Loral Langemeier:

Hey, this is Loral. Welcome back to Loral's Real Money Talks, a podcast where we talk about that money in every category, how to make it, how to keep it, how to invest it, why you need a team, why you need the integration. And as you many of you know, integrated health is also about our integrated wealth as a lot of us are getting older, and I'm getting more and more chiropractors and health practitioners and people, especially post COVID, that have come in knowing that they've been overpaying taxes their whole career. Today, I have with me actually a super, super I'm so excited Del, and I've been waiting months since I met you to interview you, so let me give him a proper introduction. Del big tree is associated with the MaHA Alliance, where he serves as CEO. The Maha Alliance was focused and is focused on public health advocacy and supports figures like Donald Trump, like RFK promoting health related agendas. Del big tree is known for outspoken views. And I'm talking outspoken. He produced the movie Vax, which I saw in the I don't even know 1617, when was that even like produced, or

Del BigTree:

at least 2016 April is when that came out.

Loral Langemeier:

Right away. Yeah, he's got outspoken medical he's on medical freedom, vaccine hesitancy, which I'm a huge fan of, didn't participate at all, has significant topics, discussions in all those categories, actively involved in advocating for the causes through platforms like this podcast and other social media. So welcome, Dell. I'm so happy to have you here talk about just a little bit about your background, your passion for this conversation and being such a health advocate in the nation, in the world, really

Del BigTree:

well. Laurel, first of all, thanks for having me on. It's really an honor. And you know, as you said, health is the largest expense now in the United States of America, five times as much as our defense budget, is what we're spending on health issues, mostly chronic illness and disease, which is, you know, what has been a real focus of Maha make America healthy again, which was sort of Bobby Kennedy's contribution to the Trump ticket. But to swing back to how I got into the middle of all of that, I, as you said, I made the documentary Vax, which was about a whistleblower inside the CDC that had come forward and said they were committing scientific fraud on the vaccine safety studies. At the moment that I came onto that story, I was a producer, Emmy winning producer on the CBS talks with the doctors. So really, my background, I guess I would say, is sort of in in medical journalism, or producing television documentaries, things like that. Well, Vax exploded worldwide. It got kicked out of the Tribeca Film Festival, which, you know, hurt at the moment, but made it like every headline in the world was covering, like, what's, you know, what did this film do that? It got kicked out of the festival, which just gave us, you know, incredible amount of press and lines around the block. I toured with Vax for all of 2016 to nothing, but sold out audiences nationwide and worldwide. But that, that conversation around Vax was really about one fraud. The center of the film was about an MMR, the measles, mumps, rubella study and its connection to autism, which is, you know, probably one of the most controversial topics in the world. And I would say, if no one's seen it, the film does not prove that the MMR causes autism. What it proves is that the scientific body, the CDC, that was asked to study does the MMR cause autism, were so afraid of the results they were seeing that they committed scientific fraud to manipulate the study. That's what it proves. Is fraud, and it did take place, and so but that sent me on a journey. Of course, it threw me in front of news cameras all across the country. And as a journalist, I was really curious, because so many people are coming up to me and saying, Well, what about all the other vaccines? That's just one of 1617, vaccines given to our kids in 72 doses. So I started my nonprofit, the informed consent Action Network, and I started a weekly podcast. I left CBS and started my podcast, the highwire.com and just started suing the government. I brought in a legal team, because what people don't realize is you can't sue the manufacturers of vaccines because of a liability law, like they took away liability in 1986 and so you can't

Loral Langemeier:

sue Pfizer or any of these guys that are just putting out. You

Del BigTree:

