Jane Stark:

Jane Stark:

Jane Stark:

conversations. Let's dive in.

Jen Lang:

Hi, everybody, welcome back to another episode of no

Jen Lang:

halos here with Jen lay and Jane Stark. Hello,

Jane Stark:

hello. Episode 51.

Jen Lang:

Episode 51. Last week, I celebrated 50. We made it

Jen Lang:

here. We're still here. Still here? Yes, our podcasting team

Jen Lang:

who processes our audio was awesome and consensus little

Jen Lang:

congratulations message. So we thank them again. I know we're

Jen Lang:

gonna just keep we're just gonna keep going. We've got lots of

Jen Lang:

plans in the works, but nothing concrete yet. So we've been

Jen Lang:

covering a lot of

Jane Stark:

say we do have some concrete stuff. But that's kind

Jane Stark:

of what we wanted to talk about today. Yes, we're kind of going

Jane Stark:

from celebrating 50 episodes last week, too. Okay, here's

Jane Stark:

episode 51. Where do we go from here? And I think we wanted to

Jane Stark:

unpack this a little bit from a reflective place. And also, not

Jane Stark:

just in the podcast, where do we go from here? But the work that

Jane Stark:

you and I are doing together?

Jen Lang:

Yeah. All of our serenity program. Mm hmm. Which

Jen Lang:

is so satisfying. On so many levels,

Jane Stark:

it is still running. We're running a beta. Yeah,

Jane Stark:

right now, a six week beta program. Yeah, that is just,

Jane Stark:

it's so amazing when something just feels so right. And so

Jane Stark:

easy. And that's what this feels like. It's

Jen Lang:

like starting the podcast, honestly, we had the

Jen Lang:

support of Michelle's team, we couldn't do it on our own, we

Jen Lang:

needed Michelle's team to, to help us sort of get around.

Jen Lang:

stuff. So

Jane Stark:

and we've tried things, right. Like we've tried

Jane Stark:

some other things, it's just we try them are like me, and I'm

Jane Stark:

sure everybody goes through this, we're not alone. But like

Jane Stark:

that. And then the things that stick in, you're like, Oh, this

Jane Stark:

feels good. And you're right at the podcast is another one of

Jane Stark:

those things, felt really

Jen Lang:

good felt really easy and came out naturally. Because

Jen Lang:

for serenity lived as a different program before, but we

Jen Lang:

never actually launched it because it never felt aligned.

Jen Lang:

Yeah. And then we took on the first serenity name, we agreed

Jen Lang:

to do it beta. And interestingly, we had also

Jen Lang:

designed it as a three month process, rather than six weeks.

Jen Lang:

And for the beta, we thought we would just do six weeks and do

Jen Lang:

any version. I'm liking it so much that we're like, let's just

Jen Lang:

keep it at six weeks. So it's, yeah, it's

Jane Stark:

going to be kind of we're just going to run cohorts

Jane Stark:

of it. And every so this one runs until April 7, and then

Jane Stark:

we're launching our second cohort, April 25. I think we

Jane Stark:

decided that we could 2020 the week of the 25th. Yeah. And that

Jane Stark:

just feels really, really good. So again, that following the

Jane Stark:

energy, it's like what we talked about, right? And we're really,

Jane Stark:

we're practicing what we preach, I think, here in a lot of ways

Jane Stark:

where it's following, I always say following the breadcrumbs

Jane Stark:

following the yeses and what feels good. And I mean, we can

Jane Stark:

very quickly get caught up. And oh, both of us in all of like,

Jane Stark:

oh, this person did this, maybe we should look at that. Or, you

Jane Stark:

know, let's do this. So let's try that. And I'm an

Jane Stark:

experiential learner, and even guide, like I am designed to do

Jane Stark:

everything and have to learn everything by experience. So you

Jane Stark:

can't tell me what to do because I actually have to experience

Jane Stark:

that she,

Jen Lang:

we discovered Well, we didn't discover we actually

Jen Lang:

voiced today the Jane and I both hate being told what to do.

Jen Lang:

Yeah. And it's our rebel. And interestingly enough, that is a

Jen Lang:

feature of several the people in for serenity and our clients.

