We can't hate ourselves into a version of ourselves we can love.

Today I am following up on my last episode on self-sabotage and relationships with an episode on self-blame. I get a lot of messages from you guys about your struggles with self-blame, and it's a heavy, heavy way to live. I get it. I've been there.

Listen in as I give some tough love on the basis of self-blame and what we gain from it (that's right, we all gain something from certain behaviors, no matter how unhealthy they are), whether it's the illusion of control, repeating patterns in our lives to reaffirm the negative believes we have about ourselves, or because it allows us to stay in victim-mode.
