The Jumping Point is the point where we can spend YEARS deliberating whether or not we should stop drinking. In today's LIVE episode I discuss how we often focus on what we are losing and giving up if we get sober or quit drinking. Instead of focusing on what we will gain or what is waiting for us on the other side of alcohol. It's a game we play for a long time whether or not to jump into the world of sobriety.