Jen Lang:

They hate being told what to do. So if you are one of those

Jen Lang:

people who hates being told what to do, come work with us, come

Jen Lang:

work with us. We'd love to chat.

Jane Stark:

And it's not so much. I don't tell me what to

Jane Stark:

do. I'm not going to do anything. I think the beauty of

Jane Stark:

it. One of our clients shared with us just yesterday that she

Jane Stark:

said, you don't just listen to me. You understand me? And that

Jane Stark:

was rooted in the and like she went on to say that she hates

Jane Stark:

she doesn't like being told what to do and when other coaches or

Jane Stark:

people have told her what to do she rebels and but she's here

Jane Stark:

having huge transformations and huge awakenings. And so she's

Jane Stark:

like, it's just it's so beautiful, you get me and you

Jane Stark:

get my process and you allow that space for my process to

Jane Stark:

unfold, while keeping her accountable and guiding her.

Jane Stark:

Yes. Which was really, really amazing feedback to receive, I

Jane Stark:

think for, you know, for both of us, and how we that

Jen Lang:

and it was just this beautiful mutual, that was a

Jen Lang:

moment of mutual appreciation between all of us, because

Jen Lang:

working with people like that is so rewarding, because it feels

Jen Lang:

so good to support someone in a in a way in exactly the way that

Jen Lang:

they need to be supported in order to thrive. Yeah. And

Jen Lang:

instead of having like we've talked about having having a

Jen Lang:

prescriptive process that, well, if you don't follow this

Jen Lang:

process, you may or may not succeed. And I'm not saying that

Jen Lang:

ever, every coach does this, it's not true. But for some

Jen Lang:

people, it works really well. Exactly. And that's I'm good

Jen Lang:

differentiate, sometimes you need that. Sometimes you need to

Jen Lang:

like, I need to be given these five steps to follow and

Jen Lang:

discover and have that experience totally fine. But

Jen Lang:

we've Jane and I've discovered that the people we find most

Jen Lang:

rewarding experiences working with are people where we respect

Jen Lang:

their energy, and we allow the process to unfold naturally.

Jane Stark:

I think that's our gift, right? If we want if we

Jane Stark:

claim this if we right now we're to claim this that is our gift.

Jane Stark:

And that is the piece, where, you know, we talked about, I was

Jane Stark:

reflecting to you about I've done my health and life coach

Jane Stark:

certification. And but I'm very quickly to explain to people

Jane Stark:

that as a health coach, I am not the health coach that's going to

Jane Stark:

look at what every piece of what you eat and tell you how to eat

Jane Stark:

everything you do for exercise, all the things, I do definitely

Jane Stark:

support my clients in a more from a bird's eye view,

Jane Stark:

holistic, like hey, what are your habits, what's working for

Jane Stark:

you? What's not, but I don't get so prescriptive into those

Jane Stark:

levels. That is not to say that that isn't helpful. I have hired

Jane Stark:

and work with like, if we're talking about health, you know,

Jane Stark:

holistic nutritionist myself to help me to literally say, Yeah,

Jane Stark:

okay, we need to get more cruciferous veggies in your

Jane Stark:

diet. Okay. But the part that didn't connect for me when I

Jane Stark:

went through my training, because my training did include

Jane Stark:

a lot of that is that I was like, but what but this is the

Jane Stark:

problem I see so often is that we were so quick to give the

Jane Stark:

prescription but people don't follow it. And you were just

Jane Stark:

showing that you had a client that you worked with for a year.

Jane Stark:

And it was kind of similar, where it's like she she's like,

Jane Stark:

well, but I'm not putting I'm not actually putting the

Jane Stark:

recommendations into action. And that was my big thing was to

Jane Stark:

look at and go, Well, why why is it so hard for us? To actually

Jane Stark:

make these changes, these lifestyle changes that we know?

Jane Stark:

Yeah, are better for us. And when we do it for a little bit

Jane Stark:

of time, we feel better, and we still fell off the wagon? Yeah.

