Welcome back to another edition of health hacks. And this week I'm traveling, so I thought that I would share with you some documentaries, where you might be able to find additional resources in learning more about your body's innate ability to heal itself. And the power we have when we look after our health to be living into our hundreds with good mobility, vitality, et cetera. So the first documentary I want to share with you is actually called how the body heals itself, the inside effects. There's a book that goes with it as well for those of you that are watching on YouTube, or through social media. And I was one of the collaborative authors in this book. And I encourage you to check out the documentary as well. Each of the people interviewed in the documentary were asked a series of questions. And then they all gave their responses to those questions. And there were scientists, doctors, healers, practitioners of all sorts interviewed in this documentary. And it's a fascinating watch, I personally really enjoyed it, it might open your mind to the power of the human body's ability to heal and give you resources and solutions to healing that you might be looking for. So I will drop in the comment field, the website in order to gain access to watch that documentary for free. And once you do that, you will also have access to a number of gifts from those in the documentary as well as those that participated in the book, as well as being able to buy the book. So again, it is called how the body heals itself, the in side effects. And if you do want to buy the book, there's quite a few collaborative authors in here again, all asked the same three questions. And those questions are When and how did you first discover the body has the innate ability to heal itself? As well as why do you think it's so important for people to be aware of how the body heals itself? And what advice do you have for creating health and vitality from the inside out? So I invite you to check that out and enjoy both the documentary and the book. And once you've watched it, come back and leave a comment below as to how you enjoyed it what you what you might have learned
