STAGE 3 - Ovulatory
STAGE 4 - Luteal
STAGE 1 - Menstruation
- Lower levels of estrogen and progesterone
- Lowest rare that my body burns calories
- Production of ATP slows down ^^
- Lower serotonin
- Heightened intuition
- Parasympathetic quality to the nervous system
- Lean into self-reflection
- Less meetings
- Higher fat metabolism so eat KETO or fast
- Higher insulin sensitivity
STAGE 2 - Follicular
- Estrogen rises to a peek
- Metabolic rate increases, more energy
- Boost in serotonin
- Feel more social
- Cognitive task based ability shift to strategic and navigational focus
- Emotional intelligence heightens
- Ability to navigate and lead
- Better communication
- Parasympathetic quality to the nervous system
- Can handle more stress
- More strength and endurance
- Ok to have less sleep
STAGE 3 - Ovulatory
- More of a shift than a stage
- Marks a shift in our nervous system function
- ^^ goes from Parasympathetic to sympathetic
- Peek in estrogen
- Best mood
- Highest ATP
- Highest stress capacity
- Outwardly focused
- More magnetic
STAGE 4 - Luteal
- Brain is growing
- Longest stage
- Stage 1, 2 and 3 the first 2 weeks
- Stage 4 is the last 2 weeks
- Star of the show progesterone rises to peek
- Increases memory
- Better sleep
- Best time to micro-dose
- Increased desperation rate
- Increased heart rate
- Eat more
- Heightened sensitivity and getting too stressed out
