Paul Finck:

I am Paul Fink, the maverick millionaire and I am different. Yes, I am different in my approach, my background, the business and my life. This difference is rooted in my unique journey on how I got here. And the core of my experience is to what I have learned along the way. I went to school to be a clinical psychologist I had taken a couple of classes in high school and got really thrilled with the idea of understanding the human condition. However, as I went through college, I realized that maybe this wasn't the career path for me and I started studying business and business concepts. By the time I graduated and was focused on going into business and right out of college, I went into straight commission sales. I've never looked back. Within six months, I had my best friend working for me and within one year I had my first distribution company with seven salespeople working for me, I was off and running. Over the next decade plus I founded multiple companies in diverse industries, using multiple business models as the foundation. I was in the medical field, the dental field capital equipment, surgical supplies, multilevel marketing, direct sales, as well as manufacturing, wholesaling. All of this served to give me great experience and knowledge. However, it never quite ended up for me. When I was in college, I thought the ultimate goal the ultimate dream was to make $100,000.06 figures. I thought that was the definition of making it. With six figures, you could have your abundant lifestyle. I did that I achieved about 80,000 220,000 Every single year for years. For most this would have been great in the end of the story. This was good enough to go on vacation once a year go on dinner once a week, decent lifestyle, and they probably would have stayed at that level for the rest of my life. Never knowing my fullest potential. And never knowing all life could really have been for me never touching the millions of people's lives that my journey has connected me with. You see, I lived with self imposed limiting beliefs as to who I was what I could be, I thought $100,000 producer was me, which meant if I was on track to make only $80,000 I kick myself in gear and get busy and create more. However it also meant when I was on track to make $120,000 for the year I pat myself on the back and relax a little bit sitting back saying I deserve a little break. I had already achieved my goals. See this is what we call the thermostat syndrome. I had my thermostat set for $100,000. My guess is you have yours set at some number. Also were a vision of who you are. You say to yourself, I'm a company worker. I'm $65,000 employee I drive a certain car I live in a certain house. I even live in a certain state or geographic area. I belong in a certain social economic group of people once decided, we stay in that space for the rest of Our lives unless, unless we decide to adjust our thermostat. If you have made the same amount of money year after year, if you have been in the same job for years, if your standard of living has reached those specific level and has not changed over the last, I don't know, 357 10 years, chances are you have reached the level you set on your thermostat. Do you want to stay there? Or do you want to step back in the life and decide you want to live your fullest potential?

Paul Finck:

For almost 40 years now I have worked for myself, never having had a nine to five job, I've always made my own way and earned my value. Unfortunately, I didn't use to value who I was or what I had to offer. Sound familiar. Those I got paid only based on what I believe my value was, which at the time was significantly less than what I deserved, or what I thought shouldn't be. I have learned since then how to adjust my thermostat to attract my value based on my fullest potential versus my worst possibility. And learning to adjust your internal thermostat is one of the first strategies I'll work with you on as one of my clients to enable you to get in the game and even higher level. What changed what caused me to adjust my thermostat life experiences. Somewhere in this journey, I got married and a short time later, I had six children, three sets of twins. When the last set were born, I had six children under six years old. This changed everything. My Financial makeup went completely upside down. With a family of $800,000 in poverty level or close to it, I had to figure out how to do things dramatically different to create dramatically different results. And I started looking into how to build wealth, how to create more, how to accomplish more in less time, how to hit the market and create the results and keep it balanced so I can still enjoy my life with my wife and my children. How do you do all that? I started looking into what it meant to create wealth. What were the major wealth building strategies out there in the marketplace. What I found is the number one, without a doubt that consistently showed up was real estate. I began to study real estate investing, understanding how it worked, I got busy reading book after book, taking course after course studying with some of the top mentors in the industry. And over the next two and a half years, I built up a $5 million portfolio of real estate. I was off and running. This was getting exciting.

Paul Finck:

As this success started building up, people started to take notice. And as they did, they began to ask me how how do you build this up? How did you create this? How did this all happen? And I began the process of engaging with people and advising them coaching consulting, consulting about what I done how I got here. First one, then another one by one, I began sharing what I had done and how I scaled so quickly how I created exponential results from what I would appear to be from nothing. I continue to study my craft. Very important. I found a mentor. I found a mentor I connected with knew the industry and was playing at a very high level. I put in my time working with his mentor for the next two to three years to learn the industry. I learned the industry the details I spent the time necessary. One of the key components that I teach is that you need to put in your time you need to pay your dues. There's no get rich quick scheme here. There's no overnight success. There's a step by step process that works. Yes, you can go faster than the next guy you can create exponential results. Only recognize that in in it all there's a certain amount of core paying your dues, pulling the distance spending the time. That's really necessary to create the mega success that you desire. So I spent my time paying my dues. Learn the industry and learn the process of speaking coaching information marketing, understanding the nuance of what I had and how I could apply it to my future, how we could apply it in a particular industry specifically.

Paul Finck:

From this I was able to launch yet another business in speaker support which I grew simultaneously with my coaching business. The tube Businesses worked in sync hand in hand with one another to bring additional revenue. Being a huge component of my marketing arm of my coaching business and strategically a great way to learn to grow, and I learned to develop. As a speakers consultant and advisor for their events, I was able to step into the heart of their business, micro analyzing their programs and processes. At this point, I've worked with some of the top speakers in the Land Run over 250 boot camps all around the world. And this doesn't even include the 1000s of virtual webinars and seminars and presentations that I've done online. I've run over 253 Day boot camps, analyzing the ins and outs of the flow of the live event ins and outs of the conversion, sales process, marketing management, team play, all that it takes to create the results you're looking for. With all this experience, all the trainings I've given, and all the things I've been a part of the 10s of 1000s of people that I've watched engage with this learning process, I now have a clear understanding of what works and what doesn't.

