This time we are given some directions on how we can choose to respond to challenging situations from a place of love instead of from a place of fear, anger, or frustration. When you learn to operate from a place of love, fear dissipates, and so do the blocks that prevent you from creating the life you really want.

Hey, joyful journey are Anita Adams here, your host and I have another spiritually guided message to share with you today. A few months ago, I released an episode called be the love. It's episode 33. And most of it came as a divine download. More has come to me on this theme of love, and I want to share it with you now. I hope this message resonates. It's a powerful message and one I believe can transform your life. If you listen to it, which I'm also trying to do. Yes, I am a work in progress to this conversation with Spirit starts with me acknowledging the beauty of that feeling of love and expansion in my heart, which I've been experiencing more and more. Yes, Spirit tells me to lean into that feeling. Always lean into that and encourage and teach others to do the same. Is love enough though? I ask to bring forward what we really want in the world. Yes, please explain how and why. When you lean into that love, embrace love and understand You are the love. You enter the stream of the universe's consciousness, you raise your vibration and operate from a higher dimension. When you tap into that current so much more is possible for you and your life. You connect with people more easily and relationships are key to your happiness to your success in life. Imagine a world if you all operated from this higher place of love this higher vibrational frequency. When you are able to step into this place of love, you effectively eliminate fear. Love is the opposite of fear. Fear is what holds you back. Fear is the greatest obstacle to humankind. So when you step into this place of higher vibrational frequency, which is love, fear dissipates. And so do the blocks, the walls come down and what you want what you really want flows to you with ease. And what you really want is this love, the sense of belonging, this acceptance in order to feel all of that in order to feel you belong, that you are accepted. And to feel this great sense of love. You must first be the love. Yes, I tell spirit I get that spirit continues. So how can you be the love you wonder? How can you make this state of being who you are every minute of the day?
Anita Adams:Is that even possible? I ask? It is possible and it requires your attention. Pay attention to your feelings. Pay attention to your reactions. Monitor your thoughts. Pause take a moment before each response and choose love. Choose to act from a place of love. Always. Start with the smallest moments in your day to day life when something irritates you. Before responding to the irritation. Just check in without judgment. Don't criticize yourself for being non loving or irritated. These are normal human feelings. Just take a moment with the feelings, acknowledge them. Embrace the human in you who feels them, accept them, and then release them and then choose a response that comes from love. That can be hard I acknowledge it is at first and with practice it becomes easier. Then spirit shares with me a simple technique for a lack of a better word that we can use to help us respond from a place of love. Find a memory Spirit tells me one where you felt that Love Where You received love and where you gave that love. Identify the place in your mind's eye and allow the feelings of That memory to emerge. evoke that memory, every time you feel frustrated or angry, that memory will anchor you in the feelings you want to have. It will anchor you in the love and the love you want to be for others. Remember it, come back to it, live it throughout the day and tell this is the feeling you can evoke at will, whenever wherever I was quickly able to evoke a beautiful memory of a place and time that I shared with my family where I felt this deep sense of love and connection. But just as quickly, an upwelling of sadness appeared because I began to worry about the future and the possibility of losing the people I love. And then I thought, how evoking that memory could cause me a lot of pain. Spirit had some interesting things to say about that. You are allowing fear to rule you fear of loss, and that fear prevents you from attaining what you really want. It's the block we've already spoken about. Fear is a block that prevents many from creating their desired life. You must learn to let go of these fears that hold you back. Now returned to that memory that evokes feelings of love and, and expansion. Do you have that spirit ask me? Yes, good. embrace that. Allow it to permeate all that you do. This will help you create the life you want. Everyone wants that feeling that feeling of belonging, acceptance, joy, love. And it all starts with being the love. Be the love, and all will come to you. All you desire will be made manifest. Teach people how to be the love, even in difficult times, especially in difficult times. Then spirit gave me five steps that you and I can follow to help us choose to respond from a place of love in challenging situations. One, acknowledge the feelings you have without judgment, to say to yourself, I see you I understand you, I love you. Three, pause, take a moment and a few deep breaths for evoke a memory where you felt loved five, then choose your response from that place. I've been practicing the strategy over the last few weeks, there have been a number of situations where I've felt frustrated or angry with someone. And I've taken a moment to go through the steps and was able to quickly dissipate the anger or frustration and then choose a response that came from love. There were also a few times I wasn't able to do this, the anger and frustration came out so quickly, I barely had a chance to grasp what was happening before my biting tongue let loose. That's mine to work on. And the more I'm aware of my actions, the easier will be to correct them to to catch them before I say or do something from a place of fear, anger, frustration, that's part of that inward looking journey. I'm always talking about that awareness piece of understanding yourself better.
