Welcome back to another episode of health hacks as I continue talking about the power of your unconscious mind and the fact that the tools to your your success already lie within you, and you might just need a little bit of help accessing them. Now back in health hack episode 478 I was talking to you about the vast amount of information that comes in to our mind to process every single second of every single day. In fact, 12 million bits per second, and that that is processed through our filters. And then in Episode 480 I was talking about that then determines, are you running the horror show or the love story? And today I want to talk to you about the tool that we use in order to reprogram your filters. And a lot of your programming is happening in that zero to six age group when you are just learning so much how to roll over, how to crawl, how to walk, how to talk, and then you start learning the rules of the home, rules of school, rules of society, and you're just absorbing all of this information, language, etc, and that starts to create the information that is held within your unique filters. And if those filters, if that programming has is now running the horror show for you and you want to shift that, we use a tool called Time Line therapy, and it's in timeline therapy where we actually can, as I call it, detox, the body of The repressed, stuffed down emotions of anger, sadness, hurt, fear, guilt, rage and shame. And it's also where we release the limiting beliefs, the four limiting beliefs that all humans have, at least one of are unlovable, unworthy, not good enough, and powerless. And then in addition to that, we have all sorts of other limiting beliefs that we carry as programs from when we were really young children. I'm not smart enough, not pretty enough, etc, etc, etc. And we can literally rewire your neurology to release those toxic limiting beliefs to release the toxic negative emotions. And in the process of doing that, we are changing your filters. We are changing the information that is held within your filters so that you create a different story. And instead of running the horror show, you can start running the love story, timeline. Therapy is an incredibly powerful tool, and it is simply working with your unconscious mind. It's a powerful tool for also helping to release trauma without having to talk about it, because whether we're releasing the negative emotions, which we always start with, or the limiting beliefs. You don't have to talk about it, we are literally relying on the unconscious mind, which remember stores, all of your memories, to go back to the root memory of that emotion or that limiting belief or limiting decision, and get the learnings from it. And once we have the learnings, then the unconscious mind can release the stuff down emotion or release that limiting belief, knowing that it no longer applies, and it's such a gentle, easy way in order to release what is no longer serving you and allow you to step forth into your power.
