Just a quick update for you guys today as I chat about the direction I'm heading with the podcast based on a lot of messages I've gotten from so many of you, as well as my own personal struggle with the trap of self-sabotage and everything that comes with it.
Even though it's a shorter episode, I dig a little bit into how we often tend to get lost in our ability to express or verbalize what we are struggling with and give you tips on how to combat that and learn to lean into your emotions.
