Does Sugar Affect Fibromyalgia ? Episode 39

Today’s topic is Does Sugar affect Fibromaylgia Episode 39?

A small sample of the episode - Before we talk about that there is some information you should know.  If you are in the USA the average person eats 22 to 30 teaspoons of sugar a day. That is crazy.  Refined sugar is responsible for many health issues such as weight gain, diabetes, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and cavities.  It also is inflammatory and is a huge health risk, no matter how you look at it. Healthy whole foods and fruit contain sugar but they also contain water, fiber, vitamins, minerals, and other phytochemicals. They are good for you. A great way to reduce your risk of chronic disease is by eating fruits and vegetables.

I recently read an article from a well-known fibro doctor that says sugar may cause fibro or make fibro pain worse.
