We’re often asked why we choose to focus on masterminds and retreats when standard practice in the coaching industry is to focus on one-on-one packages. There’s an idea that competitiveness is necessary amongst women, that we need to compete against each other for success. We don’t believe that to be true. Our purpose, the goal we are passionately obsessed with, is to create a container for women to feel supported and be in the room together to heal and grow.
