, you know, move, move forward in their soul progression. However, it seems that when people continually are making the same mistakes over and over again, Well, hell, we could kind of maybe call it a spiritual timeout, because they've just made the mistake over and over. And shoot. SHAN I'm being guided to share that one other message.

You know, I almost feel that, you know, maybe hell is just a lower, you know, dimension of where, you know, I remember being in a place one time, I was like, after I was divorced, and I was a single mom. And like, when my kids would leave, I would feel so sad. I was so sad. And I had this like, block. I couldn't even pray. Like it was the strangest thing in the world. I was like, blocked from praying. And I was trying even, you know, and that to me, maybe is hell.

Yeah, well, here's the message, and this came out in October of 2016. It says we are all connected to each other and the vast expanse of the universe. We are all reincarnations of past lives striving to learn and repay karmic debts. Our planet's population has been growing exponentially. Why are so many spirits suddenly reincarnating to learn and progress? Perhaps the answer is that reincarnation does have an end And and time is running out. What happens to our souls next might depend on how far we progressed during the reincarnation span of time. Maybe this is when we face our father's judgment, and are either invited to be by his side, or are banned from his presence forever. Maybe HAL is existing without progression devoid of the presence of God.

Wow. And you do also know that Pope Francis has gotten a lot of help. For why he has said

well, but see, the thing is, is I think it does exist, but not forever,

not people and not in the way, you know, your dad Powell.

But that's where that's where it was so crazy. And if anybody listens to what I shared on your podcast, or you know, even on a mine, which were Episode 57, through 59, where my mom and I came across this energy, his name was Jacob, he was from the late 1800s. And when he was angry, boy, was he angry, and we're like, where are you? And he says, I'm in hell. And at this time, I had just received this unbelievable message from my deceased father telling me I needed to go back to looking at the Holy Family, because I was brought up Catholic, I turned against the Catholic Church because of religion. And he, I went from one extreme to the other. And so you know, so I was a universe girl pretty much because I was I, I always said, If I lived in another part of the world, that's what I would believe. So how can I say this is the only way of being but this the most profound message that my father got me going down this journey was that he's like, Alicia, you need to believe in the Holy Family. And I'm like, Wait, why? And I did this through the other gift I have, which is auto writing. And he is what I was like, Catholicism is the answer. And he's like, No, it's like Taoism, with the Holy Family, talk about power in that as well, and so

on. That's much what my journey looked like, as well. You know, coming from a Catholic rooted family very deeply rooted Catholic from Louisiana. And it was like, I had to literally look at and say, how much of what I believe in, have I been told to believe in? And like, all of my faith and all that stuff, I was told to believe these things. And how much have I actually experienced to be true for myself? And I had zero. And so it was like, from then on, I started living by my experiences. And even when you had come on to our podcast, and we first start talking, you know, I mean, I was going through like, this grief of my religion, and is there a lot of bitterness came with that. It was like the stages of grief that I experienced. Yeah. And so but now I have my own experiences that I have faith in because they're mine. And I know,

you're also you're also not denying Jesus or the Bible, or God, which that's the one thing that I believe we're here and why. So for, you know, I mean, I guess a little podcast, I mean, I'm a little over 7500 downloads at this point. And now here, you are at over half a freakin million like, Damn girl. Boy, amazing.

But as you know, I'm an instrument, right? I'm an instrument. And I believe there's a purpose. It's not just all fun and games, I've got to, you know, this is so fun now, because it really I'm not a very public person, like, not Mandy's more of the extrovert. I'm really kind of private, which not so much anymore.

I know. That's kind of me, too. I never was on social media. So that's why it never it's taken me forever. To build this. I just, you know, my goal is to have this in everybody's word, or everybody's vocabulary just like selfie. Because my irony is literally the opposite of selfie. And it's a new form of content we can share on social media. And it's more fun than saying synchronicity.

Synchronicity can be very hard to say,

or some people can't even spell it.

