Excellent Guests, Intelligent Questions

I enjoy very much Michael's in-depth interviews with a variety of folks who are participating in real estate investing. I've watched the first 13 episodes so far. His guests span a wide range of experience, but in every case Michael asks intelligent, probing questions that bring out ideas we can use, practices we might emulate, things to avoid, or just interesting stories. Michael, thank you for doing this. I think my favorites so far are the two Dan Miller (Fundrise) interviews.
