Shanesha Scott, a leadership coach, and best-selling author with a powerful message of perseverance and resilience. Shanesha was diagnosed with a rare medical condition called polymyositis in 2020, which threatened to derail her career and life goals. Despite the challenges she faced, Shanesha refused to give up and instead used her experience to become a leading authority on leadership and personal development and launched her business Beauty 4RM Ashes.

Polymyositis impacts the muscles of the body and causes severe muscle weakness and muscle wasting. Shanesha had to go through intense physical therapy to regain strength and muscle mass. Through this tragedy, Shanesha was inspired to write her first book in 2021 called “When I Got Sick. A Story of Tragedy & Triumph,” which was inspired by her journey dealing with polymyositis.

Although she experienced barriers, dealing with health issues it encouraged her to continue to go after her dreams and goals. Shanesha has been a leader in corporate America, as well as a certified life coach, which inspired her to become a leadership coach in 2023 and write her 2nd book called “Birthing the Leader Within You. Your Guide to Becoming an Effective Leader” which became a best-seller on Amazon. She recently launched her first leadership course available online which focuses on effective leadership.

Shanesha has inspired thousands around the world and is the definition of overcoming adversity. She looks forward to the grand reopening of her business Beauty 4RM Ashes in the later part of 2023.