Yeah, I tried to say like synchronicity, or Sally had synchronicity on this seashore with the seashell and I happen to see a seal at the same time. Three times.

Now that's okay. But you know, that, but that's a whole thing of what we're being asked to do is show God in this different light. And when I met God, who was just this amazing, omnipresent energy, and I will say, and we had this conversation, you had a hard time with this one when I said God had a huge ego, but he was so full of love. Have, but he balanced himself out. And there is a feminine side to it's not just that it's all this, you know, it's not just this patriarchal way of looking at it. There's so much mystery that is not even we don't even know and that's what's so interesting is because you being the, the Explorer, I guess we call ourselves a spiritual super sleuth. I

mean, I just you know, it's not so much that I go down rabbit hole after rabbit hole. It's really just one big freaking hole.

Well, speaking of I'm being guided to share one more, and then we're going to be off the messages because God's like, Look, you don't think that these are my words and that you think that everybody has everything figured out, this happened to come out on the anniversary of my experience was was May 10 2015. This came out on May 10 2017. And it's so powerful, because it literally says, Oops, I gotta get to it. Okay. Here we go. Oh, well, this is interesting. I'm being guided to share one other message before it. Okay, I'm listening. This came out on April 29 of 17. It says the Nexus, a convergence of good and evil, right and wrong intentions and reasons alive within a place of neutrality. Everything must be allowed to evolve on its own path with impartiality. This is not a place of judgment, it is a place of actions and consequences, entangled within decisions made and executed with results dependent upon the era in which they were executed. Nothing is new, what plays out was already conceived. And every reenactment is merely a variation of that which came before there is nothing new, just Lifetime's of recycling that which has already happened and will happen again, within new parameters set by the achievements realized within the progressive lifespan of each generation, a fixed equation with defined parameters where probability rains, and the improbable is ignored and swept aside with the ashes of the failures that came. However, the outcome is inevitably the same as dictated by probability. Therefore, nothing really changes, only the players and the continuum they're playing their parts in time does not change the outcome, only the way in which it plays out.

Yeah, and there's nothing you know, and a lot of people say New Age, like this is some of the oldest stuff, guys, you know, ancient ancients, you know, are we're speaking these things. We're using these modalities of healing. I mean, it's not new.

No, and but you know, it's so interesting. It's going back to Dr. Brian Weiss, who's a psychiatrist and his book saints soul, many bodies. It talks about this one guy who in that book, he could go they go to their past lives, but they also go their future lives. And they end this one very gifted psychic in this, you know, in present day, he's talking about this society that almost seems futuristic. Dr. Brian way, says he thought it was in the future. And then he the the psychic said, No, this is Atlantis. Yeah, he knew that he had done something he was part of something that was not good. Well, what happened to Atlantis is no longer here. We hear about, you know, the Arcturians the palladiums. The why happened? You know, let's look at I know, I mean, we're going on a stretch here, but Mars apparently had the environment of what Earth was however many, you know, so what if everybody is just, it is a cycle, because it always gets to this point. And why, you know, and I know, it's kind of scary, you know,

I hope it's not at the point right now. You know, I mean, we're in the middle of a war we have you know, somebody who has nucular weapons and does have the capability. And so that's super scary, but I'm not feeling it. I feel it and the reason why is because I see this like divine awakening happening like collectively around the world. And I just think it's not time yet for that. So I think that good well, definitely,

you know, definitely been given the message that it's that is not and actually it's funny, because who channeled the messages Ali who channeled the messages, she was asked to study revelations and so there's even more messages around this and it was like, There's meant to be there's men to the piece but that but that message that talks about people. Like why is the world so crazy, that message that was just read that maybe the souls are trying to learn their lessons, but if anybody understands how, how past lives and future lives work, it gets harder and harder to learn the lesson. So no, you know, it's not something that's easy. And anybody who's listening to this and is really struggling, but can can adopt this concept, read or listen to same soul, many bodies, it literally saved me from suicide, and it's become my mission to share this awareness with as many people as I can. Because all it is, is awareness, awareness of where it comes from. Because if you know that, it's just going to be that much harder. I mean, myself, I'm like, I'm not gonna go through that again. Like, dammit, I'm going to learn the lesson.

