Your ears will never get you into any trouble! In this episode, Janice explores the skill of listening as it relates to relationship building and the art of conversation.  It's always good to be aware of how you listen - and how you can improve your own listening ability.  There are some great tips here to practise and a fun observation you may not know about.  Enjoy!
