This episode is raw and personal for me. I discuss challenges with grief, boundaries, having profound conversations, and everything in between. I allowed myself to get vulnerable for this episode because it's important that we as humans start opening up about our struggles as much as we open up about our highlights!
I do discuss Boundaries and the benefits of having them in your life, how they are an act of self-love and allow you to be the best version of yourself. In addition, when we have boundaries in place we are able to become self-aware and focus on our needs and feelings. We have to start sitting in the feelings and using words to describe them so that we can better get to know ourselves.

Like everything we try to overcome it takes time to get yourself into a new way of being, myself included, change work is hard stuff, but, it's about the journey along the way and what you learn about yourself that matters most.
