FIVE REALIZATIONS helped me navigate change, and provide the motivation to remain courageous and focused through the scary and uncomfortable parts of transformation:

1.) I’d never been this me before! That was a big Ah Ha! and with that awareness, I gave

myself permission to be okay with the awkwardness I felt.

2. It was essential to stay curious and understand the real “ME” today, and what I

really wanted next at this stage of life.

3. I had no idea how to get from the “who” I thought I was today to the Future-Self

that I was beckoning me. No one gave me a manual.

4. Change, growth, transformation are impossible without letting go of old paradigms to create space for new beliefs to flourish.

5. I was NOT ALONE on this search for meaning and a process to figure out how to transform

with confidence and joy.
