As I continue my series of my favorite quotes, the quote I want to share today is a mind set quote that is so important to your approach to everything in your life. And it was Henry Henry Ford that said this, whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you are right. So when you approach things in your life, do you approach it with an I can't attitude, or an I Can attitude. Because whichever way you approach it will determine your outcome. Your mind is literally that powerful. And as I said, this applies to every area in your life. It's something I talk about with my clients on their healing journey all the time. Because if they first don't believe they can heal, they won't heal. And so that belief in ourselves, the ability to say we can is absolutely critical. And yet, if we listen to the voices in our head, they are so often telling us that we can't, but when you have awareness around that you can catch that you can say cancel, cancel, cancel, you can change that thought into a positive AI can statement and increase your chances of success by 1,000% or more.