Jane Stark:

And that's what led me on my journey, even into to the work

Jane Stark:

that I do today is because I was so I just kept asking why. And I

Jane Stark:

needed to understand a dig more and more and more. And also

Jane Stark:

using myself as as that experiment to like, why am I not

Jane Stark:

doing this or, and looking at my journey. And so that's what led

Jane Stark:

me into even looking at bringing the energy work in. And it's

Jane Stark:

where I can see some of this stuff. Pair so well with Yes, a

Jane Stark:

coach or a therapist or a nutritionist or whatever the

Jane Stark:

thing is, you know, who says here's the things like I know,

Jane Stark:

the science or I know the, you know the methodology, but then

Jane Stark:

the person isn't actually applying it. I think there's an

Jane Stark:

element where you and I, and I think this is something that

Jane Stark:

even if we look at our clients, a lot of our clients have done

Jane Stark:

some of that pre emptive work, and they come to us because it's

Jane Stark:

not sticking, and I feel stuck.

Jen Lang:

And they've done Yes, that is definitely a defining

Jen Lang:

characteristic, I'd say of many people that both you and I've

Jen Lang:

worked with both individually and together is this feeling of

Jen Lang:

stuckness or the knowing that they're in their own way, but

Jen Lang:

they don't know how to move past. Yeah, whatever, whatever

Jen Lang:

that next step is meant and maybe that they know that that

Jen Lang:

next step is working with either have or both of us. And they but

Jen Lang:

there's something you know, it's scary to take that next step

Jen Lang:

sometimes, because it does change things and it does open

Jen Lang:

things up. Where, you know, I think I've someone I know who

Jen Lang:

you know, never really hasn't really ever paid attention. Like

Jen Lang:

I'm not saying close attention to what they've eaten over the

Jen Lang:

past few years for most of their lives because it hasn't been

Jen Lang:

issue, and then wants to get to the bottom of a specific health

Jen Lang:

challenge. Does a cleanse a 21 day detox, but it really opens

Jen Lang:

up a whole can of worms in terms of, you know, well, this didn't

Jen Lang:

solve it. So what's next? And what's next? And what's next?

Jen Lang:

And sometimes that prescriptive, short, detect start or do to

Jen Lang:

start? Yeah, exactly. Whatever you want to call it, kickstart.

Jen Lang:

Is that next window into diving into a bigger journey, which

Jen Lang:

we've avoided for a long time, maybe because we didn't have

Jen Lang:

capacity. Maybe you know, the timing wasn't right. Or maybe we

Jen Lang:

have just avoided it because we know what we need, because

Jen Lang:

totally do that. Yeah. And so it's just really interesting to

Jen Lang:

reflect on a the last 50 episodes of the journey that you

Jen Lang:

and I have been on over the past year, because a year ago, the

Jen Lang:

countdown offer didn't exist. There's one countdown a year

Jen Lang:

ago, fear serenity didn't exist. So we started with the podcast.

Jen Lang:

And now moving forward, it's like, well, what do we want to

Jen Lang:

carry forward into these next 50? Episodes? Fear serenity is

Jen Lang:

definitely one of

Jane Stark:

them. Yeah, our countdown are two to one

Jane Stark:

coaching. We've really, yeah, we've through the countdown

Jane Stark:

offer. And even before that we were doing so again, some

Jane Stark:

experimenting of what does it look like for us to co coach.

Jane Stark:

And it's really powerful. Like we said yesterday, when we got

Jane Stark:

off our call with the session with our current client, one of

Jane Stark:

our current clients, if it's like, I, if I'm going to take

Jane Stark:

more than one to one clients on, I want them to be co coaching.

Jane Stark:

Like there's just this. I mean, I love my clients as well. And

Jane Stark:

like the one to one is great. But there's just something about

Jane Stark:

the 2212 that's like, Oh, my God, it's so potent. And compact

Jen Lang:

and powerful without being overwhelming, I think for

Jen Lang:

the clients. So one person, I always talk about how good you

Jen Lang:

are at asking questions. And so then I can listen to both of

Jen Lang:

you. And then all have whatever it is never ending drop in.

Jen Lang:

Yeah.