can't sue anyone that makes a vaccine. You can't sue anyone that delivers a vaccine. You can't sue the buildings where they gave you the vaccine. It is total it's nothing. There's really no product like it. Some might argue, I think nuclear facilities have some similar protections, but really it's the only consumer product like it. There's no drug like it, and so because of that, you cannot have you know, when you see the pharmaceutical industry. There's a lawsuit like Fen fan or Vioxx or Oxycontin, and you get discovery in those lawsuits, and you find out that these wicked people are having conversations via email that they know, for instance, that Vioxx is going to cause heart attacks. And they're doing, you know, financial estimates on well, how big would the lawsuits be? How much will we make? And they decide to go forward with it. And so we would love to have a lawsuit where we could find that out in court on vaccines. What do they know? What do they not know about the safety? But anyway, long story short, we started suing the government, since they were protecting the pharmaceutical industry when it came to vaccines, we decided, well, let's go after the protectors. So I've won lawsuits against the NIH, CDC, FDA, Health and Human Services and that sort of you just created transparency. We won. For instance, I don't know Laurel, if you remember, just over a year ago the Pfizer trial that was done on the COVID vaccine, the FDA was defending it and wanted to hide the, basically the all the trial data from the American public for 75 years. I don't know if you saw that headline, but not my nonprofit was the one that brought that lawsuit. We won that data. So now the Pfizer data is available to every scientist in the world. The moderna data, because of our lawsuits is available to everyone in the world. We also won the V safe data, which was the app that they built to track COVID injury. All that data is now being produced to the world because the work that I've done so that's sort of been my focus in that vaccine space. And you know, people will say, You're anti vaccine, the truth is, I'm just into having transparency, you should know what these things are capable of doing and what they're not and how many injuries they're causing. So

Loral Langemeier:

where do people find that data? Because what I find is, when COVID started, Joey Gilbert and I started a coal campaign called Keep Nevada open, and we were we were disclosing, because he's a lawyer, very prominent lawyer, here in Northern Nevada, and really disclosing the true hospital data. And then I about died in January 2021, so I was in a hospital in the get a critical care unit in ICU, and it was not busy. There were four of us. We were not overcrowded. We were not busy. They were not deemed to be a tent outside, so Joey helped report on all that. So I'm just saying, I just remember it was really difficult to find the real data versus the data. So where is yours found? Speaking,

Del BigTree:

we post all the data that's coming from Pfizer moderna at our website. I can decide.org we've even built a dashboard to play with that you can sort of just ask questions of the V safe data, which is, it's that that's a little bit easier to get through the V safe data, the Pfizer data. We're talking hundreds of 1000s of documents that are being produced, and moderna the same. But I just did a great interview with Naomi Wolf, who has written a book called the Pfizer papers. She has, I think, over 3000 doctors and scientists that are coming through all the Pfizer data and producing what they're finding in it. Her findings are in that book that just released the Pfizer papers, and I interviewed her, I think, three or four weeks ago, one of the most mind blowing interviews I've ever done on the high wire.com, but I would, I would say, for your average person, you know, the book will give you a sense of what, what she's finding there, what they're finding, all these doctors and scientists, but the data, you know, we keep attaching at, I can decide.org you can get the links and start looking through it if you're a scientist. Awesome.

Loral Langemeier:

So I want to, I want to back up. So the the VAX movie, like I just want to give people some perspective. Remember, that was in 2016 this is way before COVID. So when you saw COVID coming down the pipe, talk about that moment. Given who you are, who you've been in the industry, the prominent looks that you were winning, well,

Del BigTree:

