Anita’s “Monkey Brain” podcast is well worth your 11 minutes. The first 2 or 3 minutes sets the stage. Then, find a peaceful photograph to look at, or your own haven… for you to look at as you listen to the story. Anita gently guides you into your own forest, or sunset, or nearby park to simply let yourself LISTEN, absorb and feel so much better about yourself and our world. Do it once, or for a few times, and you will begin to empower your own self to MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