Jane Stark:

And you're the healer. And yeah, in a lot of

Jane Stark:

way, like, like Jen comes in and support space is beautiful. This

Jane Stark:

is beautiful synergy of like, okay, let's go in. And this is

Jane Stark:

some of the work that I think this is some of the layer that's

Jane Stark:

hard to put words to around. Yeah. Why don't we make changes

Jane Stark:

in our life that or go after what we want. And it's, it's, I

Jane Stark:

find it tricky to put, like to pinpoint what it is. But there's

Jane Stark:

just something that I think you and I both do individually. And

Jane Stark:

then when we come together, it's just even more powerful to help

Jane Stark:

people Yeah, to help people. get unstuck, like you say, and to

Jane Stark:

move past that. So yeah, it's been really, you know, the

Jane Stark:

podcast has been has given us so many learnings. And we shared a

Jane Stark:

bit about that last week. Where do we go now has also been

Jane Stark:

helping us really reflect and get a lot more clear on who is

Jane Stark:

it that we serve? Yeah. And how are we going to serve them? And

Jane Stark:

what does that look like in terms of building? Building that

Jane Stark:

up? Not out? So we're talking today

Jen Lang:

growth, vertical growth, rather than horizontal

Jen Lang:

growth? Yeah. And better refining, focusing, honing, some

Jen Lang:

might call it niching. But I don't think it's quite. I feel

Jen Lang:

like there's a different energy than

Jane Stark:

why I think I'm always a believer to have like,

Jane Stark:

do one thing well, rather than many things. And interestingly,

Jane Stark:

I've done in many I've done a lot of things in my life,

Jane Stark:

consider myself multi passionate, which absolutely, I

Jane Stark:

think that's different to like, I think a multi multi passionate

Jane Stark:

as well. But is that is that the same thing as like, dabbling,

Jane Stark:

like doing?

Jen Lang:

dabbling? Yeah.

Jane Stark:

Versus like,

Jen Lang:

I think some of this conversation came out of, we

Jen Lang:

were reflecting on each of our own business journeys, and how,

Jen Lang:

in some of my online network spaces that I have been in for

Jen Lang:

over six years now. I'm seeing plenty of women who are in, you

Jen Lang:

know, pretty much the same, if not maybe slightly better spots

Jen Lang:

that I would consider count myself in there as well. There

Jen Lang:

hasn't been significant. I mean, yes, there has been growth, but

Jen Lang:

there hasn't been a significantly large business

Jen Lang:

expansion over the over that period of time. Absolutely.

Jen Lang:

There's exceptions. Absolutely. But I'd say the majority of

Jen Lang:

women that I work with are still operating in this plane. This

Jen Lang:

flat plane of

Jane Stark:

like the solo, Andre, they're doing it all

Jane Stark:

trying out different things. Oh, this isn't working. I need some

Jane Stark:

more revenue. So let's create another offer.

Jen Lang:

Let's have another offer. Let's create another opt

Jen Lang:

in let's have seven opt ins let's you know and then that's

Jen Lang:

right, the language around that opt in I think that's where I

Jen Lang:

got stuck. It's like how can the solopreneur myth honestly Maybe

Jen Lang:

other podcasts might be via the solopreneur math, unless you're

Jen Lang:

a freelancer, I will consider my husband as a freelancer. But

Jen Lang:

it's, there's no time for money in what we do. It's, it's the

Jen Lang:

transformation piece and the investing in the personal

Jen Lang:

development. But more, you know, whether it's career, we also

Jen Lang:

talked about how a lot of people we work with, the lot of what we

Jen Lang:

talk about is career business, not on the surface career, maybe

Jen Lang:

not on the surface, but the underlying layer is career or

Jen Lang:

work.

Jane Stark:

It comes in, it always comes in, whether it's

Jane Stark:

Yeah, whether it's they're an entrepreneur, and they're stuck

Jane Stark:

in their business, whether they're in a career that they're

Jane Stark:

feeling like they've hit the glass ceiling. Or they're in a

Jane Stark:

career where it's like, this no longer fits for me, and they

Jane Stark:

need to leave and make a total different life choice. But yeah,

Jane Stark:

definitely. It is a theme and the clients that we all work

Jane Stark:

with. Yeah. So in terms of where we're going, I think it's kind

Jane Stark:

of exciting, because we've also this podcast, I think, has

Jane Stark:

helped us create some offers together and refine those, we're

Jane Stark:

still like continuing in the refinement, period, I don't

Jane Stark:

think refining ever really ends if you're continuing to grow.

