DETOXING: Your body mentally, physically, and spiritually is important.
AGE OF TECHNOLOGY: We live in a time full of nonstop stressors
CREATE SPACIOUSNESS: The more we become connected with technology, the more we can disconnect from ourselves
BALANCE: It's crucial to create good boundaries and balance around technology. It's an incredible tool if we utilize it properly
REAL TALK: Our bodies don't know the difference between a saber tooth tiger chasing us or a bad email; it's still stressful on our bodies.
ASK YOURSELF: What is causing me stress?
BRING IN TOOLS: There are many forms to reduce stress like meditation, supplements, exercise, sex, dancing, and so much more.
