In this episode we are thrilled to introduce you to Vu Nguyen, a health and fitness professional based in Calgary, Alberta. He started his career as a professional engineer but it didn’t take him long to realize that his true passion was to help people improve their day-to-day lives through physical fitness.
Realizing that the average individual cares less about aesthetics and more about functionality, he invented the Evolution – a functional-movement training apparatus.
Today he is here to share his own personal journey and give us insights into what functional training is and how to tap into your own personal needs when looking for a training program.