Jane Stark:

But so we've kind of come to this place where we're like,

Jane Stark:

okay, how can we scale up instead of out? And so we have

Jane Stark:

three, I'd say three main offers our community call, no, like,

Jane Stark:

I'm talking free and paid, paid, like our community call our two

Jane Stark:

to one coaching, three, and our fear serenity program. And I

Jane Stark:

think we're really focused on let's do those three things

Jane Stark:

really well, and let's grow those Yeah. You know, grow those

Jane Stark:

offerings and grow those that go deeper. So we're going deeper

Jane Stark:

and deeper into defining the fierce serenity program. Yeah,

Jane Stark:

we're going deeper into we have our 321 countdown offer, which

Jane Stark:

is three to one sessions with Jen and I over four weeks, it's

Jane Stark:

a wage Mutlu. If you're feeling stuck, and you know, you just

Jane Stark:

need that kind of quick kick out of it, direction, clarity, okay,

Jane Stark:

this is like this was the block I need to move through, that's a

Jane Stark:

great offering for that. It's also a great way to get to know

Jane Stark:

us and our work. So and then to, you know, potentially move into

Jane Stark:

more of a formal coaching package or offering with us. So

Jane Stark:

that offer is there. And then fear serenity, as we mentioned,

Jane Stark:

is in beta right now. But we're launching the second cohort, in

Jane Stark:

April at the end of April. And it is just such a Yeah, we have

Jane Stark:

so get put the link in our show notes to the waitlist. And it's

Jane Stark:

just a, it's just such a beautiful container to like a

Jane Stark:

more accessible, I guess, lower price point, obviously, it's a

Jane Stark:

it's a group program. So you're going to it's a lower price

Jane Stark:

point way to work with us, but also to really show up and be

Jane Stark:

vulnerable. So you get you get Jen and I but you also, you also

Jane Stark:

get the other women in the community with them. And there

Jane Stark:

is something to be said with that. And that we talked about

Jane Stark:

this with our community call. Just prior to get it yesterday,

Jane Stark:

on this morning, about what like what, what is the purpose of our

Jane Stark:

community calls, we were kind of asking each other right, and

Jane Stark:

these calls are free? Yeah, just to say, yeah, these are free

Jane Stark:

calls that we host twice a month. And, you know, it's we

Jane Stark:

want to keep them small and kind of sacred space. And so we kind

Jane Stark:

of were saying there's probably like at one time we try and make

Jane Stark:

sure there's no more than 10 to 12 people on those calls,

Jane Stark:

because we want to be able to, we want it to be a collaborative

Jane Stark:

process. So yes, Jen and I are holding the space. But it's

Jane Stark:

really about showing up and being able to have conversation

Jane Stark:

because it's not just Geminis guidance and wisdom that we get

Jane Stark:

like in I think, like that's what I really love is the magic

Jane Stark:

of when we can actually be in dialogue and talking about some

Jane Stark:

of these sticky thing. Yes. So yesterday on our community call,

Jane Stark:

we had amazing conversation that was on a topic that you know,

Jane Stark:

isn't something that necessarily we would all be comfortable just

Jane Stark:

going out and talking about right now. Kancil culture is

Jane Stark:

strong, you know, how do we learn how do we we need these

Jane Stark:

these safe spaces to be able to have conversation to unpack some

Jane Stark:

of these topics and

Jen Lang:

that's also why we don't record those calls because

Jen Lang:

it makes it a Non, I'm gonna say a nonce that is threatening. But

Jen Lang:

it's kind of like it's a, it's a space where you can share with

Jen Lang:

some of these deepest thoughts, get some feedback or express the

Jen Lang:

things that are on your mind or on your heart, ask questions,

Jane Stark:

get other points of view, without no, like, knowing

Jane Stark:

that you're not going to be shamed or judged, might come

Jen Lang:

back and bite you. It's not going to be released

Jen Lang:

publicly, none of it. Yeah, no. So it's good. It's a safe space

Jen Lang:

for reflection.

