Welcome back to another episode of health hacks as I continue sharing powerful thoughts to live by. And today, I want to share with you a quote from Budha, what you think you become, what you feel you attract, what you imagine you create. And there's a lot of overlap between this quote and the quote from episode 526, so you might want to go back and listen to that health hack if you haven't heard it yet again. What is coming down to is the power of our thought and the impact that that has on how we feel and the actions that we take. And the more emotion that is connected to that thought, the more that thought is powered. So when it's a positive thought with positive emotions, that's going to really drive you forward in what you want to do, and if you then create a visualization of that, and you see yourself doing what it is that you want to be doing, and you ramp that up, bringing in all the emotion, bringing in that perfect image of the exactly the way you want it, with the brightness of the colors, and bring In the sounds, etc, that's really telling your unconscious mind what it is that you want, and then it's a matter of taking the action to be going and achieving it. And when we teach our NLP workshops and classes, we teach quantum SMART goals, and we take you through a process of doing this with your SMART goal. You know what a SMART goal is. However, we make it quantum by adding energy to it, by ramping up the visualization, by teaching you how to step out of the image, to let your unconscious mind know that you don't actually have it yet and that you are wanting it, to bring in the resources so that you can achieve it. All of this work is so incredibly powerful, because when you realize that you are in control of your reality, every thought you have is triggering you to move to what you want, move towards what you want or away from what you want, and so become aware of your thoughts and realize that your thoughts don't have to own you. You can be in charge of your thoughts. You can choose the thoughts that you want to have land and that will move you forward. And you can choose the thoughts that aren't going to serve you and to let them go.
