Jordan is one of the hardest workers and most fun chefs I know. His specialty? Wings. And he’s from Buffalo, so you know it’s legit.
Jordan’s background includes working with well-known chefs at restaurants from Zingerman’s and Takoi before becoming an executive chef and eventually breaking away to stake his own claim.
About the Guest:
Chef Jordan Balduf is the chef and owner of Side Biscuit, a cozy chicken wing and scratch biscuit restaurant in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Side Biscuit offers an authentic, high-quality carryout option that regularly surpasses expectations and includes flavors such as OG Buffalo, BBQ, Gochujang, and Thai Curry among others with rotating biscuit flavors like elote and black sesame.
Balduf, who hails from Buffalo, NY previously served as the executive chef at 327 Braun Court and Homes Brewery and has received numerous accolades throughout his career, including being named #1 wing chef in Ann Arbor and #2 in Michigan.