Yeah, yeah.

Because I mean, the amount of times that I've been suicidal is scary. And then I lost, you know, the one who I lost, beyond breaking, breaking my heart that I couldn't share that awareness with, of how to fight. But I mean, even just a couple months ago, I mean, you know, I was in a dark place, because everything was falling apart. And it's like, what I mean, I was just like, praying to God, just get me off this planet, I'm done.

out, give me an exploit. But then no, we're evolving, right? We are evolving. And like you said, learning lessons, and you don't learn lessons. Unless, you know, there's a reason to learn the lesson. Unfortunately. I mean, you're never gonna find somebody who's had this perfect, amazing, beautiful life, with no struggles and no challenges that just learned a bunch of lessons.

Well, right, because we only learn we only learn from the lessons, you know, like, we don't learn from the good, we learn from the bad. And so when we can really, truly look at everything as what's the lesson that I'm learning. But sometimes when we're stuck, it's because we haven't met who we're supposed to meet, to go on this greater journey together, right? And know what

we want when we want and we want to immediately Yes,

that is very true. And so you know, there is such a thing as how patients, you know how important patient lesson. And that is a lesson.

Like, he always says there's a lesson in the lessons.

I love that. And I'm hoping that I'll be able to do just an interview with her because her story unbelievable. honor her Miry knees, right. But the message that one last message to end the messages because it's the more powerful ones that came out on May 10 2017. It says, All that is known is interpreted by those who receive what has been known, and will be known through the spiritual awareness of the receiver, the truth that are embraced but a mere pittance of that, which is the full scope of my divinity and sanctification lead, not their limitations caused doubt in your mind, that which is to come is greater than can be imagined. Again, my word has always been and always will be. Lack of awareness provides for a limited path into the knowledge of that, which is me. And so the message is, is just open it up. Let's get out of the box. You know, let's, let's start paying attention and following because why I like to call my irony spiritual breadcrumbs is that it can be the smallest little crumb, that's literally going to be a miracle. And it's unbelievable when we start paying attention to that. So now I want to go into the work that you do, because I got to experience a session with you today. And that was so unique, because I've never, I mean, we didn't even we just listen to something at the same time. And you just worked your, your magic. I mean, I don't mean it like that, but like you have such incredible gifts. And so it was, it was it was it was such a gentle experience for me. However, it was really interesting because I got all this insight before we did the session. I mean, I literally been up since 330 In the morning, woke me up to do all this other stuff and I'm like what the heck is going on here by pairing you I guess preparing because then got the got the little hit of what you and I are going to create to co create

together. Yeah, I would love that. That would be so fun.

But I loved like it was so gentle. So if you want to share with everybody because you're even though it's earache, you're more than Reiki. Yeah,

It's a little more than Reiki, you know,

it's a little more tricky. Well, I

teach Reiki so but I do even teach the way that I do it. Of course, I mean, I teach the pillars of Reiki and I do believe that everyone should understand their energy. And it's a great introduction to your energetic body to you that you're a multi dimensional being, but I am it evolves, you know, we are evolving. So if you stayed if I stayed within that Reiki, I would be putting myself back into a box that I just climbed out of with religion. So, and I did find myself there for a while Hold on. My, my rascal is barking. Did you

know I didn't hear okay.

Yeah. So, um, yeah, I just started to follow my soul freely, you notice follow when I was being led and guided to do. And so my sessions just kind of evolved to I don't know what they don't really have a name for them. But, you know, are being guided to

create a name for it, because it's your own. It's your own modality, you know?

The banana method. joking earlier, because Alicia told me that, when they do understand,

we have to explain why it would be called the banana method because you sent me your bio as Shanna banana. Yeah, so funny. So that's why how we came up with the banana method.