Jane Stark:

And it's Yeah, and it's really we were reflecting

Jane Stark:

like Jen and I have a lot of these conversations. We've

Jane Stark:

shared this before our 7am, meditations. And sometimes these

Jane Stark:

really big conversations that really help us. We hold space

Jane Stark:

for each other. And it really helps us reflect and understand

Jane Stark:

and have different viewpoints as to what we're going through, or

Jane Stark:

what's happening in the world. And our biggest thing is like,

Jane Stark:

how do we bring this to more people? How do we facilitate

Jane Stark:

this in a bigger way? And so that's where the community call

Jane Stark:

kind of came from like, Okay, what if we did take this to a

Jane Stark:

bigger space than just you and I were the podcast?

Jen Lang:

Yeah, if you're listening to this podcast, and

Jen Lang:

you want to come to the community call, and just have to

Jen Lang:

get on our love letters list. So I'll put the link in the show

Jen Lang:

notes, we'll we will put the link in the show notes for the

Jen Lang:

love letters, if you're not already on our love letters

Jen Lang:

list. But that's how you can stay in touch with us too. You

Jen Lang:

know, there's really, there's, it's where we send out sometimes

Jen Lang:

we send out summaries of what we've talked about on the

Jen Lang:

podcast, but through a slightly different lens. So usually I you

Jen Lang:

know, usually I'm writing a love letter after the podcast. But we

Jen Lang:

haven't talked about this past week's love letter on the

Jen Lang:

podcast

Jane Stark:

that's gonna come next week, that's actually in

Jane Stark:

failure about failure.

Jen Lang:

It's such a juicy topic.

Jane Stark:

So I was Yeah, yeah. So it's creating, I think where

Jane Stark:

we want to go is continuing to create these forums for

Jane Stark:

conversation for learning for, like, we get a call them codes,

Jane Stark:

because yes, one of my mentors calls them codes. But where we

Jane Stark:

can get codes from each other, when we're in conversation, but

Jane Stark:

it's a little more structured, and it's a little more it's a

Jane Stark:

different energy than just getting together with your

Jane Stark:

girlfriends to gossip or to, you know, kind of and throw opinions

Jane Stark:

at each other. It's moderated. Definitely, in that sense. And

Jane Stark:

then fear serenity, is that but going deeper and allowing you to

Jane Stark:

really reflect we guide you through each week. Different the

Jane Stark:

different energy bodies, so whether it's your physical, your

Jane Stark:

emotional, your mental, your spiritual, we look at all of

Jane Stark:

those all of those energetic bodies, and give you specific

Jane Stark:

actions and reflections so that you can start defining what your

Jane Stark:

serenity is for yourself.

Jen Lang:

Yeah. It's so fun.

Jane Stark:

I love it. Awesome. It's yeah, I'm really loving it

Jane Stark:

too.

Jen Lang:

I'm sure I hope our listeners can hear how much we

Jen Lang:

we love it. And we enjoy it. And, you know, I hope you're all

Jen Lang:

curious to find out more because, you know, even if it

Jen Lang:

isn't a fit for you, maybe you can recommend it to a friend. Or

Jen Lang:

maybe you have a friend or someone in your network, who

Jen Lang:

would be like, Oh, wow, this would be awesome. So pass, you

Jen Lang:

know, share it. Yeah, shared widely. So in terms of like,

Jen Lang:

where we're going to be a year from now, obviously, we're not

Jen Lang:

future futurists in some ways. However, we do have some of the

Jen Lang:

vision. So we're gonna keep going with the first serenity,

Jen Lang:

we're gonna keep going with the community calls. I want to bring

Jen Lang:

back actually some of my soundscapes, we haven't yet 100%

Jen Lang:

decided the figuring out what that's gonna look like. Yeah,

Jen Lang:

but that's going to be coming in. So maybe I'm thinking timed

Jen Lang:

with either a full or a new moon, once a month. And that

Jen Lang:

will be so stay tuned for that. Then growing upwards rather than

Jen Lang:

outwards mentally. So yeah,

Jane Stark:

we're not going to create a whole bunch of new

Jane Stark:

offers this, we're gonna continue to expand on the ones

Jane Stark:

we have and really build that vertical.