it was really amazing, because at that point, as I said, we'd already been winning lawsuits against the government and then ultimately starting to have some breakthrough in, you know, pushing back on legislation that was forcibly vaccinating kids across America. But when COVID was coming, once they announced, you know, sort of warp speed, that they were going to come up with a vaccine. I sat my team down and said, This is the moment we've been waiting for. And I've been saying it all along as I spoke across the country, what I would say to people is, you know, if you try to have a conversation about childhood vaccine programs, people just there, it's like a religion you can't go near. It's really hard to talk to people. Everyone felt like they had to put their their child through that process, and they would say, I got back my vaccines. My child needs to get theirs. But the truth is, is we, if you were born before 1989 you got like, 10 vaccines, then it exploded this liability protection, so you were really not running your kid through the same vaccine program you'd been through. You're giving your kid 70. Two vaccines by the time they're 18 instead of 10, and so, you know, and we had looked at a lot of studies, but when COVID hit, and I knew they were going to rush the vaccine, we had been making a statement to the world that was called misinformation, which is, there's not a single double, blind PLACEBO study being done prior to licensure of any of the vaccines on the childhood schedule. That is a fact. It is still a fact. And I don't care how many experts refute it when you hear it on the news, they will never provide those studies because I went with Bobby Kennedy when we sort of early on in my relationship with Robert Kennedy, Jr, was when Donald Trump asked him to go speak to the NIH all the way back in 2017 in his first administration. And we brought all of our questions to NIH, and they ultimately admitted to us that we don't do double blind PLACEBO studies. Why is that important? It is the only way to actually establish safety with a pharmaceutical product, you have to test it against a baseline of people that are taking, you know, a placebo. Don't know they're taking placebo. So you can track health outcomes between those two groups that has never been done on a childhood vaccine. And so, you know, we were putting up with like this media push saying those were lies. And I said when COVID was coming along to my team. Now the world is going to watch how they make vaccines. They're going to watch how they skip the safety trials. They're going to watch how they rush these products onto the market. And this time, it won't be a bunch of children being injured. Well, they'll say the parents, you know, the kid probably always was going to have this difficulty walking, or was always slurring their words or, or was always having seizures. Now, you were going to be giving a an untested product to adults at a very high volume that were jogging yesterday before they got the product, and now can't walk. I predicted it. I said that was going to happen, and that's exactly what did happen. And and frankly, I was saying to, you know, a bunch of people, as we were, you know, by Bobby Kennedy's side at the you know, when Trump announced his, you know, came out for his victory just last week. You know, we are in this room because of COVID. COVID woke up so many people to this fraud taking place in our regulatory agencies that Bobby Kennedy was allowed like it gave him that, that sort of power to bring to Trump. And I think, you know, I do think the Kennedy votes ended up being what pushed President Trump over the edge there. If you look at it, Bobby was at about five to 10% of the vote when we stacked him against Harris and Trump. And then in the end, most of the states that Trump won. He won by, you know, 3% or so so. And look, I want to say that by, let's not take away from President Trump that got the other 48% all of his own. I think you could, like, weigh in. And you know, I'd be a little annoyed about Trump saying, all right, he got 3% of the vote. Was very helpful. But you know, how about the 48% of the country that's on behind me? But you know that that's what it's all about, is transparency in science. And you know, I want to say, right away, we get called anti vaxxers. I have no intention. Bobby has no intention of taking vaccines away from people. It's a free country. You can do whatever you want, but you should be informed. What most people are shocked to find is this is actually a warning label that comes with every vaccine, just like every drug you take that warns of death as a side effect, serious, serious issues of paralysis and blindness and seizures are written on the warning label like you hear in every drug commercial. But vaccines have gotten away with not telling you that they've gotten away with this sort of mantra that, you know, vaccines are perfectly safe, perfectly effective. They are no more safe and no more effective than any other drug we take. And those drugs get recalled all the time. So now people are going to start hearing the truth about this product, which is all it's about. You should just know, and then decide your risk, reward, benefit ratio. When you decide to take these for yourself or your children,

Loral Langemeier:

don't you find also Dell that even if you back all the way up, I mean, you say it's on the label, but I like, I remember because my daughter and my husband, you know, her father at the time was, was, he was absolutely against all of them. And I'm like, well, we should do like, you know, like the obvious ones that we did when we were, you know, older. But what's interesting is they just come in with the needles. They don't come in and give you the label. They don't have you there's no opportunity for the, you know, the the client, the patient, to even read them. They just come in with the needle loaded and just give it to you. And as a parent, you just kind of forced into, okay, I guess I have to, or the school says I have to. I mean, I might, you know, Mantra, mom, who signs off religious rights all the time that my kids are not going to get those and they're not going to have them. So I've been, you know, against that for a long time. So speak to the families that are out there that don't who. Have a voice that need to have. I'm going to say some level of advocacy for their kids, and not just be told what to do by, you know, the Western med community, you know, you know, I mean, you're at our big table, like I always say, the healthiest and the wealthiest live in the alternatives. I mean, we, well, all the integrated wealth stuff we teach is all alternative, because it's not through traditional old, old stuff. And it's the same with the sick care. You know, the healthiest and the wealthiest live in the alternative. So what words would you have of advocacy for families that want to start challenging it? I mean, I remember growing up you were I mean, we probably grew up in the same era, autism was, like, a very rare thing. It's a normal thing. Being on the spectrum is a normal thing. There's only, in my opinion, one or two places you can point to it. It's our food and our vacs.

Del BigTree:

Yeah, yeah, so and what you're talking about. But

Loral Langemeier:

yeah, I want you to speak to the parents and give them some voice, maybe some language, about how do they push back? Because, you know, there is this stigma if you push back your you know, I don't think that's going to be true forward, but it has been true. Yeah.

