“Jump off the shame train,” says Brooke Collins in this solo episode on her new line of work as a recovery coach for women. In this episode, she is talking about how the pandemic has opened up a whole new need for recovery coaches, especially for women. 

At the beginning of last year, many women found themselves face-to-face with problem drinking. With nothing to distract from problem behaviors, so many people realized just how much addiction influences their lives. Brooke talked to dozens of women, who described themselves as “broken,” “defective,” and “stuck” because of their addictions -- and she decided she wanted to do something about it. 

Tune in this week to hear more about Brooke’s pivot toward sober and sober-curious content for ladies who want to stop feeling ashamed, and start feeling empowered in their relationship with alcohol and other addictive behaviors.