Yeah, cuz people are always calling me Shawn, or she Meszaros? Has she ever? You know, I think that I think that there's, you know, we all have the ability to do what I do. So it's nothing, that I really don't feel that I'm any more special than anybody. I mean, I think I could teach the study, buddy. It's just that we all do have, you know, unique gifts as well. Right. And so whatever your gift is, you know, you should make space for that to come out, you know, in anything that you're doing, you know, right. And so I am very clairvoyant. And so I guess it was just inevitable that, you know, I start seeing, you know, people's spirit guides and stuff and start channeling messages from, you know, their guides and their loved ones during sessions. And, you know, I don't think that there's ever a session so they don't. And so, you know, even though I'm clearing out your chakras, and I've given you Reiki, and I'm balancing you up, like, the whole time, I've got like this assistance from your divine team. So it's a lot of it's, it's a lot of energy, but I'm not using my own energy either. So I've had to learn that too, because I'm such an empath, that that I used to get very, like emotional or involved and protect myself, you know, and then I got to protective, you know, where it was like, oh, gosh, I got really good at that. And I really had to find the balance. You know, I had to find balance over time. And so, I don't know what I do. I just do my thing. I'm just gonna lead. i It's like, I start out consciously, you know, connecting and then I'm gone, you know, my egos completely gone, I would say even chanteuse gone and being led by my soul and only doing soul work.

Oh, absolutely. And so that's why I'm so excited. Because you and I are going to create a little I mean, what are what are we going to call it?

I like we can call it shy, runny? No. All right, yeah, I don't know.

We're gonna come up with something. But basically, what we're gonna do is do a half hour session with you and a half hour session with me because we are both just divinely guided and what we do and I happen to be divinely guided and these beautiful, powerful messages that we could look at the look at it like a modern day Bible, there's, they're short to the point, but they're so profound. You know, and and truthfully, people, you know, who's reading the Bible and trying to understand it, but it even says in the message that I was guided to read was that I have this theory, it was as complicated as it was to keep people occupied for 1000s of years.

distract people. Yeah, basically. Yeah.

And it's still doing a good job. You know, and, and then it's, of course, people take everything so literally, and it's like, real between the messages.

I know and that is with everything. I'm serious. And so that's one of the things I've been going down this league of gnostic gospels and studying them and, and all that and they're all allegories, like it's a story within a story. It's like we've taken so many things literal well, and it's like come on, get a little deeper people. Okay, does

that actually that actually takes us back to the alchemist because The Alchemist is exactly the same way. And what did we just say that that was just a beautiful channeled book through Paulo Coelho. So and I

want to read the Bible right now we're not, you know, I was just asking Paul Wallace, a guest on my podcast, who I absolutely love, we're about to have him on for the fourth or not the third time, because he's so amazing. He's on his third book, he's, he also is the host of the fifth kind. But, I mean, I literally, you know, he, he studied scripture, but he used to be an ark Deacon, you know, and I just, I know that he knows this stuff, this is what he does. I messaged him, I said, we're just the most authentic version I can read, because I want to read it now, without all of the conditioned already, you know, translated, you know, theories that people have put in my mind. So I really look forward to it. And by the way, he told me, you know, new Jerusalem was a good one, too. Oh, you know, to pick up. And so I can't wait to kind of read that again, with my translation, like in my personal translation, your personal interpretation, is what that's what that message said,

wow, wow. And, you know, and isn't that what our relationship is with God? Jesus, you know, I mean, I always say, Isn't God so brilliant, he's like, I'm gonna give this bit of wisdom, this bit of wisdom, this bit of wisdom, you got to put together only claim one is your own. And what most people do only claim one is your own. And what if we can just start putting this beautiful puzzle together, then we see the most divine picture. You know, so. So Well, anyway, our session we are going to create, we're going to have a link on your, on your website, link on my website, we're going to, it's all about co creation at this point, it's creating this beautiful community, you know, and how we can how we can combine our gifts. Yeah, because isn't that and, and I feel like this is the, there's this, these keys. And there's many ways to do this, but it's a key to just get to how to unlock our souls and allow us to be free.