Del BigTree:

I mean, the culture around this is changing as we speak. Every day. It's accelerating, given what we've just seen in this election. But what I would say is, what you're talking about is that right to be told what's going on with the vaccine. You're right. They walk in with a needle. You never see that, that warning label that I'm that we're talking about and not seeing that violates something called informed consent. It's actually a rule that, you know, the basis of all modern medicine is around the the Nuremberg Code. This was the code after Nazis, you know, tried and tested products and surgeries and experiments and drugs and vaccines on innocent people after those hearings where they ended up hanging, you know, 16, I think it was 16 doctors the world got together and wrote what's called the Nuremberg Code to make sure that that never happened again, that in any free country, that the patient is totally involved with the decisions that they make, that They be totally informed about the benefits of any drug, any surgery, any experiment, any vaccine. They know all the benefits, but they're also told all the potential side effects. You know, how often they think that they're happening. Then you have been informed, and then you still have the right to consent. You've now been informed, and then you consent these mandatory vaccine programs, which are only in five states at the moment, are in complete violation of the Nuremberg Code, which is a scary thing when you think about it. There's a reason modern medicine said you should be making the decisions for your own body, your own children. That is what I think you're about to see happen with this new administration. Finally, it's going to be back in your hands. But ultimately you can push back as long as you don't live in California, Maine, West Virginia, Connecticut, and one more. I forget which one or the other. But anyway, there's, there's five states. You can look it up. We just won back my nonprofit just over a year ago, won back the religious exemption from Mississippi. It had been gone since 1976 we just won back. Just so if you live in California, we won back the religious exemption to opt out of the vaccine program for all UC University schools all through California. So SB, 277 no longer affects college students as of this upcoming semester. And of course, we're going to continue to fight to make sure that the public school system is not forcibly vaccinating kids. But for everyone out there, I would say you have to do your research. One thing that you are allowed to do, you don't have to take my word for it. I get it. You look me up, my Wikipedia is pretty ugly. Pharma hates me and the internet hates me. But the truth is is, just start your research with that label. With the vaccine. You can say to your doctor, could you please bring me the vaccine insert that arrived with the vaccine you're going to get my children today. I'd like to read that before I get it, and they have to get it to you. They may throw it at you. They may yell at you while you asking for which is a very strange reaction to a question like that. But just read it. Do your due diligence. Go and look up the side effects, a lot of tiny little words, but look at adverse events. Look at how long was the trial that got this vaccine approved? And you'll find that it's usually a couple of weeks or months, with a very small group of people, and start your research there. If that bothers you, then go check out the high wire.com and I've got hundreds of hours of interviews with scientists and doctors that really get deep into this. So

Loral Langemeier:

they'll talk about make America healthy again, talk about the that it's really a fairly new alliance in my understanding about how it got formed, what his agenda is, and how you see it rolling out. Well,

Del BigTree:

it really was the result of the Kennedy campaign. Bobby asked me early on in his campaign to be as Director of Communications, which I was for. I got on board. Board. He was running as a Democrat, which I'm still, I still am a Democrat. It would this will probably be the last year ever. I just haven't had time to change it. But I we ran as a Democrat. He was censored and cheated. I would say cheated like just to give you an idea, they passed a rule with the Democratic Party because we were doing so well campaigning in New Hampshire, which is usually the first primary state that they said, New Hampshire will no longer be the first primary state. We're moving it later, which pissed New Hampshire off. And if you were campaigning in New Hampshire as a Democrat, all of your votes in the primary will go to Joe Biden, because we're making a rule you're not allowed to campaign New Hampshire. They did that. That is how dark and twisted that party I grew up in has become, and we could not get on the news, CBS, ABC his entire campaign, even after we went the independent route, he ran the most successful independent campaign since Ross Perot. He was polling between 20 25% and he's the first president to get on the ballot in all 50 states, until the Democratic Party started suing to get him off the ballot, which is its own lawfare and what we've seen against Trump. But ultimately, it was that, you know, not being allowed on the debate stage, when CNN denied him access to the debate stage, even though he qualified at 20 to 25% far above the 15% was needed, you just realize, like, you just can't win this game as an independent. It's rigged. If no one knows you're running, you're going to have a very difficult time. So right when the bullet, you know, pierced President Trump's ear, Bobby reached out in that moment, he said, this has gotten out of hand. The vitriol and the division this country is just getting insane. And really just reached out to make sure that President Trump is okay. But even more so to to say to President Trump, you know, I lost my Bobby said. I lost my uncle, JFK to assassination, lost my own father, and though I know that's, you know, very hard for the people involved, like yourself, it's the family that really suffers. Are your kids okay? Are your grandchildren okay? And they just started this beautiful dialog, and and President Trump, in that conversation, said, Look, Bobby, I've watched the work that you're doing. I too believe our children are being poisoned, and I've been hurt. I've been hearing your cry, our cry in our independent role was to unite in America, that we've gotta come together in unity. So they just started talking about, let's put together a Unity Party. Let's work together. And so it took about a month after that or so that Bobby finally, you know, and I was in all the meetings, we finally decided that the best move would be to join the Trump campaign. And you know, it was in his speech, in one of the most incredible speeches you'll ever see, if you haven't seen it, which was, you know, when he suspended his campaign and decided to back President Trump, very emotional speech. But in it, he said, you know, President Trump is going to allow me the opportunity to make Americans healthy again. And when he made that statement, I mean, within moments, you know, hashtag Maha just started spreading across the internet, it took off like wildfire and and really for me, I was thinking like, How's Bobby going to join Trump? He's just such a unique and powerful individual himself. Where is he going to fit in the whole Maga world? And when he just said Maha It was like he just built, right in that moment, this brand new wing of Maga that he could occupy. And of course, who had helped put that conversation together was Callie means, who is a strong, you know, food advocate and his sister, Casey and Callie means have one of the most incredible interviews you'll ever see on Tucker Carlson, I highly recommend that. But Cali is a big part of this movement now. But it just swept the country this discussion about toxic foods. You know, Vani Hari, a great dynamic the food babe, just protested Kellogg's because Fruit Loops uses chemicals that we know cause cancer, endocrine disruptors in the fruit loops here, but in Europe, it's illegal to have those chemicals, so they make the same product using food dyes like beet juice and carrot juice. So this company is knowingly poisoning American children, but has factories capable of making a safer, healthier product. That's how insane this thing has gotten. And so it's an explosive movement. I would say it's sort of almost doubled our medical freedom work that Bobby and I have done. I've done it for seven years. Bobby long before me, but it doubled the size of it and became just a really impactful battle cry, if you will, from all the mothers across America at the very end. I left the campaign just about two months ago because we were still limited, all these limitations on running as an independent candidate. Bobby couldn't get off of all the candidate all, all the ballots when he tried to, believe it or not. After they sued to get them off the ballot, but we decided we wanted to leave the Democrats started suing us in court to keep us on the ballot. I mean, it just the whole thing has been such a circus, and I'm happy that it all ended up working out. But Maha now is this powerful movement I'm working, you know, we're sort of housing in our nonprofit Maha, and people can check it out. Go to Maha Alliance, you can see the commercials that we made. But we're actually raising funds because Bobby doesn't want to use Transition Team funds from the Trump administration, but to do this privately so that he can have the secrecy, so they can really not have things leaking out the press. I know that President Trump supports that too. You know, it's really hard to keep things contained these days. Both these guys are the bravest individuals that I've ever met, taking their lives in their hands every single day that they move forward, trying to help America. But right now, we're raising funds to actually build that to help, you know, advise that cabinet for the United States of America, especially in the health departments that Bobby's looking at right now as an advisor. And so if anyone wants to be actually a part of history, then go to Maha Alliance and check it out. You can make a donation there, and it really will make a difference

Loral Langemeier:

Absolutely. And Del, we've gotta wrap up this segment to have you back as this unfolds, like I said earlier, right, putting my hat in the ring anywhere you can use any of the support or strength that I have and what I do, I'd love to support you. And just the whole, the whole campaign of what mine and it would be fabulous for once with the I'm I'm assuming the FDA, the CDC, the NIH, the USDA all will be under the gun for extreme transparency coming soon. That's

Del BigTree:

what you that is what we you know, we'll deliver. We'll see what unfolds from there. No one's looking for, you know, authoritarian Iron Fist. That is not the goal. The goal is to actually do the opposite, to get the funding the corporate interest out of our regulatory agencies so they work for us, instead of the corporations, get transparency, to take all of these private databases that they've been hiding from us, put them out to the public, so all the scientists around the world can ask the questions. We're the home of AI now we've got Microsoft, Apple, it would be so easy to find the answers to what's causing autism, what's causing all the asthma, the add the ADHD, we're going to figure it out. They know we're going to figure it out. There's only one reason we haven't, and that's the corporate interests. Their days are now over.

Loral Langemeier:
