Jealousy is at the center of mean girls, you’ve got something they don’t whether it’s a job, money, a home, relationship or physical appearance, because of this they will try to bring you down.
Know this when you are on the receiving end of the bullying, it hurts, it sucks, it’s lonely and painful.
Remember that you owe it to YOU to stand up for yourself!
Recognize it’s not about you, it’s about them so stop blaming yourself
Stay Calm, if you don't get emotional or react you don’t give them anymore power.
Call her out, Nothing a bully hates more than being called out, she thrives on your silence and pain
Give up looking for change or thinking you can do something different to be treated better. There isn’t anything you can do but focus on you.
Look for new friends or people to spend your time with, you owe yourself that much.
Keep your dignity and serenity intact by walking away and setting the boundary that you are worth more than being treated like dirt!
