Welcome back to another episode of health hacks. And this week and next I want to be talking to you about the benefits of detoxing. It's getting to that time of year where people are thinking, what am I going to do to be looking after my health when the new year comes. And detoxing is such a powerful way to kickstart your health. And one of the greatest things that it does is it reduces inflammation in your body when you get those toxins out. And when we reduce the inflammation in your body, that starts to alleviate the aches and pains that you might be struggling with, you know, maybe it's in your finger joints that you feel it or it's in your knees, or your ankles, or your hips, or all of the above. These are not signs of aging, they are not signs that you should be ignoring, either. They're simply signs that you have too much inflammation in your body. And when you take the time to detox, you can release that inflammation. And it will help alleviate your aches and pains. And what I love to offer people is a guided detox program because it's very easy to buy a detox program with all good intention of doing it. And then when we get into it, it feels hard. We're not sure if we're doing it right. And then we just talk ourselves out of it and give up. When you're guided through a detox program and you're taught how to do it. You're able to get your questions answered. When you have questions, and you're supported in a group throughout the entire program.
