As a coach, Gwen has an ever-present intention to heal, grow and help others. In her own practice, she integrates deep spiritual concepts and psychological tools to help busy professionals with full lives find balance and peace without losing their edge or success.
Today she is here, to give us insights into the importance of using breath as a way to not only heal and release things that are holding you back but also as a way to gain greater insights into who you are and where you want to go.

After 10 years working in pharmaceutical, biotech and device research, Gwen graduated in 2007 with a Masters of Arts in Spiritual Psychology, completed a Soul-Centered Coaching Certification program and began professionally coaching fellow research professionals, nurses, physicians and surgeons.
Since then Gwen has expanded her clientele to Fortune 500 CEOs, entrepreneurs, lawyers, real estate agents, actresses, musicians, social media influencers, personal trainers, headhunters, addiction recovery professionals, other coaches, therapists and creatives who are ready to wake up, trust their intuition, navigate change with practical and spiritual techniques, and live a life of presence and pleasure, not auto-pilot and obligation.
Gwen has moved through numerous life challenges from a young age with an ever-present intention to heal, grow and help others. Clients share that Gwen integrates deep spiritual concepts and psychological tools in realistic, fun and doable ways for professionals with full lives who want balance and peace without losing their edge or success.Gwen works with clients from the perspective that healing, growth and expansion does not have to be serious, scary or boring - it can be light, joyful and fun with lots of play and laughter.
Facilitating women's moon circles and Breathwork workshops, as well as writing, are her latest passions, in addition to a longtime love of running, swimming, dancing, reading, and nature. Parenting her two-year-old and six-year-old children, as well as mastering the art of modern marriage with her husband in Los Angeles, continues to be her greatest spiritual practice.