Yeah. And you know, and that's exactly what this age is, you know, the Age of Aquarius is about collective unity. It's about bringing together the divine feminine, about, you know, bringing together all of that collective responsibility, you know, that we have to humanity, really, and as much soul work as we do. We're doing it for humanity. We're doing it for the earth. And for, you know, what is here now in front of us presently.

And I know at some point, it's just like, we're gonna have to have like, people just follow us around because they would never believe how we put it all together. Well, that's

why I put together my spiritual sleeps team for I mean, all the things that I was putting together for my podcasts, because there was so much I couldn't constantly look up stuff. And so people were interested. And I was like, Yeah, you look that up, let me know what you find out. And they were divinely being guided as well. And it just like you said, it's a puzzle, right. And so all of the work that I had been doing is so part of your puzzle, Alicia. And so whenever I put together stuff, I'd like sharing it with her, and so does everybody else. And so it's just been beautiful. It's just been very divinely guided. And there's a masterpiece being created. That's

an absolute masterpiece, but you know, how it's being created? Because we were in motion of it. We were in action, and so many people and so that is the message to everyone. Pay attention, pay attention to the ironies. Because if you do not act on it, and you don't continue the motion, because it can be a catalyst and it can take you down a certain direction. And if you don't act on it Then it's just a synchronicity. You've actually missed out on what it potentially could be. And we are proof of how amazing it is when we when we choose to when we paid attention. Because it's only because we both paid attention that we ever connected in the first place. I mean, it's kind of like, think about how I mean, how did you start sense of soul? What was it that start? What was it that you know, you, Amanda, you're like, Okay, we're gonna do this podcast. And, you know, did you ever think you were gonna get to half a million downloads in the time period that you have? And I mean, what's so amazing is that you, you know, it was almost 100,000 downloads when it was at 100,000. Right when my episode so you've jumped 400,000 downloads and a little over a year, like that's unbelievable.

Yeah, that's fine. It's funny, because in also, we celebrated 20,000 After our first year. Wow. And we get that in, like, a week, two weeks. So you know, we can have two weeks now. And that's so I think, you know, it's just numbers. I mean, I'm so grateful and humbled by it all. I don't spend a lot of time looking at the numbers. But whenever I do, they're always in synchronicity with my thing, you know, whatever's going on. How am I you know, I've seen five all day, and now I'm seeing 550,000 or, you know, whatever, it's just like that. I absolutely, you know, just pay attention. I mean, literally, if you are present in your life, you'll see it. And at the times that I haven't, you know, there's always usually other symptoms that are going on too. And I'm like, Man, I haven't been present haven't seen anything lately. Oh, I have pain and then stressed or I can't sleep, you know, they're, they're all in all kinds of goes together. So stay present. You know, stay connected. Stay on that vibe. You know, because it's a vibration that you're seeing that it's all vibration. Yeah,

well, people really want to understand that vibration. The self esteem prophecy explains that pretty darn well. You know, if people don't want to read the book, just watch the movie. You'll get it. Yeah, it's been

even saw that there's a YouTube, you can listen to it.

Oh, really? Okay. Yeah. So but you know, it's just yeah, it is. It's just paying attention. But it takes you to that higher vibration. And and it's so beautiful when you can when you can get there, right. But I do want to say even though you don't pay attention to the numbers, I want to shift the way that you're looking at it, because it's the impact that you and Mandy are making. And it's just, it's so beautiful, so profound, I can't wait to see what what continues, continues to happen on this journey. You know, the biggest message I was given, I guess, I'm just supposed to say is meant to help the loss. And we'll find the chosen ones along the way. And not that the chosen ones are anything greater. We're just choosing we were we're showing a different side to God. And that's when she behind me, wink. Wink, he represented God as love with an awesome sense of humor. And one thing we do is we laugh a lot. And that raises our vibration.
