Welcome to the very first episode of Dr Body Mind Soul.
This episode is a little different to the ones that will follow as this time I will be the one interviewed, by the wonderful Jessica Huie MBE, entrepreneur and author of PURPOSE: Find Your Truth and Embrace Your Calling.
This is an opportunity for me to share some of my backstory as the daughter of two doctor parents; my medical career which has taken me all over the world; and what has inspired me to create And what you can expect from Dr Body Mind Soul.
