Orsika Julia, Founder of Out of the Quicksand has some answers for us. After escaping a terribly abusive relationship, Orsika discovered first hand that untreated emotional quicksand inevitably leads to confusion and loss of ability to impact your life and those of others. While learning to understand her own pain and taking time to heal, Orsika’s passion to help others see clearly, step beyond mediocrity, and share their goodness began to shine through. Her message of hope for women, especially those who are in or recovering from abusive situations, is powerful and much needed. Orsika Julia, founder and CEO of Out of the Quicksand, is Traumaformational Mentor, speaker, and author who has made it her mission to guide accomplished female entrepreneurs out of their emotional quicksand so they can soar in life. As a survivor of domestic abuse, single parent, and a female entrepreneur, she knows, first-hand, the challenges of overcoming trauma whilst juggling being a parent and an entrepreneur. She offers a variety of support through her LinkedIn group, group coaching programs and 1x1 coaching. Orsika understands the desire for female entrepreneurs to have a safe space to fall with other like-minded individuals that is free from judgement.