Jen Lang:

So what are some of the reflections that we can

Jen Lang:

leave for our listeners around both preparing for this episode?

Jen Lang:

And also, you know, moving forward.

Jane Stark:

I mean, I think one of our hopes, just through

Jane Stark:

sharing some of this is that we continue to give you a bit of a

Jane Stark:

glimpse into what we're building, in addition to the

Jane Stark:

podcast, and a little bit more, again, of like the work we do

Jane Stark:

and who we work with, and, you know, so that's one of my

Jane Stark:

takeaways just that like Jen said, that might not be you. But

Jane Stark:

it might be somebody you know, and you know, I are, we're both

Jane Stark:

here biggest wish is to help elevate the world through

Jane Stark:

supporting the people that were here like that. We You're here

Jane Stark:

and designed to support in that way. I love that. Yeah. What

Jane Stark:

else?

Jen Lang:

We haven't actually ever like we haven't publicly

Jen Lang:

defined that necessarily about, I don't think we had a vision of

Jen Lang:

how how we want to serve slash Inspire is through that space of

Jen Lang:

making, you know, yes, it's, it's the world is a better

Jen Lang:

place, but it's, it's how we're designed to support people on

Jen Lang:

their journey. And part of that journey is for serenity. But

Jen Lang:

part of that journey is, how do you be the best possible human

Jen Lang:

you can be? lift yourself up? And by just through that

Jen Lang:

process, you lift the whole human collective? Exactly. Yeah.

Jen Lang:

Amazing.

Jane Stark:

Yeah. So I mean, I think that's sort of the point,

Jane Stark:

we don't have any, like, we don't have any big wisdom

Jane Stark:

nuggets per se to drop you in this episode. It was more. It's

Jane Stark:

more just like getting a little bit of a hey, here's what we're

Jane Stark:

all about. Here's what we're working on. Here's what we're

Jane Stark:

doing. And I think, as Jen said, we're gonna continue to unpack

Jane Stark:

some of these topics like failure next week. You can get

Jane Stark:

on our, our newsletter list, which is our love letters.

Jane Stark:

That's the best way to keep in touch with us.

Jen Lang:

Yeah, they usually go out every Tuesday. And that's

Jen Lang:

short and sweet. Yeah,

Jane Stark:

not super heavy. The information about how to work

Jane Stark:

with us about our community calls is all on there. Yeah. I

Jane Stark:

think that's, is there any, do you have any sort of, you might

Jane Stark:

have a wisdom nugget to drop? Because I think I do have,

Jen Lang:

I think, I feel like the the few that dropped in when

Jen Lang:

we were preparing for this was and we recognize but it's worth

Jen Lang:

stating, again, is that growth is never linear. And that is

Jen Lang:

always a process of, you know, try. It's not try try again, but

Jen Lang:

it's like, try something out and be curious. It's okay to pause

Jen Lang:

instead of pushing forward all the time. Think that's a big,

Jen Lang:

you know, something we've talked about before is take the pause

Jen Lang:

and figure out where that next step is? Because are you

Jen Lang:

stepping onto a slippery rock? Or are you stepping onto from

Jen Lang:

ground and give yourself permission to try something new

Jen Lang:

and not be awesome at it right away? Yeah, that's, you know,

Jen Lang:

I'm sure if we go back and listen to our first couple of

Jen Lang:

podcasts episodes.

Jane Stark:

That's been a huge win, for me, is just being like

Jane Stark:

really embracing the fact that I know I need to learn through

Jane Stark:

experience. But if I don't allow myself to experience, I can't

Jane Stark:

grow. Uh huh. And it's hard. Yeah. Oh, but this podcast has

Jane Stark:

taught me a lot about that.

Jen Lang:

Yeah, it's been it's been super fun process. So I

Jen Lang:

look forward to the next 50 episodes and beyond, To infinity

Jen Lang:

and beyond. And, you know, we can have fun with so many lots

Jen Lang:

of laughs and lots of good things. So, on that note, I

Jen Lang:

think we'll just leave it here. Yes. Have an awesome day

Jen Lang:

everybody. See you soon. Thanks for joining us for these

Jen Lang:

conscious combos. If you're ready to dive deeper, head on
