Tired of Being Tired

Tired of Being Tired

How does one approach those things that are desires, but drain energy levels? In today’s episode, I get vulnerable and explore how I’ve entered a pattern of allowing the No People Pleasing Zone to drain my energy and inhibit my ability to show up in my fullness. I identify what I desire, and struggle through the drawbacks to my current approach. Over the years, the most important lesson I’ve learned about the People Pleasing Rabbit Hole is the need to shift perspective. Listen as I share my experience of tapping into the birth-life-death-rebirth cycle, to get comfortable with where I’m sitting right now and recommit my energy to the work of climbing out of the No People Pleasing Rabbit Hole.