Paul Finck:

So how am I different. I am one of the rare individuals who is the master of the woowoo sciences as well as the business mechanics of entrepreneurship. I've done a deep dive in the study of the human condition been trained to be a clinical psychologist got certified Neuro Linguistic Programming hypnotherapy, have studied the art of communication both internal and external for over 40 years, all of which is added to the experience of being an entrepreneur and building up multiple million dollar businesses with the understanding of business practices. Most people have a background and focus on one or the other. They're focused on either the psychology of human manifestation energy healing, meditation, the understanding of the human condition, how to feel great, move forward, be positive and excel in your world. Or they focus on the step by step Strategic Systems processes and business methodologies. Without any and oftentimes new, gaining even the internal game than necessary to succeed.

Paul Finck:

I've come to learn that there are three pillars to success in business and we focus on each one in a certain order, almost in isolation of the others. The first one your business vehicle, the industry or segment of the industry, you make your income from, you decide what you're going to do. Maybe you're going to be in health and wellness, finance, medical real estate, you decide if you're going to be in a network marketing or independent distributor of a product, you decide if you're going to be a mortgage broker, realtor, maybe you're going to be a coach, a speaker trainer, maybe you're going to be a professional like a an accountant or a chiropractor. These are all vehicles of choice. You choose a particular way that you're going to use, you're going to bring in your income, how you're going to earn your money. There's a second pillar. The second pillar is the external pillar. Once you know what you want to do, you'd be in the process of setting up or accumulating all the necessary mechanical tools, and resources necessary to operate as a business. You get busy setting up your website, your marketing funnels, your team of people, your organization, your structures, your finances. All of this takes time, money and energy and is important to creating a successful business for sure. And then there's the third pillar. To be effective, scalable, sustainable business, you have to know the internal game as well to encompass your emotional quotient, your emotional intelligence, if you will, understanding how to engage with people through communication methodologies and skills, your understanding how to read people and engage with a strategic plan versus a reactionary one. How to manage yourself on a day to day basis to effectively lead people in your business to greatness. Unfortunately, after years of watching and analyzing countless people struggling business, I've come to realize all too many either turn to this last pillar only after devastating failure or long lasting mediocrity. Or an all too many times never focus any attention on this last pillar at all, completely discrediting its usefulness. I've watched people go through this process from pillar one that pillar to choosing their business vehicle detailing out their websites, their funnels, their marketing systems. Fine tuning their message and stop, never to touch pillar three in their life. They struggle in their sales process. Lacking the ability to communicate their message, vision or passion. They react daily to emotional triggers, creating havoc and drama in their personal and professional life. They get distracted, sidetracked easily, never taken full control over their day to day activities. They respond emotionally in the moment, easily bringing the whole team off course, scratching their head regularly wondering how they will ever get anywhere, will they ever get ahead and how come it hasn't happened yet. To be clear, all three pillars are important. And thus none of them can be ignored. And out of all three pillars, the internal game pillar, your mindset is the most important, the most powerful and the most ignored. So something to pay attention to. People will spend a whole lot of time going from vehicle to vehicle, they'll choose a strategy, a system a process, and then when it doesn't work, they blame the system, they move on to the next one. And then the next one, they blame the system and strategy again, and move on to the next one. Blaming system for the system strategy for strategy again and again moving on.

Paul Finck:

For the lucky ones, they get to the point and finally realize crap. It's not the system. It's me. How am I different? How is the maverick universe different? We focus on all three aspects when you come into our realm. It's not just the mental game. And it's not just the mechanics. I know and train on both on how to incorporate all into your business and life. So that you're not only clear with your business world, you're also clear with your personal world as well, and how it all fits together to create a great life. That's the difference that we talk about here in the maverick universe. To go one step further, there are five factors to success. These factors encompass your skill sets and areas of expertise necessary to build a scalable, sustainable business, which is what we talked about here over and over again. To be a leader, a business person to succeed in life, all in all aspects. To be the most successful in all aspects of your life, you will want to master all five factors. Factor Number one, crystal clear clarity and laser focus on your destiny, knowing where you're going and being clear on what it will look like when you arrive. Effective goal setting vision knowing what you want without a doubt without confusion. Number two, the art and science of leverage understanding your most valuable resources time money people and knowing how to engage with all them effectively. This requires understanding and skills associated with leadership motivation, inspiration, financial structures in your internal beliefs and external manifestations of these components. Number three, your daily actions your activity, specifically habits and behaviors. What is your daily activity look like? What systems and processes do you have to implement to keep on track and on task? How do you protect your time and sustain your energy to accomplish what you want? Getting structured in your day will lead to your greatest life. Number four, communication mastery. Communication is key to all relationships all businesses, business people need to communicate to accomplish their individual and collective goals. learning the techniques to communicate with anyone at any time with effectiveness and understanding is an absolute when you want to navigate the business world. And number five, your quotient factors. To be a leader in business person you want to be in you must take charge of your quotient factors. One of the most popular is intelligent quotient. However, scientific study of successful people has shown that it's the least of all the quotient factors for you to master, the others emotional quotient, social quotient spiritual quotient and one of the big ones that adversity quotient each plays an important part in your financial future and your future success. Sharpen your quotient factors and watch your success flow in.
